The Rules...

(1) A lady may only POAS on a Friday.
(2) Friday means the day that everyone calls Friday in the time zone where you spent the night.
(3) Rule (1) does not apply to POA-OPK-S, UNLESS they are being illegitimately used as surrogate HCG detectors, in which case Rule (1) most definitely does apply
(4) Rule (1) does not apply following a BFP because if you want to waste £25 a day POADigiS that's your prerogative
(5) Rule (1) does not apply if a lady is POAS in an attempt to get a BFN to prove she can start DTD with intent
(6) Rule (1) does not apply if a lady wants for unknown reason to pee on an actual stick, like a twig or some such, if that lady is unexpectedly caught short whilst tramping in the forest looking for bears.
(7) These rules (including Rule (1)) are subject to the change at any time if the ladies of the Posifrickentivity thread decide on a whim come up with empirical evidence to prove that it is luckier to POAS on any other day of the week
(8) Violators of Rule (1) shall be subject to fish throwing.

And as a grand finale, why not pledge to NEVER POAS before 14DPO?

CD19 here and getting impatient.....

Treaclepie19 · 29/06/2014 19:23

Thanks ladies, I've had a read about it and looks like I'm experiencing a fallback rise. Goes way up for ov, down the next day and then back up til af/bfp.

I'm on cd18 today. We shall see what happens :)

Boozle80 · 29/06/2014 17:37

Treacle I'm no expert at all on temping but maybe you ov'd around day 25/26? Xx

Hope26 · 29/06/2014 17:28

Office enjoy dtd and dress up! Don't make it a chore.. I got really moody with DH when we first did it after mc. He was so confused haha and at the end I ended up crying! He thought he hurt me. this whole experience has really tested our patience. And it will test yours as well. I suggest you don't google anything because it will drive you crazy and waste a lot of time.

Marm I got my AF cd35! The wait for long but it came. According to my CB ov kit with dual.. I got a solid smiley and did have a lot if discharge on that day so I'm assuming it can't be wrong! You just have to wait for your AF and then wait fr your smiley.

Trea - I sugget you dtd anyway, do you have a rough idea of your fertile window, mine is roughly cd13-cd18. I'm sorry I have never done temping so I have no idea what those graphs show! I'm sure the ovk kit won't give you a solid smiley if you weren't ovulating. They are pretty accurate. I hope you dtd!

Treaclepie19 · 29/06/2014 16:28

Oops. Wrong one.

Treaclepie19 · 29/06/2014 16:27

Good luck hope

The waiting is horrid marmalade.

My temps are all over the place. After thinking maybe I was ovulating earlier and getting my solid smiley, my temp dropped below my cocerline today.
Lost now.

Marmaladecat1 · 29/06/2014 16:23

I'm still waiting for the elusive post miscarriage AF.
CD 29. No idea if I'll ovulate still got about week before I'm due on. We shall see.
I bloody hate waiting!

Good luck hope

officelady · 29/06/2014 16:13

Fingers crossed for you, hope. It would be brilliant if you got a BFP so quickly! I'm only on cd 9 so early days for me - got lots of shagging to look forward to at least Grin

Hope26 · 29/06/2014 15:06

I hope your cycle gets back to normal office. It can be so frustrating. We all have been through a traumatic time both physically and mentally..

Yes I am hoping for a bfp and a missed period on the 3rd... I've been having cramps after ovulation around -7dpo and it got worse by 9dpo. No other symtoms. The cramps have gone now. I usually get sore boobs before my AF and mild cramping that's how I know AF is coming and it usually turns up a day after. Right now I have no sore boobs at all..

I am hoping this is the month!! will keep you all updated. Office when is your AF due

officelady · 29/06/2014 13:42

My cycle post-mc is best described all all over the fucking place. I think I've only ovulated once in 3 months but have had light breakthrough bleeds at various random times. Miscarriage has been the gift that keeps on giving for me! My last af was a bit more normal so maybe it's settling down finally. Hope I "hope" (arf - see what I did there) yours is already back to normal. Are you hoping for a BFP on 3rd July? I am on my tiny phone & can't scroll back to check - sorry.

Hope26 · 29/06/2014 13:03

3 months must have been so hard for you. Mine came back on cd35.. I'm hoping its back to normal but I keep getting bfn's! AF due in 3rd July.. Just a waiting game now

Boozle80 · 29/06/2014 12:14

Mine came back on time, but it took maybe three months to get my first AF afterwards so maybe my body had spent that time getting back to normal? If anything it may have been slightly early xx

Hope26 · 29/06/2014 11:59

Thanks metal! This 2ww can drive you mad and I hope my cycle is back to normal

Metalhead · 29/06/2014 11:50

My cycles went back to normal straight away, but I've never been totally regular (usually varies by 2-3 days).

Hope26 · 29/06/2014 11:25

Hi ladies I have a question. if you have had your second AF after mc, has it come on time or is it usually late as the body is trying to get back to normal? I've read a lot of stories where AF is messed up and women get a bfn's even if they are pg. some women think they are of pg but AF arrives a lot later than their first AF.

Marmaladecat1 · 29/06/2014 10:46

Haha you should boozle!

Boozle80 · 29/06/2014 10:07

Maybe I'll bob up a picture of my lower intestines in silent protest..!

Justonemoretime · 29/06/2014 09:47

What's weirder is when they make the scan pic their profile pic, and then you just see a uterus in your friends list. Weird. Like you'd have a pic of any other internal organ as your profile pic, or address someone's uterus in conversion!! ;)

Hi all,
I've had an exhausting day helping at a local event.
I also drank at that event- daytime wine is not fine! I feel rubbish.

A night off would be amazing, I think it would a good idea.

Seems very hard to get off the tread mill.

Hope tonight goes ok, I have a similar SIL!

Treaclepie19 · 28/06/2014 16:31

Thanks everyone. I'm a little better today.
1dpo so feel a bit excited/nervous/hopeful.

SIL isn't coming to a party at ours tonight so ive convinced myself she's pregnant.

She makes everything into a competition and I really hope she hasn't done the same with this.

Going to have some drinks tonight and just remind myself it's too early to matter yet.
Going to stop drinking after today til af comes or doesnt but don't want to raise suspicion by not drinking and could do with the escape!

Glad you had a lovely time boozle :)

broody that is interesting, I have no idea what I'll do if/when we get to 12 weeks next pregnancy. Not sure whether I could share it knowing how the announcements make me feel.

broodylicious · 28/06/2014 13:12

www.parentdish.co.uk/pregnancy-and-birth/should-you-share-scan-pictures-on-facebook/

This just popped up on my Facebook feed. Talks about the debate re posting scan pics on social media and that it does actually hurt people who've had pregnancy issues (why they couldn't say the word miscarriage is beyond me but hey ho!)
