That's so true Ducky lol!!!!

Ducky23 · 19/06/2014 07:38

Well if a DH saw it there was Deffo a line! Because dh's seem blind to these things!! Grin

Cupcake92 · 19/06/2014 07:36

I said "can u see a faint faint line on this test??" DH said "watch u don't touch me with ur pee!!! Well.. I see a little thing there, but whys it pink?"
I told him that's the dye!
He's so silly lol. But he saw it yes. I'm scared it's a chemical tho :(

Omg Ducky that's so exciting!!! :D

Popple that's strange! As I brushed my teeth last night n my gums bled so bad! It worried me I thought I had done something! So I hope teeth and gums stuff are symptoms!

Ducky23 · 19/06/2014 07:27

Omg I only just realised! I'm now in the second trimester BlushBlushBlushBlush

Ducky23 · 19/06/2014 07:22

Bears test!! I had no symptoms at that point!!!

Cupcake if DH saw it id say it was a line!!! Grin Test again with fmu becuase I'm thinkin it's fluctuating levels.

Popple pregnancy does do strange things to your teeth! Grin

MrsPopple29 · 19/06/2014 07:19

Don't worry cupcake, I reckon Ducky is right about the fluctuating levels!

Hope you get the midwife stuff sorted soon Ducky. Midwives are a whole unknown world to me but it all sounds a bit confusing!

I've had really sensitive teeth the last few days. Can't decide if it's an early symptom or simply a sign that I've eaten too many cakes and sweets this month... 7 dpo now, it's slowly creeping round...

Cupcake92 · 19/06/2014 07:05

If DS was a girl not a boy lol
Sorry guys it's too early! Lol!

Cupcake92 · 19/06/2014 07:04

Test bears!!!! :O

Cupcake92 · 19/06/2014 07:03

It's just so frustrating :( I hate ttc. And would just like a simple straight answer, 'am I pregnant?' 'Yes/no'
Not , ' well u might be! But u might not!" Grr :( even DH saw the line yesterday and started to get excited, n felt a little down when I said don't get too excited Ita not certain yet.

Ah dear :(

I love Lily, that was my great aunts name :) would be my DD's middle name if I had a DD. If DS was a boy he would have been called Lily-Rose but I'm glad I didn't as everyone I know since has had a girl they've called her Lily-Rose.
Disappointing as I so love that name :(

Bearsinmotion · 19/06/2014 07:01

Ducky, I think you're right to make a fuss, and keep making one until you get what you need. Just keep pushing, metaphorically :)

Don't stress too much cupcake, it's early days and you're not out until AF arrives!

AF is due here today, no signs yet, but no signs I'm pg either Confused

Ducky23 · 19/06/2014 06:52

Aww I love lily! Grin

Cupcake, hcg can fluctuate the first few days, my second tests were fainter than my first and I was convinced it was over! It's still very early for you. Maybe keep trying with fmu Smile

I have made a bit of a fuss so far and is not really got me anywhere, now I kind of think they see me and think oh god not her!!! Hahah

iamdivergent · 19/06/2014 06:39

Ducky Lily is lovely, that's my dd name Grin

Cupcake92 · 19/06/2014 06:30

Yesterday's FMU I could see the line no doubt ! I see it on my picture I took even if it's very faint it's there .

:( don't get why these are bfn

Cupcake92 · 19/06/2014 06:25

They are all negative now :(
Why??
I don't get how it can be positive yesterday to negative now ???

lillamyy1 · 18/06/2014 23:53

I'm from the midlands too!!!! But in the sw atm.
Cupcake, fx for line tomorrow/Friday!

LuluJakey1 · 18/06/2014 22:51

I think they could be more supportive Ducky given what happened last time. It would help you feel reassured. Make a fuss.

The times my mum was very poorly in the last few years, I used to make a very firm, calm fuss and insist on seeing the consultant if I was not happy with what was happening. There were other elderly people who had no one to speak up for them and they did not get the same level of care on the wards. Make a fuss, calmly and firmly and nicely. Don't be fobbed off.

Lily is a lovely name. I also like Isabella and Iona- can't remember who said them but both lovely names.

VERY tired tonight! Anyone else just wiped out? Came home and took my clothes off and lay on bed with curtains shout and cool fan on full for an hour. DH still at work then. When he came in, we had tea then I have lain on the sofa then come up to bed. He is cleaning up downstairs.

Cupcake92 · 18/06/2014 22:20

It doesn't sound silly Ducky, u can't help feeling anxious. I'd talk to ur midwife or gp and just explain u need more reassurance through scans and appointments and see if the can give u more?

Ducky23 · 18/06/2014 22:20

Or maybe you guys can be my midwifes and just talk me through it!!! GrinGrinGrinGrin

Ducky23 · 18/06/2014 22:19

GrinGrin

No he didn't say, I said to him why have you changed that because you said I could have them every two weeks and he kind of brushed it off and said oh well we will discuss it at 26 weeks.

I looked into in and that hospital averages around 6 still births per year, which thankfully isn't a lot, so I thought they would provide extra support and care. Feeling a bit fed up with them now Hmm I might just be my own midwife Grin

poppet85 · 18/06/2014 22:15

ducky thats doesnt sound silly at all

Cupcake92 · 18/06/2014 22:11

Omg I'm in midlands too! Haha!
Slap bang in the middle I am lol :p

I'm already consultant lead, but he completely changed my care plan from what he initially said before I got pg, it now includes a lot less scans and appts Hmm I saw him at 9 weeks then I don't see him again until 26 Confused

I know it sounds a bit stupid but I get very anxious.

Bearsinmotion · 18/06/2014 21:59

Worth asking if your hospital does something similar though? It does mean consultant-led rather than midwife-led care but I'm fine with that!
