I thought I'd start a thread for all those who will be starting out TTC this month, I'd be interested to see how other people get on, tips, moral support etc. We'll be starting TTC at the weekend!!

I'm obv out then.
I did a superdrug one as well n bfn.
If they can detect now n AF is due Wednesday I've got no hope :'( I'm so gutted

Just poas! The FR! Currently writin this while waiting for result. I have a feeling it'll be bfn tho it's early and also it's only my 1st month ttc
I really want this bfp tho :(

Arrg couldn't wait any longer and just took a FR test (5 days before AF due). BFN obviously! Still keeping fingers crossed though, I just hate waiting!!!
Cupcake, have you tested yet?

I had AF pains too though rainbow! I guess implantation feels the same as AF pains?

Come on cupcakeeee!!!

Although I would have maybe said check the packs and see which one says it's more sensitive (how much hcg they detect) lower the number the more sensitive. Good luck Grin

As for me I feel like I've had af pains for last 2 days. Think I'm out this month but will wait and see I guess.

Okay I'll use FR! :) I'll be testing in about an hour just have to drop DH off at work then will test when I'm home. I'll let u all know :)
I'm keeping my fingers crossed too! A bfp would really top off this month perfectly!

Cupcake use FR! I think 2 days early is like 97% accurate! OMG I'm sooo excited to hear! Fx!!!
Welcome, stars. Ovulation is 2 weeks before your next period is due, half way through your cycle pretty much x

Ok I have just decided to start trying. DTD last night and checked out a million apps for fertile dates but they all say different things! Period started on 7th April so I figure around now is about right. Good luck ladies!

Right need some advice ladies!
I've brought 2 x superdrug tests and also a first response test. I'm due AF on Wednesday. Which test should I use today?
First response says as early as 6 days before period should I use that one as it may be more sensitive??

Oh I don't know! I'm nervous lol!!

DP hinted he'll propose this year......Fx!
I also dated my fair share of dicks, DP was one of them! We've been on/off for 10 years, met him when I was 17. He used to be such a twat to me but he changed and I finally got him in the end!
Are you hoping for boys or girls, ladies?

Cupcake don't forget I didn't get my BFP until a day before AF and that was very very faint so don't be disheartened if it doesn't come up today.

Gem of course your not too old! As far as I was aware fertility is great up until 35 and only then does it slightly start to decrease.

I've still got a week to wait until AF's due... really want to test but know it's too soon. Don't have pmt, which I usually do by now, and I felt sick yesterday but I know I'm just symptom spotting and probably just imagining it all!

I also would've started TTC earlier (I'm 27) but I was adamant I wouldn't have a kid with some asshole who'd leave us. My DP is a sweetheart, so loving and kind, I trust him completely and I'm sure he'll be a great dad

Sorry to hear about your AF Gemerama, don't worry, you're a spring chicken! It's easy to get wound up though.
