I have one child who is 11, and who longs for a sibling. I am 32 years old & I have been trying to conceive since December 2013. I am ovulating thankfully, but seem to ovulate on CD18. My issue is that at 9dpo I start spotting and 10 dpo AF starts. I am on TTC#7 now, and I find the 2WW very difficult every month. I try to be positive and hope for the best, but on the other hand I try not get my hopes up too much, as it is so upsetting when AF arrives. I have had CD3 and 7 dpo tests done to check hormone levels...all of these have come back normal...My temps are really good too, so I just can't understand what is going on with my body. I also have been going to accupunture for the last 3 months. I am on CD1 today so hopefully this is the month I will conceive. Fingers crossed.Would anyone like to join me as I begin Cycle 7 TTC? x

Hey Ella.

Awww sorry to hear about your dh ex! Bet you could scream hun. Its weird at the min i have 5 people around me all expecting, i am really happy for them..but why cant it be me?

My temps are still above coverline hun & im on cd6/7?? Cant remember now! Had AF light/med flow lasted 3 days xx

ELA88 · 25/06/2014 17:46

Hey ladies, sorry for a lack of communication, had a bit of a rubbish time with work recently and been a bit down about all the pregnancy announcements, especially when I saw my husbands ex pop up (we have a few mutual friends on Facebook and one of them shared her lovely scab photo) I've lost the plot a little bit!!
My temps have been relatively low since AF finished, around 36.1 ish.

How have you ladies been? Anything new with you?! Xxx

My Af lasted for 7 days this month, but it was not as heavy as previous months. I was on painkillers for my back, so I didn't experience AF pain, perhaps that is why my flow was lighter this month too. I read before that painkillers can affect your flow...Hmm the human body is complicated! x

Hi 1moretime Well I thought a 3 day AF was a little on the short side, but saying that medical literature cites that on average menstruation lasts for between 3-5 days. But it even says that anything between 2-7 days is considered normal...last month my temps only came down CD5 & then this month my CD 3 was 36.47, so back down.,...looking back at older charts I don't seem to go below coverline until CD 3...I know Kitty on the July bus was saying her temps stayed right up..perhaps you could ask her as well...do you think it is anything to do with your PCOS? Sure there is no harm in doing another pregnancy test. Honestly you will have to chart for a few months to start seeing a pattern emerging that is unique to you xx

Verity not veriry. Haha.

Going by my last cycle i would be 22dpo. Ov late at cd28. X

1moretime · 24/06/2014 14:59

Hey Laura hope all this ttc isnt keeping you up all night Wink
Onwards & upwards hun.

I am very confused at the min, AF arrived for me at 15/16dpo...cant remember now will have to check chart again. I am on the veriry forum with ladies who too have pcos & they have been watching my posts & watching my chart. They have noticed that my temps are still above my cover line? Confused
At 18dpo although i was bleeding my temps had dropped but still above cl then dropped to the coverline then back up a bit more today. They are suggesting i do another test.
Surely if i was pregnant i wouldnt have had a normal period...well it didnt last as long but still was light/medium flow.

Anyone any ideas??
Why would my temps still be above coverline at cd6 into new cycle.
As its my first cycle charting i dont know if this is normal for my temps at this stage just after af? Xx

Hi 1moretime my temps have dropped too! I am on Cd7 now! Af is lighter, so hopefully by tomorrow it will be gone! Then it's on to DTD & ovulation! Do you use OPK's? I know FertilityFriend is good, but it only estimated ovulate by temps etc...but I find that by using an OPK it lets you know when you get a LH surge before ovulation, so you can DTD! Grin! Also you more or less know with temps, opk's & cm monitoring when you have ovulated! That way you really know what DPO you are, which helps with POAS! Well that is what I have found so far anyway! Why don't you join the July bus, with the rest of us TTC! It is great & you will receive lots of support from all the lovely ladies there! Here is the link if your are interested! x

Omg so he was clearly to blame! That's similar to what happened to me and he denied being to blame too and the police even couldn't believe where I was saying he had turned from, he had his baby in the back of the car too, the side of the car that I hit. I'm just glad I had begun to slow down because of another car far ahead that was driving strangely, otherwise I would've hit him at about 50mph :-(
Were you on your own? Hope you're feeling ok tomorrow, you'll be sore for a few days xxx

laurano81 · 17/06/2014 19:15

I went to my GP, he said to go back tomorrow, as I probably was in too much shock to feel anything! FFS! That's all I needed!

I was driving down the road on the left...he came down the road on the right, then cut the turn & slammed into me...can you see the blue sign? He went right in front of that, and slammed into me on the wrong side of the road! My pelvis & lower back are sore & my right upper arm too! He wouldn't admit liability, although he was on the wrong side of the road! Angry! It's in the hands of the insurance company now..Fx cos I can't drive my car, until the insurance fella looks at it!

OMG laurano are you ok? That's awful. I had quite a bad crash a couple of years ago where a car just drove out of a side road and I hit them, you'll find bruises all over in random places, have you been checked at the hospital? Did they admit liability at the scene? Xxx

laurano81 · 17/06/2014 18:45

Looks good 1moretime! Are you sure about your DPO! Also some people report getting a BFP later , after getting a BFN..! Fx Did you use a FRER!
