The Rules...

(1) A lady may only POAS on a Friday.
(2) Friday means the day that everyone calls Friday in the time zone where you spent the night.
(3) Rule (1) does not apply to POA-OPK-S, UNLESS they are being illegitimately used as surrogate HCG detectors, in which case Rule (1) most definitely does apply
(4) Rule (1) does not apply following a BFP because if you want to waste £25 a day POADigiS that's your prerogative
(5) Rule (1) does not apply if a lady is POAS in an attempt to get a BFN to prove she can start DTD with intent
(6) Rule (1) does not apply if a lady wants for unknown reason to pee on an actual stick, like a twig or some such, if that lady is unexpectedly caught short whilst tramping in the forest looking for bears.
(7) These rules (including Rule (1)) are subject to the change at any time if the ladies of the Posifrickentivity thread decide on a whim come up with empirical evidence to prove that it is luckier to POAS on any other day of the week
(8) Violators of Rule (1) shall be subject to fish throwing.

And as a grand finale, why not pledge to NEVER POAS before 14DPO?

FX for you sebs! Go get a frer to pee on tomorrow morning!! Easter Grin

Justonemoretime · 16/04/2014 06:26

Ooh, Sebs, fx for you!
Welcome Belle, sorry for your loss.
So, after my conversion with Prof Q last night, I now have a treatment plan. Although nk cells and hormonal changes are normal, my uterine lining is a little on the thin side. So I'm keeping on with the progesterone day 21-28 regime for now (continue if bfp) and then heparin injections from new pg confirmed in uterus to 12 weeks, so will need an early scan when the time comes. Its so good to have a plan and a medical professional who doesn't just fob me off with the old 'bad luck' line. Just one thing to do now Wink ...

sebsmummy1 · 16/04/2014 06:14

Welcome Belle, sorry to hear about your mc. Lots of FX for successful TITH this month xx

Well if I had had an hpt to piss on I would have used it this morning as my temps are up the last two days and the brown mucus was just one wipe and now nothing. The only think I had in the cupboard was an opk so I've used it and it does look pretty positive (not glaringly so) but hopefully so.

I'm completely off my food. I still feel low level weird and crampy. Keep your fingers crossed for me Easter Confused

BelleJolie · 15/04/2014 23:34

Can I join?

Aged 34, currently trying TTC #2 but had a MC in Feb 14. Am hopefully ovulating right about now (or in the next day or so), as I detected my LH surge early this morning.

It's our first month of properly trying after the MC...am excited but also quite nervous. Am worried I won't get pregnant but also worried if I do! I don't think I'll be easily able to shake the fear of a MC happening again.

It's great to see some success stories on this thread. Good luck to everyone...hope there are lots of BFPs in store!

broodylicious · 15/04/2014 22:35

Hey ladies. Just been catching up - such a lot is going on in here!! Nothing much to report from me, except that a) I've not bled for three hours so reckon AF of the wtf cycle is finally through, waaaa-effing-hoo! and b) we are plowing all of our energy into selling our house for the next few months as I just don't feel mentally capable of being pregnant again yet; it's for the best that we don't ttc and instead concentrate on something else while I'm like this or I could end up down the black hole of depression again.

So ladies, I'm going to take my leave from this forum and come back when I'm ready to over share our filthy TITH activities. Spreading unMN love and hugs and BFP vibes to you all. No offence but hope none of you are still here when I come back GrinWink

Metalhead · 15/04/2014 21:32

Ah sebs I'm sure it's not cancer! It could well be implantation, fx for you. And for you zahazie, hoping you're wrong and it's not AF - what are the odds that we could all have implantation at the same time?! I've been failing miserably at not getting my hopes up today after I've felt a bit crampy all day, and now my boobs are a little bit sore too... think I need some fish slaps!

sebsmummy1 · 15/04/2014 20:29

My stomach still feels like it's been punched so whatever is going on is definitely weird. Just to be dramatic I've decided I've got cervical cancer as I haven't had a smear for years. Pregnancy would be infinitely preferable.

EnglishGirlAbroad · 15/04/2014 20:23

Maybe Sebs, sounds promising!!! FX!!
Sorry the witch has got you zah, have Cake and Wine, lots of Wine

sebsmummy1 · 15/04/2014 20:19

I've just gone upstairs to the toilet and there was blood stained mucus discharge when I wiped. Never had that before. Implantation maybe? Period is due Friday.

sebsmummy1 · 15/04/2014 19:21

Oh crap Zah. You sure it couldn't be implantation?

Clomidbabymaybe · 15/04/2014 17:20

I think it's horrible that we prepare ourselves for our next cd1 at our current cd1. Wish I could find a little hope to wait till at least cd2 before I write off another month. :)
Hugs to the people on cd1 and here's to hoping you wait before you write anything off! Wine to all!

zahazie · 15/04/2014 16:56

Gail sounds like a great holiday - enjoy

sebs hope you feel better soon.

Disappointing news from my side: spotting today which will lead to AF tomorrow. Feeling a bit Sad, but trying to be positive. Tomorrow is a new month Smile

Fergie11 · 15/04/2014 14:51

Thanks everyone. My cramps have really eased off today just a really sore head so just think I needed to give it time. Hoping by the weekend I'm feeling like my old self again x

sebsmummy1 · 15/04/2014 13:25

Omg Gail that is my idea of heaven Grin

My OH is a luxury hotel type person whereas I'm always trying to persuade him that a treehouse with communal shower facilities sounds ace. Have a fabulous time!

GailLondon · 15/04/2014 13:02

Hey Ladies, how are we all doing today?
I'm about 2 or 3dpo and giving hubby a much needed rest from TITH!
We are away on holiday this Friday and i can't wait! We're going posh camping - big safari style tent with proper double bed, wood fired range cooker, even a hot shower. Its on a little organic farm so we can colltect eggs from the chickens every morning for breakfast and DS can go on tractor rides and feed the donkey. As you may guess from my username i'm a city girl so can't wait for some peace and quiet in the country.

sebs hope you get well soon!

sebsmummy1 · 15/04/2014 12:40

Delicate would cover it. Scared to eat and my tummy feels bruised. Hopefully it will sort itself soon as, feeling ill is a very quick reminder just how fab feeling healthy is!

Cakebaker35 · 15/04/2014 12:36

Ha ha thanks sebs hallmark really are missing a trick Grin how are you feeling today, hopefully a bit better? X

sebsmummy1 · 15/04/2014 12:11

Ooooh Cake, have a 'congratulations on your cd1' card. I know it's more blood which is a royal PITA. But as you said, at least you know where you are now which is a relief.

Cakebaker35 · 15/04/2014 12:03

AF arrived today, the first one since erpc just under 4 weeks ago so I'm strangely relieved to see it so at least I know where I am cycle-wise. I was going to jump on dh this eve but that will have to wait now!

Metalhead · 15/04/2014 10:20

Urgh, I'm feeling pretty tired again today despite a good lie in this morning... do I spot a symptom here? (I'm just setting myself up for a fall, aren't it? Oh well, at least I'll be able to scoff Easter eggs to help me through the inevitable disappointment when AF arrives at the weekend!)

sebsmummy1 · 15/04/2014 09:19

Negativity that should have read !

sebsmummy1 · 15/04/2014 09:19

I think we all think we are broken English. I know I certainly do, I don't even get upset about all the nagar I've stays surrounding my age group and TTC anymore. It's like I'm slowly coming to terms with leaving it at one and feeling bloody lucky for that.

EnglishGirlAbroad · 15/04/2014 08:57

Thanks ladies, it's so hard not to over analyse things. Wish I could just go back to being naive and innocent in all things TTC. I hate that the mc has made TTC so stressful!

Metalhead · 15/04/2014 08:47

Fergie I'm sorry you're in pain. I had an erpc and hardly any cramps afterwards so can't really comment, but if the pain persists and you're worried I'd ring the EPU or your GP.

Welcome clomid, so sorry for your losses! it sounds like you've been through a lot. Hopefully the drugs will sort you out and you'll get your baby soon!

Try not to panic English, it might be that you just have slightly longer cycles now. I don't usually ovulate until CD19/20.

Not much to report here sebs. I had quite bad backache yesterday and was very tired, but that could've just been from the long walk we went on on Sunday... apart from that, no sore boobs or anything. Hope you're feeling better today, it does sound like you might have a tummy bug.

tannyLoo · 15/04/2014 08:45

Aunty is in the building! Period pants on, duvet pulled up, paracetamol on hand. This is cd1 of my last cycle before ttc again (I hope). How's that for posifrictivity?

I really think the acupuncture has improved my cycles. This one and my wtf cycle last month were both so textbook, it's amazing...
