Hands Up

kitty I have added you to the list and will update before I leave work today.

Seekingsense
Welcome & Congratulations on the lines - will you be FRER'ing?

Allthequeens How are you doing?

I'm sure this has been asked and answered already but who is poas this weekend? Seeing a BFN is torturous. Tbh, I'd rather see AF without a series of BFNs beforehand and so I've decided NO to pre af testing. I'll only test once I believe her to be late.

I don't know where everyone is located but apparently the weather in London (and surrounding) is supposed to be lovely on Sunday. Planning something for the day may help the next couple days go by quite quickly.

Hi I'm MrBsMrsB, would like to be MrBsMrsBandTwinnieBs. CD27 and 13dpo. I've managed not to test and feel like there will be fewer tears and less disappointment if AF just shows up without me having to deal with a BFN beforehand

LemonDrizzler · 07/03/2014 12:08

Thanks poly - enjoy your anniversary! :)

Congrats seeking!

Hazelbrowneyes · 07/03/2014 12:06

Not a teacher!

Coming to the end of AF and my IC OPKs and thermometer arrived today Grin Just waiting on my plastic cup to arrive now.

Going to test my thermometer tomorrow but leave the OPKs for a few days.

Been a really light AF with barely any cramps. Nipples still tingling which is rather off putting!

I might have to see the doc though. Throughout most of my cycle I get a pain deep inside my pelvis. I'm worried it's PID or a cyst. Going to give it another week or so and then go to see him if it's not gone.

katecupoftea · 07/03/2014 11:57

seekingsense of course it's fine! As long as it's okay that we use your BFP in our 31 challenge! Congrats!!

lindamagoo · 07/03/2014 11:51

Congrats Seeking Thanks

Thanks Poly, I'm positive about next cycle, I knew this month wasn't mine so not so down and I'm going to enjoy quite a few glasses of Wine with family the next two weekends then get down to some serious baby making Smile

PolytheneGirl · 07/03/2014 11:41

Hands up! I'm not a teacher but I do work in the EYFS which I love and makes me incredibly broody on a daily basis.

Thanks For Linda. Fx for next cycle.

Lemon, don't give up hope. My dh's cousin was told she had a mc at 5 wks, she went for a follow up scan a few weeks later and the pg was fine!

Well it's the 12th anniversary of the day DH asked me out today. So looking forward to a nice meal out tonight. Something nice to take my mind off this bloomin' tww!!

Seekingsense · 07/03/2014 11:39

Hello,

Not sure if this is allowed, as I have not posted on this thread yet, but I've got a second faint line on 3 tests today (currently 10dpo) and had to tell someone!

Spotti · 07/03/2014 11:00

Choccy, if it makes you feel any better, I have just eaten cake with chocolate spread on it. It was meant to be for Saturday (to celebrate/commiserate my BFP/AF) but I couldn't resist because I knew it was in the house! I blame all of the waiting...

Choccywoccydodah · 07/03/2014 10:45

Linda so sorry af here x

Choccywoccydodah · 07/03/2014 10:44

Sorry to hear that linda :(

After some advice ladies, been to the doctor this morning. Got a viral infection. Hes given me some cough medicine as they cant do anything else with viral infections but it wasnt my normal doctor so forgot to say I was TTC. Well, didnt think it would be a problem.
The bottle says not to take if ttc and to ask your doctor. Rang thd pharmacy and they said its fine if ttc but not if pregnant.
Anyone got any knowledge on this one?

lindamagoo · 07/03/2014 10:18

Thanks Spotti I think I'll do that, wouldn't be able to resist checking in on everyone anyway. Good luck to you all x

Spotti · 07/03/2014 10:14

Sorry to hear that linda. You're welcome to stick around if you don't want to stand at the bus stop on your own!

lindamagoo · 07/03/2014 09:47

Well af is defo here and I'm actually relieved as the cramps have now settled down, strange but true Smile So I'm off at this stop and I hope not to see many of you on the next bus x

Sparrowlegs248 · 07/03/2014 09:24

Ugh..... A new 10months plus thread. Just reading it.

Sparrowlegs248 · 07/03/2014 09:23

Mama is o

EnglishGirlAbroad · 07/03/2014 09:12

Anyone seen Mama?? Hope you're ok and just enjoying life lovely!

EnglishGirlAbroad · 07/03/2014 09:11

Writer I have indeed seen some sights!! Shock. No never had any back/crack/sack requests, but mostly because the salons i've worked in have been very strict and anti male intimate waxing. Did have an interview here and was told I would have to wax men - I turned the job down on that basis!!

Its very frutrating cth, although I think it could be down to first month using vitex. It says it can shorten or lengthen your cycle during the first month. Will keep dtd regardless.

cth1982 · 07/03/2014 08:59

Morning Ladies,

Hands up not a teacher but work in HR which sometimes is like dealing with children..

English I feel your pain - still waiting for ov frustrating isn't it?!?

anybody have fun weekend plans?

Writerwannabe83 · 07/03/2014 08:53

Morning all - there seems to have been a slowing down on the BFP front Sad

Sorry things are a bit confusing for you both lemon and queenshorses - it must be worrying and infuriating for you!!

I'm not a teacher either although part of me has always wanted to be one. I took a different route though and am a Paediatric Nurse in a Health Visiting Team

Englishgirl - Fanny Waxer!!! haha. You are clearly the bravest woman on this thread!! I mean I've seen some sights in my career but I bet you've seen worse... Grin ps) Do you ever get men wanting the back/crack/sack combo??? Grin

Cineraria · 07/03/2014 08:45

Sorry to hear you're going through this, especially when you're far from home, Lemon.

I'm not a teacher (any longer).

Strangely enough, English, one of my last teaching jobs was to set up a maths, English and ICT course for trainee beauty therapists who needed to do that as part of their apprenticeships and I had a few painful and sticky waxes while they were gaining experience! After that I escaped teaching and went into education consultancy. Nothing to do with the waxing though!

Allthequeenshorses · 07/03/2014 08:37

Nottalotta, thank you. Positive stories welcome!!

Choccy, yes. Had 3 faint lines last weekend, then did clear blue and was "pregnant". Did a test last night again and was strong dark line. Wasted a clear blue this morning and was "pregnant". I just need to sit tight I know but it is easier said than done....
