That's probably just your insides stretching and making way for a big baby kitkat Smile

The scan I'm having is a gender one that costs about £45, that just confirms gender but there's some really thorough good ones for around £90 (they do early scans too) Grin

kitkatkaty87 · 10/06/2014 21:25

How exciting!! Can I ask how much it's costing as i might look into getting one. I still have some cramps. Not bad at all just sort of there still below my belly button, sort of like twingy cramps.

Ducky23 · 10/06/2014 21:23

Ahhh that's more reSsuring Smile

When do you plan on telling people?

I think its around the 21st, not good at waiting though!! although my cycle is normally around 26 days. This is cycle 6 for us, and I have everything crossed!!

Me624 · 10/06/2014 20:41

Welcome karate! I've just started my 2ww too. What stage are you at, how long have you been ttc?

Ducky23 · 10/06/2014 20:32

Hi karate!! Grin

How many dpo are you? Fingers crossed! We had a big BFP streak this month so far!! Grin

Two weeks of the first trimester left for me Blush and I think 3 for lulu? scary! It's been so different to my first tri with dd! I'm desperately looking forward to a nice (fingers crossed) mat leave this time!!!

How is DH knee lulu?

karatekimmi · 10/06/2014 19:47

hi all,

I'm hoping I've found the right place to hang out on my 2ww!! I had a little bit of bleeding this morning which I am desperately hoping might be inplantation!! I think I have bored my DH with my wittering on with TTC so I am looking for people in the same boat!!

Ducky23 · 10/06/2014 19:45

Is that private tori? Did you speak to te midwife?

tori how quickly did you lose that? I've just started myfitnesspal...

Ducky23 · 10/06/2014 19:17

I got told that bears! Folic acid is to help form the spine properly I think Smile

I just take pregnecare, after dd the midwife told me just to continue taking them while TTC Grin

BearsInMotion · 10/06/2014 19:12

I remember my midwife telling me that if you're not getting enough vitamins it's you that suffers rather than baby. Apparently babies are "very effective parasites" who will take what they need and you just get what is left over! Frolic acid is the important one though!

OP posts:
poppet85 · 10/06/2014 19:05

I think folic acid and vit d are the key ones . Ive got mine from boots, you get them combined . I am hoping the rest will be from food I eat etc . From what I've read they are the main ones you need I think the other vitimins included in some pregnancy vits are just extras (bit of a marketing ploy cynical me thinks!) Unlikely to do any harm though !!

Ducky23 · 10/06/2014 18:41

No idea on the vitamins, I think you wee anything extra out? Are you taking your folic acid?

You sound so healthy, I just had hotdogs and am just tucking into a massive slice of vianetta Blush

poppet85 · 10/06/2014 17:41
