English - I would imagine they will do the tests where they measure your progesterone on day 21 and see if you ovulated.

Well I have been so bad with my cramping. It started really intensely yesterday afternoon. I ended up throwing up in the evening and then it subsided a little. I managed to sleep ok and it still doesn't feel right this morning. So I'm starting to think I've got a bug or something. It's amazing how much you don't care about a whether you're pregnant or not when you feel really ill!

My partner is away tonight leaving me on my own with son. Praying I'm going to stay feeling ok. Just planning on having a duvet day and staying really quiet.

Metal/Zah - any positive symptoms?

Fergie - everyone is different. But I think it quite normal for it to be quite painful. If you're worried give epu a call.
Clomidbaby- welcome, sorry for your losses. I hope clomid does the trick for you.
Feeling very meh today... Cd12 still 'low' on cbfm! FFS!! How many anovulatory cycles before dr will look into it? I know obviously there's not reason to assume I won't ovulate yet but just want to get myself prepared for battle if need be.

fergie sorry to hear you're having painful cramps. I had an erpc after an mmc so although a little different to you I was told I would bleed for at least a couple of weeks (I did) and I might have some aches and pains (I did have minor ones) but if these persisted or became so uncomfortable I needed painkillers I should see my gp as could be a minor infection - apparently the risk of infection is the same for erpc and medical management. So if it it that it will just be a short course of antibiotics to sort it out. Hoping it isn't and you soon feel better, but definitely don't rush back to work, look after yourself.

My name is Angela: age 34. I have had 4 miscarriages since May 2013, all before the 5 week mark, all at home, and they all sucked! I have a 15 yo son and a 12 yo daughter, but have been unable to carry a new baby so far. My progesterone (at last miscarriage at 5 weeks) was 7.
I am on my first cycle with clomid (50 mg). I took my last pill today. I usually have 25 day cycles. This is my first medicated cycle and I will take progesterone from ovulation on. I usually ovulate on cd13 but am not sure if the clomid will change that or not. I also have a blocked right tube so only my left one is working. Last miscarriage was December and it lasted over a month. Now fear resides where hope did. TTC now is more about not letting this crap beat me than about anything else. I still want a baby, but I don't want to see myself as a failure anymore either. I don't want to let this fear choke the life from me anymore. I am gonna come out on top of this: with a baby or two!
Yes, I sometimes do have to give myself a good pep talk. :)

Seeking some advice/knowledge ladies. I am five days since my mmc (it was medically managed at hospital with tablets). For the last three days I have had very sore cramps and although still bleeding a lot I wouldn't describe it as excessive. I was due back to work tmrw but doctor has recommended I don't go back for another week. I was hoping I would be feeling much better this week as I had to wait 7days before my hospital appointment but I am really struggling due to the cramps. Is this normal that this bleed will be painful? It would be great to know what others experienced x

Good news penguin :) we need that on here :) and I don't think I ever said congratulations to you seasides as I've not be on here properly in ages, so CONGRATULATIONS :) it's a bank holiday this weekend and the suns supposed to be out so I hope a few more ladies get there BFP's this Friday :) right I'm off to eat dinner, fingers crossed I'm not up on the night with cramps, please let this tummy bug bugger off :)

I also felt a barrier to getting back to dtd after mc; the first time was quite emotional.

anyhuman I also ignored the waiting advice post mc - it didn't get me pregnant but I felt like we were at least moving on in some small way. It's good that you feel positive already!
justonemoretime how frustrating to be told you are normal! I suppose at least it means you have a good a chance as any if you just keep trying? Hopefully the progesterone will be the little boost that you need and you will get upduffed successfully soon.

Hi justonemore must be really frustrating not to get a clear answer from the test, but at least if it is 'just' bad luck, luck can change any time. Man that sounds clichéd, sorry. I have a friend who had many MCs during her years of TTC, but now has had 2 kids in the last 2 years, and she is 38.

Great news Penguin. Waves to everyone - been away and then faffing around with password lockdown/reset.

So I've got my Prof Quenby results and I am..... TOTALLY NORMAL. As usual. Got my 15 min phone consultation tomorrow evening so I will see what she says re the next step. I've done my first month on the day 21-28 progesterone and that did make my af seem more 'normal' so I expect the lining did benefit. So I guess I'll carry on with that strategy until further notice. Seems I'm well and truly in the 'bad luck' camp :/

zah sounds like your dh must be related to mine! It's really tough isn't it, we've definitely had a rough patch with all this bloody mmc business.

Almost 4 weeks after erpc we still haven't been brave enough to dtd I went away this weekend with a friend and it was brilliant to get away for just a night for a change if scenery. I might try to take the plunge and jump on dh tonight / tomorrow depending on what time he gets home. Eeek, wish me luck. I would like to get an AF under my belt before we start the roller coaster of trying again, just to know where I'm at, but medically I was told their is no reason to wait, purely dating reasons. Anyway, no sign of AF so may as well just crack on as I feel the lack of tith is becoming a 'thing' and I really don't want it to be.

Only 8 days since MC (at about 6 weeks) here, but am actually feeling pretty positive, had a check up at EPU during the week and my hcg had gone down quickly - from over 2000 a few days before the MC to less than 200 a few days after, so hoping we can get things going again soon. Diagnosed with 'complete' MC, and advised not to start TTC for one complete cycle, so there is no confusion with hcg levels. Think I will be irresponsibly ignoring this advice though

I am at the gym having done a class of Pilates, about to go for a swim and I am still having cramps!! I took two painkillers over an hour ago and they've taken the edge off it. I looked up endo and I wouldn't say I fit the criteria of heavy painful periods but ibviously yes to the painful abdomen. I guess it could explain why I'm not getting pregnant!!

Oooh don't tempt me sebs! I'm sure I will be disappointed if I do, I didn't get my BFP until 13dpo last time. Might give in on Wednesday though as we're off on Easter hols the next day... (you can fish-slap me in advance for breaking poas rules! )

Metal. I tested positive by 10dpo on sensitive tests with each BFP . Go awwwwn, test tomorrow!!!
