Ducky Really hope things are better tonight with DH. Don't put up with any rubbish from him. You have a right to be treated respectfully and not be shouted at. Hope you are OK.
Lilla I have no clue what is happening with you. It is very strange. Hope tomorrow goes well. How long do you have to wait for the results?
To all those being sick, this too will pass. Feels like crap now but it does stop. My cousin had it for 16 weeks and it was so bad she had a bucket next to her at work and had to take it with her down corridors etc. It stopped overnight.
As for me, had awful pain this morning turned out to be trapped wind. Thank God there was no one in the loo at work. I have never had trapped wind like it. I was quite scared.
I am in bed. DH watching football downstairs and texting me.
Men are a strange species I think. The more I find out about them the more I think that.

Cupcake92 · 08/07/2014 21:03

Aw Ducky :(
Hope the talk goes well.
I see what u did there with the 'h' as he doesn't the 'd' title.
Men are so selfish, always about themselves. One thing I'd love is to be able to snuggle up on the sofa in the evenings watching tv, and have kisses, proper kisses not just a peck. I never get any of that :( me n DH haven't had a passionate kiss since we first met. I get no cuddles in bed either as he has to have his 'space'
:( it's horrible sometimes, makes me feel lonely.
Hope things work out okay for u Ducky whatever happens Thanks

Well me and h are talking. There's still a wierd atmosphere and I am no longer wearing my wedding ring. Will see what happens.

lillamyy1 · 08/07/2014 20:09

Haha yes my mum's keen to give him a piece of her mind tomorrow!!
Yes just relaxing and watching 'cozy crime' dramas tonight Smile
Hope everyone has a nice eve and a better day tomorrow Thanks

poppet85 · 08/07/2014 20:01

lilla that's awful I am not really a fan of gps . He should have been more sensitive and understanding not just assume he knows what's best for you . Hope you can have a nice chilled evening tonight

Cupcake92 · 08/07/2014 19:57

Oh lilla what a horrible doctor :(
At least ur finally getting a blood test!!
What a mean old man!! How can he be so mean and patronising to u! I'd complain about him!

Keep us updated on dh Ducky. I hope he's pulled his socks up today!!

Well appointment with doc was v stressful and I actually had to argue with him in order to get him to give me a blood test. Basically he was convinced that I would get in such as state about the result, whatever it turned out to be, that I should have my dp with me. He TOLD me that if it's negative I will be 'devastated' and said I'd have to wait until I was back at home to see my own gp so that my DP can come with me. In the end he gave in and booked me in for a blood test tomorrow morning but told me that if I turn up without a good friend or my mum that he will refuse to do one!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Angry what a patronising man! I have got anxiety and depression but I'm not that bad! Also I'm 30 and he spoke to me like I was a child!
Ah well, at least I'll hopefully find out what my body is playing at tomorrow!

Cupcake92 · 08/07/2014 19:45

Well so much for dinner together. He's come home and hopped straight on his phone and completly ignoring me

I was the same kitkat, my new dr gave me some meds recently for travel sickness, he assured me they're 100% safe but I haven't taken them.

And about DTD! My DH will be lucky if he sees any action from me ever again! Will see how he is when I get home
Hmm

Lil how frustrating. Really hope they listen to you! Surely it is early enough! And tey should do it for your own sanity!

lillamyy1 · 08/07/2014 16:00

We're a miserable lot this week aren't we?!!

lillamyy1 · 08/07/2014 15:58

Tori, your dh needs to be more understanding! Men haven't got a bloody clue what we women have to go through and how we feel! Grrr!
Kitkat you should def go to the doc - even if they can't give you anything for the sickness at least you can get a letter for work which will hopefully be like getting one worry off your chest. Poppet, you make a good point - having a happy and stress free pregnancy is mlthe most important thing.

I'm just in the doctor's waiting room - got here early so have 15 mins to wait. Before I came here I went to superdrug to get their tests and did one in the loo in costa. Another bfn! But I'm convinced I'm pg - I feel like my body is made of lead and I could sleep all day. It's just the same as last time.
I know it sounds unfair but I really hope this doc understands - he not my doc or at my usual surgery because I'm saying at my mum's so he won't have my notes. I'll need to explain really clearly what's going on and I'm worried he won't get the whole picture cause my head is all over the place!

poppet85 · 08/07/2014 15:19

tori we've only just started dtd again !! Like you its more that I am constantly worrying or knackered or feeling sick . Its been a bit mind over matter the last
Few times !!

Makes me feel better to know I'm not alone poppet. That's what I keep thinking I have to look after us.
Dh wants me to go to the doctor. So I think I will book one if it hasn't improved by the end of the week.
i hope you don't get to the puking stage poppet, it just makes everything seem awkward as I'm worried I'm going to be sick!

poppet85 · 08/07/2014 14:54

Oh kitkat I feel for you I am in the same position if I gosick I dont get paid . Luckily I havent actually been sick but this week I have felt quite ill and dizzy . I've decided if I am ill I am not going to work ,for the next 7 months its about me and baby ! I am sure anything the dr gives will be ok but I know what you mean I havent taken anything since finding out not even a coffee !!

kitkatkaty87 · 08/07/2014 12:35

Thanks guys. I haven't been to the doctor about the sickness ducky as I'm really wary of being given any medication to take for some reason.
although if it goes on like this I will need to be signed off work for a week or something as i don't get paid for just a normal sick day but I would be useless at work just feel like I need a bowl by me incase I throw up.
Maybe I should go to the doctors?
I just always think about the whole thalidomide thing :s

poppet85 · 08/07/2014 11:45

Hope the dr is helpful today for both reasons !!

lillamyy1 · 08/07/2014 09:50

Kitkat sorry you're so ill. I heard it helps to try to eat something before you even try to get out of bed first thing. Really hope it goes away soon Thanks

lillamyy1 · 08/07/2014 09:36

No when I saw my gp last week she said it was too early. Now I'm in Derbyshire staying at my mum's. Got an appointment with local doc at 4 today re mental health issues so maybe they'll give me one.
In the meantime I'm going to get a superdrug test and maybe an fr! Cb one i did today and yesterday was 25mlu so maybe not sensitive enough??

poppet85 · 08/07/2014 09:19

lilla what about your gp would they not ?given your concerns and dont google !!

lillamyy1 · 08/07/2014 09:13

Just been trying to find out if it's possible to have a blood test to find out if I'm pg. the only place I could fine that would do it is a private clinic that costs £85!
Been reading some forums where women had really late AF like me and had pg symptoms but turned out to be early mc - really worried now and just want to know what's going on!!!!! Sad
