Hi there, looking for some advice. I had a m/c 6 wks ago and AF departed yday. I've started to use the cbfm and am on cd8. I've read here that waiting till cd11 can save on sticks. I usually ov around day 14. Is this risky or thrifty? Wishing you all well!
