Thanks for the words of encouragment Wannabe, yes we are cycle buddies. I am now on CD18 and temp has jumped from 36.30 - 36.65 so if it is high tomorrow i am guessing i ovulated yesterday. We have only managed to bd on Sunday so really hope the sperm does live 3-5 days IYSWIM.

Feeling better today lets hope it lasts

wannaBe1974 · 26/09/2006 21:08

hiya all

Andy huge huge congrats , try not to worry, it will all work out I'm sure it will.

Coggy so glad things welt well yesterday, a break will take your mind off things, although of course you won't be taking a break from this site will you?

Natty there's still time to ovulate, didn't I read somewhere that chlomid can make you ovulate later in your cycle? could be talking out of my arse though lol. anyway even if it doesn't happen this month it could still all be sorted by next month.

Pussycat good luck for Thursday, will keep everything crossed for you, and be sure to take a couple of days off to recover, and to chat on here of course. if you need to chat you still have my email address don't you? [email protected]

Trace hope you're feeling better soon, and well done to jack what a star.

Hope everyone else is doing ok

on cd17 as well today so natty we're cycle buddies I think? although haven't really bd much this month so no hope for me.

trace2 · 26/09/2006 19:20

andi0411 · 26/09/2006 18:40

Ladies- I got a bpf this tea time- had to have a lie down to recover. This time it only took 3 mths after my last m/c instead of 10!!

4th time lucky eh?

I just 'knew' it this month- I felt it...sounds bizarre but i did.

Wish me luck, I'm not leaving yet- not till i see a heart beat...hope you don't mind ?

Very worried.

Good luck to us all!! xxx

ShowOfHands · 26/09/2006 13:15

Desperately been trying to get on here all day, at work, rushed off feet. Just a quickie...

Coggy- thought about you all day yest. So pleased for you!

Trace- get well soon and well done to wee Jack, the star!

Pussycat- lots of positive thoughts for Thurs, you are such a brave and positive woman.

Wannabe- glad you're back and had a great holiday.

JL- still thinking of you and dsis. When are you due?

Hi Andi, MrsMc, Natty, PinkR, BabyMad, et al! Laughalot and SOL, good to get updates on you guys too.

I'm 6+5 today, and have a wee bump (crazy huh? Apparently it's because I was slim before conceiving, there's nowhere else for it to go- scan next week to check for multiples!)

Hope you're all well.

Coggy- already said it, but I'm so pleased for how well your cons appt went!

laughalot · 26/09/2006 13:01

Thanks for everyones lovely replies and im sure in the future you will all be on the pregnancy threads.

Trace we are thrilled we are having a girl we feel very blessed that we will have one of each however if it was another boy I would have been just as happy.

Pussycat all I can say is god bless primark in mansfield its well cheap. Good luck with your appointment on thursday just to give you some hope one of the girls I work with had been trying for 11 years to conceive she was about to start ivf treatment and had a appointment at the park where she had the dye thing done as well as cysts removed a month later 2 weeks before ivf she got pregnant naturally she was 38 her little girl is now 2.

Natty1806 · 26/09/2006 12:44

Trace - sorry to hear you are feeling poorly.

SOL - 9.5 weeks time is flying, glad you are well.

Me - i am feeling sorry for myself today, cd17 no sign of ov, really thought being on clomid it would work - how wrong was i. I know i have still got time but i have got my blood test for progestrone on 2/10/06 and that will be cd 23 if i have not ovulated by then it will all be wrong.

My chart is here

so if anyone can take a long and tell me what they think it would be apprecaited.

thanks

Sexonlegs · 26/09/2006 12:28

OP posts:
MrsMcJnr · 26/09/2006 09:25

Thanks Andi , that's kind.

Laughalot - what a lovely post, you don't know me (and I should not be posting on this thread and will get kicked off soon ) but I thought I'd tell you that it makes me feel all warm and fuzzy when people like you come back, tell us your lovely progress and wish us well, it restores the hope that one day the time for us all can come! Lauren is a lovely name and I wish her a safe and joyous arrival!

Hi Coggy, so glad it went well and that you are feeling comfortable with the plan of action. I always really admire your positive attitude. I know what I shall be asking Santa to give you for Christmas

Pussycatmomma - I also want to wish you all the very best for Thursday, I hope the op goes well and solves some problems for you. Hope you recover very quickly. I am also very impressed by your taking your mind off things activities. I think my work is really suffering due to my obsession with the whole TTC thing .

Juicylucythe2nd · 26/09/2006 09:24

Hi,

Coggy, sounds like your appt went really well. A break sounds like a very good idea before you start treatment in Jan. That way you can get sloshed at Christmas. And all the people I know in RL who get pg seem to do it after a heavy night out

PCM - Thanks for your thoughts. Hope it all goes well on Thursday and I think you should have AT LEAST a couple of days off afterwards. I'm guessing you'll feel a bit uncomfortable after all that poking about. But it does get you closer to your goal, so worth it. Also very impressed with your life overhaul. Where do you get the energy??

Agree with you Natty re people dropping in with updates of happy outcomes. Gives us hope we will get there.

How's everyone else today?

Natty1806 · 26/09/2006 07:31

Coggy - glad it went well, a break sounds good idea, was meant to come on here last night but OH was messing around with his i pod so i didn;t get chance plus he was then too tired to bd oh well decided that telling him the days to do it has put him off so keeping my mouth shut for a while.

PCM - good luck for Thursay, i will be having that done in about 6 months so would love to hear all the details when your back, are you on clomid?

Hi to everyone else i have missed, CD 17 today and still no temp sign of ovualtion have had pains though.

Laughalot - people popping on to tell us how they are getting on is lovely IMO it gives us all hope that we will get there.

coggy · 26/09/2006 07:05

Pussycat and Andi you are both very sweet...doing your IUI homework!!

LOL at your over-drive Pussycat!
Sounds very impressive.
We shall all be thinking of you on Thursday.
I'm glad to hear that you are so positive about it....it's horrible having these things done but it's gets us that little bit nearer our goal doesn't it?
X

pussycatmomma · 25/09/2006 22:43

hiya andi.....sorry babes, i forgot to mention you in my hellos. Sorry hun! How are you?
((((pcm proffers a minstrel, her drug of choice )))

andi0411 · 25/09/2006 22:31

LOL Pussycatmomma at your 'madness'-very impressed with your life overhaul - good luck this week!!

Coggy- well done today- I too am going to read up more on IUI so I can talk intelligently with you about it- but feel glad that it all went well and you sound so pos. 3 mths is a long time for it to happen naturally- you may feel more relaxed b'cause you know the treatment is there at the end should you need it.
xx
