popple can't believe you saw bean. How amazing!

I've just received my booking appointment for 24th July, I will be nearly 11 wks then, seams really late? Should I push for an earlier appointment?

Yeah I'm going to wait now. (I say I'll wait but I know I'll test when I wake up tomorrow!) and yes I got a positive at 17 DPO with my DS on an asda brand one. So I was shocked to even see this tiny squinty line now at 10dpo!!

But I'll keep u all posted if I get a strong bfp!
Will need to know before Saturday tho as away with my mom and I don't rele wanna get either down or extremely excited as we want to keep it a secret till our scan.

cupcake maybe its a case of waiting a few more days to test again ? False positives are very rare I think . Dont want to get your hopes up maybe try and wait until saturday ?!

Cupcake, remember false negs are common, false positives are very rare! Your still very early on Grin some frers are only 15mui too where as some are 10.

Tori I are lots of chorizo Blush I LOVE it!!

And about the dating scans, they put me a few days behind what I thought I was at 6 weeks, then at 9 moved me forward a little then at 12 moved me ahead so they aren't too accurate before 12 weeks but will give you an idea Wink

Cupcake the fact you've done more than one ic is definitively very exciting!!! And you're only 10dpo- didn't you say last time it didn't show up properly til 17dpo?!

My sister who lives miles away text me last night confirming what day were meeting in June and then said 'if your pregnant we wont drink' I hadnt even told her anything shes a witch !!So she now knows ! But thats it !

Well... FRER is 100% bfn :( but did another IC and I can still see a very very faint line. 3rd one now. I just hope they aren't crap tests!! They are the 10miu ones

I understand your willingness to tell the big news to your parents and inlaws, but dont' you want to wait until your first scan and to know that everything is allright before telling your family? I'm so scared right now, I couldn't tell anyone...!

My doctor explained me that this first scan (a vaginal one...grrrr) was to date the baby and estimate the edd, but this date should be confirmed or updated at the 12 weeks scan. He precised that this first scan is also needed to exclude an extrauterine pregnancy (I had a really bad pain on the right side yesterday night, so I hope he will give me good nows...) and it's the occasion to order the first blood test to check the evolution of the BhCG.

Oh dont know if I get one at 7 weeks will be a nice surprise . Just had to tell my boss because I said I had a hospital appointment this morning she met with me and said 'now you dont have to tell me but is everything, ok ?because your not your self!' I told her and she gave me a big hug ! Weird she knows before my mum but will make work life much easier !!

It will be my first scan poppet, the dating scan. I had my last AF the 14th May, and we conceived our little baby during our honeymoon, around 30-31st May (no other possibility because as of 14th May, we were finishing the wedding preparation and didn't have the time and the energy to dtd...Smile). So, if I'm right, I sould be 7 weeks the exact day of the scan Smile

What scan is that steph ? Our maternity services dont even take referrals until your 7 weeks so long wait until 12 week scan but I'll be so relieved then !!

Im like you tori, trying to stay positive is really hard! I'm sure everything will be better after our first scan Smile Mine is scheduled on 2nd July, and yours?

I am the same tori I dont get flustered by much but I got myself so worked up ! After the internal I think dh will see no excuse not to dtd now !!

tori yesterday I was convinced it had ended for no real reason just being crazy . It is still early days for mega symptons unless you have a lot of blood and/or pain everything is very likely to be fine . I completely understand though its such a worrying time and the fact you cant talk to people about it makes it so much worse
