Hope everyone doing ok x

Ducky23 · 23/04/2014 09:16

I think the asda ones are quite good Smile

Cupcake92 · 23/04/2014 09:14

Not sure what to test with tho probably asda tests as I'm there on Thursday haha

Cupcake92 · 23/04/2014 09:13

I'm going to stay well clear of testing till the weekend so I think ill test Saturday morning then AF is 3 days late.
Keeping my fingers crossed too :)
Good luck with the midwife Ducky!!

Ducky23 · 23/04/2014 09:07

I think that's a good sign cupcake! When are you testing? And what are you testing with? Smile

Fingers crossed!!!

Cupcake92 · 23/04/2014 08:48

That's exciting Ducky! :D well today AF Is due but she hasn't turned up! Only more creamy cm :s yuck!

Ducky23 · 23/04/2014 08:37

My midwife is coming in a bit. Bloody crazy. Still doesn't seem real

Cupcake92 · 23/04/2014 08:21

How is everyone this morning?

Cupcake92 · 22/04/2014 23:06

Carman I still have symptoms too. I have literally just burst into tears because I can't paint as quick as my DH. I mean wtf?!?!?!!! I'm going crazy lol! I literally had a full on breakdown in tears. Haha oh dear

elcarmen2010 · 22/04/2014 22:23

And Ducky, I think we are all in the wrong business! Pregnancy tests.....that's where the big dollars are!!!

elcarmen2010 · 22/04/2014 22:21

Me too cupcake! Even though I had a BFN today I still have sore bbs and I've been cramping today so hope its down to implantation which it could be? I'm 11dpo?
I'm trying my best not to test until at least the weekend when AF is due.
I'll be keeping everything crossed for both of us! Let us know and I'll keep you posted! :-)

Cupcake92 · 22/04/2014 21:48

Exactly.
I'm still praying and hoping for my bfp gonna hold off see if AF stays away n if so I prob won't test till next week. But still crossing my fingers

Ducky23 · 22/04/2014 21:14

I was just thinking that, some people won't have implantation at 8dpo and implantation can take a few days and it's not until then the test can detect your hormones.

I think they try and trick you, if you read the small print it probably says 0.00001% got + at 8dpo lol. But i bet it bloody sells them! I got a feeling I'm in the wrong profession!

elcarmen2010 · 22/04/2014 20:57

I completely agree. Unfortunately I think it's all just marketing crap! I said to DH last night, it's scary how much money these pregnancy test companies must make...
Even though I fell for the marketing on the colourful box I still bought some FR ones as well. It just seems too good to be true - turns out it was! And plus, everyone implants at different times so detecting it at 8 daysafter conception must be for the minority! Anyways, I won't be buying them again...

Cupcake92 · 22/04/2014 20:48

I just had a look at that pregnancy test carman
How does it detect 8 days after conception?
And why do they put 2 pregnancy tests in the box?
Sorry for the questions lol but surely if it's so sensitive u only need 1 test?

lillamyy1 · 22/04/2014 20:43

Alizeeod, so sorry to hear about your argument. Are things any bette now? Obviously I don't know anything about the row, but it might be possible that you're over-thinking things because you've got so much on your mind? I really doubt that having known each other for 10 yrs you've made the wrong decision.
I hope everything rights itself. Thanks

elcarmen2010 · 22/04/2014 19:42

It sounds promising looking4rainbow! Fingers crossed for you Xx
Katopotato - Earliest test I found was a brand called Viola
www.lloydspharmacy.com/en/viola-super-early-pregnancy-test-265101
It says it can detect 8dpo but I'm 11dpo with symptoms and got a BFN which was disappointing. Good luck!

BearsInMotion · 22/04/2014 18:43

I can see it rainbow!

kitkatkaty87 · 22/04/2014 18:20

Woo looking for rainbow! Hope it's darker 2moro so that you can convince yourself your not seeing things :)

Cupcake92 · 22/04/2014 17:47

Congrats looking4rainbow!! :)

looking4rainbow · 22/04/2014 16:15

Yes I have 4 in the drawer hehe. Thanks for advice will do that tonight. I'm now symptom spotting feeling sick but it's probably the Easter egg I just comforted myself with!

Ducky23 · 22/04/2014 15:42

Have you got an unused one rainbow you can compare it too?

If you have another one maybe not have a drink for a couple of hours then open another one and compare it to the one before, if you see a line on that then you know it's probably a shadow or somethig? If you don't see a line you probably got yourself a little bean Smile the. You can take the test just to confirm.

looking4rainbow · 22/04/2014 15:38

I tried to take a pic couldn't make out the second line. Just want to sleep until tomorrow now. Convinced myself the line is my imagination.

Cupcake think I can see the line but like I said I have line eyes at the moment hehe

Ducky23 · 22/04/2014 15:30

I can't see it on my phone and can't log in on comp because i forgot my new password already! Doh!

I took a picture of my one the other day with the faint line but you can't even see it on a picture! Smile

Cupcake92 · 22/04/2014 15:18

Oh and I did the CB digital the day after which came back 'pregnant 2-3 weeks' so it did take me a while to actually get that with my DS I was already late for AF
