Welcome aboard ladies!
Get your pom poms in the air, as well as your ass (post dtd!) and we might get somewhere!
Here's to some BFPs! Wine

Go for it retro! Dh has never had a high sex drive so I have to keep reminding him that unless he's hoping for immaculate conception I require assistance! Wink

RetroHippy · 05/03/2014 21:37

Wow, I'm impressed! That is certainly an extraOrdinary effort!

We missed two days the days before I got a positive OPK. I shall now be agonising about it until I get my bfp. We did at least DTD the day of the OPK and will be doing it for the next three days so hoping we caught it.

KittyVonCatsington · 05/03/2014 21:35

Not got as far as watching the videos-worried it might put me off TTC, missmrs! Stock up on at least one FRER. You will need it this month-I can feel it Smile

MrsExtraOrdinary · 05/03/2014 21:29

The good news is I convinced dh to dtd 3 times in 48 hrs! The bad news is we've now had a tiff so he will be in a sulk for a bit! In fact I think he may have instigated the tiff so he could have a night off! Mind you he got called on emergency last night so dtd had to wait until he got home at 1.30. I only had 5 hrs sleep up a pillow, completely shattered so in fact I'm not entirely cross but will let dh believe he has the stamina of a small ant! Angry

RetroHippy · 05/03/2014 21:21

Choccy, in my opinion, ass tastes of cherry flavoured cough medicine!

impatience, I was going to ask if anyone had suggested that, if it works for women's cm, should have the same effect on the menz. Hope it works!

EnglishGirlAbroad · 05/03/2014 21:19

So sorry Lemon.

No bloody FRER's here in AMsterdam, so when the time comes wil have to rely on a cb digi. Got some IC's to pee on first though. Will then crack open a digi when im certain. It WILL be my turn this month. Poor dh is knackered with all this dtd. And still a fair few days left, no peak yet!!

impatienceisavirtue · 05/03/2014 21:17

I was chuckling at that too - I was testing by 6dpo

Serenitysutton · 05/03/2014 21:12

Hi all I forgot about OBEM so going to catch up now! I am peeing on a stick every day, no ovulation. Still making DH have sex every day. We're going away this weekend to relax and put some serious effort in!

PolytheneGirl · 05/03/2014 21:07

7dpo here and been suffering terrible stomach cramp and back pain for a couple of days. Absolutely no idea what the heck is going on in there. Very tempted to poas in the morning even though I KNOW it's a waste of a stick!

Anyone else had/have cramps at this stage? It's really worrying me that something might be wrong.

JonesSchool · 05/03/2014 21:02

During playground duty I was pooed on..... By a bird! I hope it's a good luck sign for this bus!
Luckily I then got to miss my playground duty and go and wash my head!

rambini · 05/03/2014 21:00

Thanks for the article kitty it made for a very interesting read!
I especially loved the part that said If you elect to take the test as early as the day after you've missed your period, remember that a negative result isn't 100 percent certain
Hahaha who are these people who think that an early test is the day AFTER you are due on?! not like we are crazy people who test 6dpo or anything Hmm

broodysnoopstie · 05/03/2014 20:52

katecup so funny. Grin

impatienceisavirtue · 05/03/2014 20:44

My recent pregnancy was only picked up on FRERs. The EC that claimed to be 10mlu only picked it up much later, just before it started dropping, and was V faint.

gennibugs · 05/03/2014 20:32

Our local boots is sold out too! Is everyone ttc?? Or reading this totally awesome thread Grin?

Going to try and hunt them down at the boots nr my work tomorrow?

missmrsmummy · 05/03/2014 20:12

Eek that article puts me off testing early!

I'm sure I'll be very sensible and wait if my period is late

missmrsmummy · 05/03/2014 20:06

FRERs sold out on Boots online! Did everyone on here just go and buy some?! Lol

missmrsmummy · 05/03/2014 20:05

Thanks kitty I've just seen online that mine are 25miu (too lazy to go upstairs and look!) so I should prob get some FRER!

Feel stupid even planning to get some as I've never needed them so far! Really want this cycle to be my lucky on!

Anyone else addicted to watching birth videos on YouTube? I love the hypnobirth waterbirth ones.

missmrsmummy · 05/03/2014 20:03

Seen it in kitty's article now, Spotti!

KittyVonCatsington · 05/03/2014 20:02

Definitely reccommend getting some FRERs for sensitivity (even on day AF s due!) missmrs. CB normal and digi didn't pick up on anything (probably as HCG levels weren't doubling as they are supposed to) but FRERs continued to given me a fainter line, even when I had my bleed.

missmrsmummy · 05/03/2014 19:55

Spotti gosh, where are those figures from?

I have 3 x cb (not digi) upstairs. Bought in Dec when I naively thought I'd get pg straight away! Haven't taken them out of the bag even. Too miffed that spotting always starts before I even get chance to pee on one!

Hoping I might get to use one this month. Seeing as it's a pack of three and three is our lucky number this month!

impatienceisavirtue · 05/03/2014 19:51

Ooo thanks choccy

DH has just got back from boots 2 mins ago - wish I'd known ha.

Was a TTC related trip for cough syrup as apparently this helps with the hyperviscous thing

Choccywoccydodah · 05/03/2014 19:20

Frer are 2 for 1 in boots, 4 tests for£10.49 Grin
