I took codeine at 5am. It's the only way I will get through today. It's bound to be a bad one as I got off way to lightly last month. Thanks for the welcome. That is so frustrating kurama. It would be so much easier if our bodies would just make sense. At one point last cycle I was doing opk's and hpt's because I had no idea if I'd ov'd yet or not. Turns out I'd helpfully ov'd while I had thrush. Grrrr. At least give me a chance body!

To get accurate results from temping you have to take it at the same time every morning, after 3 hours uninterrupted sleep, before you get out of bed. It's more difficult now the sun wakes me before my alarm!!
