The Rules...

(1) A lady may only POAS on a Friday.
(2) Friday means the day that everyone calls Friday in the time zone where you spent the night.
(3) Rule (1) does not apply to POA-OPK-S, UNLESS they are being illegitimately used as surrogate HCG detectors, in which case Rule (1) most definitely does apply
(4) Rule (1) does not apply following a BFP because if you want to waste £25 a day POADigiS that's your prerogative
(5) Rule (1) does not apply if a lady is POAS in an attempt to get a BFN to prove she can start DTD with intent
(6) Rule (1) does not apply if a lady wants for unknown reason to pee on an actual stick, like a twig or some such, if that lady is unexpectedly caught short whilst tramping in the forest looking for bears.
(7) These rules (including Rule (1)) are subject to the change at any time if the ladies of the Posifrickentivity thread decide on a whim come up with empirical evidence to prove that it is luckier to POAS on any other day of the week
(8) Violators of Rule (1) shall be subject to fish throwing.

And as a grand finale, why not pledge to NEVER POAS before 14DPO?

I can imagine the mc has only exacerbated it treacle DH and I didn't dtd during my pregnancy so it's been a few months and I'm pretty nervous especially after having the ERPC. Not that I'll even be considering dtd for a while yet but the thought of it still makes me anxious Blush

Cb ov sticks and cbfm are the same - they measure two hormones. The difference with monitor is it stores cycle history so you only test 10 x per month once you get going. You usually get 6 days high and 2 days peak.

Thanks oneday, it is awful. With regular dtd it actually improves but after having so much time not dtd with the mc and everything it's incredibly painful. Poor DH!

I really hate the "it wasn't meant to be" and the "you're still young". Seriously JTFO.
Managing to dtd even with the vaginismus. Wish that would JTFO but I've had it for about 6 years so guess im stuck with it. Gah.

Hi sky I'm so sorry you find yourself here. I joined in the last few days after a mmc and as someone set to me it's a club that no one wants to join but I can definitely vouch for the ladies on here being absolutely lovely!

Oh Sky, I'm so sorry to hear your news. But you are in good company. Feel free to rant, rave, swear, ask questions or just read. Try to take some time to allow yourself to grieve.

I especially hate the "at least you can get pregnant line'..... now on mc 2 I throw back the .... 'just can't fucking keep them though'! Normally does the trick! I'm past caring how other people react to my mc. To be fair most people have been amazing.

Did you say your erpc was on Thursday?

It's shit, there is no two ways about it. But we have lots of graduates from this thread that prove better times can lay ahead.

P.s I'm sorry for typos everyone, I always type on my phone and it loves changing and adding words!

Just been given the link to this thread as I posted about a missed miscarriage (12 week scan yesterday, no heartbeat). These comments have made me chuckle already - didn't think I'd be able to smile so soon.

Comforting to know there's lots of ladies out there who understand.

I think I will complain, it was horrible enough without having to hear that!
I go from worrying I'll miscarry again or never getting pregnant again.

What's dual hormone? I think my PCOS screws up the bloody ovulation sticks. So probably a waste of time here. I think you can get Clearblue sticks on eBay for the monitor.
I did order a bumper 30 pack of Internet cheapie pg tests yesterday (I'm almost embarrassed to write that!) POAS addict here! But after last time I'll playing by the rules.

A friend of mine last week said she had a pregagncy scare recently but it would have been inconvenient if she got pregnant because of her pre booked holiday to Thailand!
She can JTFO!

Trea the month I conceived I don't think the solid smiley even appeared I was well confused. I had 8 days flashing smiley.. Bit I conceived anyway so I'm not going to complain

Ive got to say those sticks are pretty accurate. They matched up well with my temp rise although I did have 9 flashing smileys the month I conceived before my solid smiley.

Make sure you use them every day now and pee first thing in the morning. they are expensive sticks! But worth it

Brummie! The cb ov sticks with dual hormone indicator are good. I conceived within the first four months of using them. I had no clue what I was doing before that. Love seeing the solid smiley face :)
