F-ing joke

Normally my periods last for at least a solid 3 says and 3 nights.

My period started early hours of Sunday morning, and today I've only had smears of brown and it's almost finished. Yesterday I wore a night pad through the day and only used about 1/3 of it. What should I think of it? :S

Lady so sorry af got you - good plan with the cbfm, fx it works! My af just ended which is fab - I was half expecting another month long af challenge after the last one Dec to Jan...

DH and I have agreed we're going all out this cycle; presuming all is 'back to normal' (I'm an eternal optimist I'm afraid) so will be dtd every other night, eating well and taking supplements oh and keeping everything crossed. I want to be one of those couples who say 'oh it just happened before we made it to our first hospital apt'...

Victoria I'm 23 and he's 24. When I went to see the gp about my early MC he asked my age then chuckled and said I have plenty of time before I should start to worry and that was in march.

lil how long are your cycles? Mine are 26 days roughly.

good luck with cbfm lady. I got fed up of poas every morning for almost 3 weeks a month. u have long I regular cycles so I was having to do 20sticks. might dig mine out again next cycle and give it another whirl.

camping this week and ov yesterday. haven't DTD since Thursday so not holding out much hope this month.

My OH wants us to go and see our friend with the baby today (the one who lied about how long it took) and I really can't face it.

I've ordered the clearblue advanced fertility monitor (the new one that came out last month). Buying the ordinary opk sticks and working it out myself will stress me out too much. With this its just one stick and the monitor tracks and interprets it for you. Poas once a day for a few days of the cycle and that's it. Today marks 12 months and ill try the monitor for a while before going to the gp. I think cause I'm so young ill struggle to get tests until I'm more than the usual 12, especially as I was on the implant before and they say you don't count the 6 months after that.

Sorry lady. Af arrived for me too this morning which officially takes me into cycle 29 of ttc.

Also collected my third 'day 21' result yesterday. .. Still too low although again did not manage to get day minus 7... minus 5 again now af has arrived.

Ultimately means we'll now finally get our referral and with male factor as well suspect there's no point in clomid etc.

Feeling blue today but will be putting on a happy face for the for dh as he's made a real effort for a lovely day out canoeing today.

Hope you all have some lovely happenings this weekend as well as putting up with the same old shit we discuss on here.

Well that ruined it. Just went to the loo and here is af and 2 babies born this week all over Facebook. Bought myself some new shoes and going to keep smiling...

Still no AF and no signs of its arrival, backache for two days has led to nothing so far. It was due today but I've been 2 days later than my normally clockwork cycle before... did a test this morning and it was negative. I'll wait until Monday/Tuesday now unless AF makes her appearance!

Thanks Victoria. I suppose theres no harm in asking! I knew we would probably not be able to get any help such as ivf if needed, which is fair enough really.

Laura don't beat yourself up about it, it should have been your oh's responsibility to keep his own appointments not yours. Men are just crap. And there is plenty of time to have the result ready for the 20th. They write the report same day and I presume the sa is done at the same place as your fertility appointment and if necessary they can get hold of the result on the day if for for some reason it hadn't been sent out.

Did a test this evening even though I had a wee only 2 hours before because I'm a silly sausage.

Maybe theres a line if I hold it in the light a certain way and squint while standing on one leg, otherwise its negative. Will do one in the morning because I shall have my BFP!
