Well I love eating I always eat haha but not finishing my meals today just way too bloated to eat a lot.
I had the most amazing sausage and mash for lunch!! Only ate half :/ felt gutted not being able to eat it all!

Ducky23 · 22/06/2014 20:56

Me too cupcake Grin have you got a loss of appetite?

Cupcake92 · 22/06/2014 20:35

Well pregnancy and Uti's can rele mess up ur stomach lol
Let us know how u get on tomorrow Kitkat :)

Even my belly is all strange tonight :( I'm constipated as well (tmi sorry lol!) and I feel like I've eaten a 3 course meal when I've only eaten a sandwich!! :/ my belly is extremly bloated!

kitkatkaty87 · 22/06/2014 20:25

Constipation that should say!

kitkatkaty87 · 22/06/2014 20:21

Thanks guys. That's exactly what I needed - some positive vibes.
yeah will be glad to tell the Dr and at least I've done all I can then. Have eaten loads of fibre today just incase it is constitution related - prunes and bran ewww!
Dr's 2moro is just for the uti, I'll be mega shocked if it isn't as i had to wee at least 6 times during the night last night and there was no wee there!
Got midwife appointment next Monday. At least I will have a contact if things go wrong then.
Thanks guys, it's nice to hear that others are having these type of problems too. i hopeit is just pregnancy symptoms :) it'll be easier to work through if it's not negative symptoms!

Cupcake92 · 22/06/2014 19:57

Aw Kitkat :( sorry ur feeling rough!
Hope the doc goes well and u start to feel a lot better very soon!!

poppet85 · 22/06/2014 19:55

Feeling !! Plus if you've got a uti that makes you feel rubbish !

poppet85 · 22/06/2014 19:54

kitkat agree with ducky . I had bad stomach pains which meant I convinced myself I had lost it . But after some reading and trips to the dr I ve realised my whole digestive system has completely changed and slowed right up . Not something people generally talk about when talking pregnancy symptons !! Being off food is probably to do with pregnancy it was with me .
See a dr asap tomorrow to put your mind at rest and rule anything out but I am sure baby is fine . I know excatly how your feelung

Ducky23 · 22/06/2014 19:40

Hahahaha *sound not spud Grin

Ducky23 · 22/06/2014 19:40

Sounds like pg symptoms to me kitkat. I usually feel I'm busting for a wee but it's a tiny tinkle! And about every 2 mins in the morning Blush and as for the pain, I don't want to spud gross but pregnancy messes with your whole system, I get mega trapped wind then awful constipation Blush that causes me very bad stomach aches.

I would say that it's symptoms? As you have other symptoms there to Smile

Hope the drs goes well, is it your booking or with the gp about the uti?

kitkatkaty87 · 22/06/2014 19:34

Hi girls, I've had a rubbish weekend. Still suffering with this uti but have been trying to hold out until Monday as there is no walk in centre for 40 minute drive. I had an awful night last night and was up all night with awful stomach ache and kept needing toilet (no. 1 and no.2 sorry if tmi!) But nothing really. So just ended up sitting on the toilet in pain most of the night.
I'm so worried it means I have lost the baby and everything is going wrong. I haven't had any bleeding but so many women seem to get missed miscarriages with no bleeding.
Eurgh. I have had no appetite and felt rough all day. Stomach feels so odd ache and twingy and sick of needing a wee every 10 minutes.
sorry for moaning. I'm not moaning if it is pregnancy symptoms! I'd be happy if it was! It's just because I feel like it bad things happening :(
Doctors 2moro morning :(

poppet85 · 22/06/2014 18:41

Agree with ducky I am sure you'll be great !dont panic !

Cupcake92 · 22/06/2014 18:40

Lulu I have had a routine for DS. It just works better for me, I know when he will be asleep so I can have my time and I know when he needs feeding etc. Just helps me out a lot.
And DS ended up sleeping through from 9 weeks old! And I completly put that down to a bedtime routine from 2 weeks old.
Every body is different tho :) we all parent in our own ways, just adjust to what's right for u lulu :)

Bearsinmotion · 22/06/2014 18:36

I think that works to an extent lulu - DD came out with us when she was tiny and we didn't have set bedtimes etc, but I think you need a routine when you do put him/her down for the night. Babies don't know the difference between night and day so you have to get them to understand that certain triggers mean sleep.

Having said that, DP thinks our lovely easy going baby is down to his our superior parenting skills Hmm, I suspect if DC2 does arrive (s)he will prove him wrong!

Ducky23 · 22/06/2014 18:25

I'm sure it will all come naturally lulu Smile youl figure out what's right for you.

LuluJakey1 · 22/06/2014 18:19

Oh God! I have just read that back and I sound so naive! I haven't got a clue really. I only know about kittens and puppies.

Goes off to read DH's info on Bringing Up Babies

LuluJakey1 · 22/06/2014 18:17

I think we are probably suited to being more laid back about it but I do think babies need some routing. You can train them a bit - so they recognise routine and what it means.

I can see DH being very 'adaptable' then trotting off to work or falling asleep and me being left to pick up the pieces.

poppet85 · 22/06/2014 18:02

Good luck lilla fingers crossed !! But if not sounds like your got a lovely month planned !! And fx for everyone this week.
I dont know about any of it lulu !! Just see how it
goes I guess? and what works for us .I had one friend who started of being a laid back/taking baby to the pub/festival type parents but it just didnt work for them he wasnt a happy baby and liked a cry !! It stressed her out more taking him to things like that. Its all settled down now and they've found their own way . I have no idea which way we'll go !!

Ducky23 · 22/06/2014 17:45

Ohhh didn't realise you were still to test lil!!

I have no idea about that yet lulu, but apparently they will have a similar sleep/wake routine as when they are still inside you Smile

LuluJakey1 · 22/06/2014 17:38

DH's latest. He has been reading stuff on baby routines and thinks we should be very relaxed and not have a routine for Smudge- got to bed when tired etc, no set napping, bed or feeding routine, take out with us at night where possible and so on.Apparently, this will result in a very relaxed, easy , adaptable baby and child.

Is he talking sense?

TBH we are so laid back it could well end up like that but is it a good idea?

bradders85 · 22/06/2014 17:22

Good luck testing tomorrow lillamy - I am just convinced I am getting a cold!

lillamyy1 · 22/06/2014 17:16

It would be typical, wouldn't it? Grin
I'm going to test tomorrow morning. Quite excited!

Ducky23 · 22/06/2014 17:12

Ahh the break will probably do you good and relax you, but what's the betting that will be the month it happens Grin

lillamyy1 · 22/06/2014 17:05

It's just because we've got a busy month with 2 massive party weekends... although having said that, we're also going on holiday so maybe a change of scenery will be good for ttc if we were unsuccessful this month.

I've got a sore throat! I thought it was from smoking but maybe it's a symptom!

MrsPopple29 · 22/06/2014 14:43

I'm prob going to have a month off too (well, of not trying too hard anyway) next month to avoid an important wedding clash. Also, I think the stress is getting to me!
