Moving on to May...Lets get start acting like Spring rabbits for BFPs in May.

So I couldn't find a May thread, so I thought I'd start one for all of us who have dropped off the April thread.

Aunty arrived this morning so I 've just started cycle 4. TTC #2. Just had a long cycle so if this is the same length my most fertile time will be over Easter weekend.

So I might go all pagan and invoke some Spring fertility goddess. Or something. Or piss on some sticks.

MissMrsMummy Temping, I see a big kick up just after ov,, but technically I think you are looking for 3 consecutive days where your temperature increases.

I've recently realised that MyDays has a graph option, so that helps you see it, rather than just looking at the temperatures.

go viper im also counting on sods law this month as im half way through personal training at gym and have lost 2 inches from my stomach. ill just get close to being happy with it and ill get a bfp thats my hope anyway lol Grin good luck to everyone!

Crisps Lemon juice makes your body more alkaline and therefore more sperm-friendly!

I'm having 1 lemon a day diluted. You should use a straw to prevent tooth enamel erosion!

What's the lemon juice for?! I'm cd4 now so I'll start in the next few days then. I'll start with one a day but knowing me I'll be on three tests a day soon!

Ladies who temp - I need a bit of help as to what I'm actually looking for in my results! How will I know if I've actually ov'd? General rise in temps for a few days?

Viper Yes because I almost missed ov the first time I used ics! Last cycle my positive was about 10pm so might have missed it again if I just did it tests each morning.

This may be excessive but I feel it's necessary for me!

I'm also on 24 day cycle and ov'd on day 12 last time which was a few days earlier than normal so I'm glad to have been testing basically from straight after AF. She's just gone now so I also need to get my glam on too! Reflexology and spa day tomorrow so that should help!

Missmrs do you really do 3 a day? I was thinking of May e kicking it up to twice a day this month. 24 day cycle last month so I'm going yo start testing cd6, which is on Thursday, better get my glam on.

Karuma, you and me both, I'm one day ahead of you so will kick off. Bring it on January baby!

Crisps I do 3 a day (lol) from about CD7 and I carry on until after the positive so I can see when the hormone reduces so I can finally stop DTD

What opk's does everyone use? I'm new to this so could do with some recommendations! I've ordered some from eBay but if there are any better, I'll buy more! Do you test every day or from a certain point in your cycle?

Gossip cd means cycle day as in cd1 would be day 1 of af and so on until your next af Smile

its a contraceptive injection that stops you from ovulating for three months every three months you go back to get a top up, it can take a while to wear off !

I was on depo for 6 years after ds1, but then I heard that it can take ten years for your body to get back to normal, so I came off it, AF arrived 2 weeks after depo ran out, was having protected sex and fell pg unknowingly 2 months later, this time its taking forever but it did take over 2 years to fall pg with ds1 and I'd been trying from 17yrs old (married young, divorced young too)

well cd3 for me and af seems to have vanished already.... but you never can tell with me lol. im gonna dtd eod from cd 6 untill i get a fixed smiley then see what dh is up to lol. gonna try and do the same after ov until i get my bfp! af can just F OFF next month i WILL get my bfp

Hi Ladies will probably be on this bus in a couple of days but saw you talking about depo....

I was on depo for 10 years it took about 8 months for periods to return and have been trying for a baby for over a year now.

Im so very scared its caused infertility and is not a good idea to google it when your worried.

Just adding, I was on depo before our first one and it took ages to get my period once I stopped using it.

I'm doing same as last cycle (basically using every tip I've ever read!) plus will start dtd straight after AF instead of waiting until nearer ov.

CD6 today and feint line on OPK so better get cracking!

ginger we drink decafe tea and coffee at home. I cant really taste any difference and neither can anyone else I guess, as noone commented about the coffee that I switched for decafe Wink
