Barmy, just to let you know as I read you had 2 cp.

When I saw prof Quenby the other day, she said she was so pleased I'd had a month off. She said that even though I caught 3 months in a row, the first one may have had something wrong, but because I didn't let my body recover, it may have caused the other 2 and they may have been perfectly fine. My uterus may not have been strong enough to have recovered.
It may be something to think about for you. Obviously there are lots and lots if women that fall and it sticks straight away and all is fine, but that just what the professional told me.
She's now put me on 400mg cyclogest progesterone every 12 hours from just after ov to help with things x

Not having a great afternoon! The kids and I have just made our first ever homemade pizza and after all that effort and excitement from them my 2 yr old was sick everywhere as soon as he had a biteHmm Hope it's a bug and not the fact that their cooking is as bad as mines Grin

aenor · 01/03/2014 16:53

Conhrats to Sarara, Tigsy and LMSunshine!

I love these bus threads because there are always success stories or three and it gives the rest of us hope!

MrsGingerbread · 01/03/2014 16:46

Gingerbreadlady1 Oh yes, what a coincidence! Let's hope there are soon mini gingerbreads! I hope I haven't caused too much confusion!

Wow, congratulations on all those bfps. This already feels like a very lucky thread. :)

RetroHippy · 01/03/2014 16:44

I got home just in time to pee in my jar! OPK still negative though Sad. We are still DTD eod just in case Wink!

KittyVonCatsington · 01/03/2014 16:26

Still getting used to POAS without splashing, Posy - glamorous stuff this TTC Wink

katecupoftea · 01/03/2014 16:18

3/31 with potentially 2 more darker lines tomorrow! This is going well!

Glad Friday went well missmrs and that going back goes well for you x

PosyFossilsShoes · 01/03/2014 16:18

Ha Retro that was me two weeks ago, I was saving a wee for an evening OPK and couldn't get home in time and had to use the horrible tube station loo, which was grotty and really annoying!! I got home and drank about 2 pints of water so that I could squeeze out an evening wee (and then obviously spent all night waking up to go to the loo). The next day as I knew I was going to be out all day, I actually carried wee-sticks with me just in case Smile

Then over the weekend when I was expecting the smiley face I was staying with friends who don't know I'm TTC so I had to POAS clandestinely and then wrap them up and take them home with me. Before I started doing this there is NO WAY I would have thought carrying used wee-sticks, even wrapped up, in a suitcase was rational behaviour.

KittyVonCatsington · 01/03/2014 16:15

Most of its really nice barmy'and i get that tingly feeling but she really pressed hard on my ankles which made me wince a bit! She can do what the hell she likes though, if it helps!

barmybunting · 01/03/2014 16:12

That's good to hear you have their support missMrs good luck for Monday!

kitty I meant to say, glad you enjoyed the reflexology, hope it helps!

KittyVonCatsington · 01/03/2014 16:09

Having a giggle imagining you hopping from foot to foot, Retro-these things are sent to try us!! Grin

missmrsmummy · 01/03/2014 16:08

Yes they have been so lovely which has helped. I know I can go to anyone if I need help/think I'm falling apart again! At least I'll know the signs in future and be able to step back if it all gets too much!

barmybunting · 01/03/2014 16:06

Thanks kitty. I'm feeling ok to be honest, I was cross earlier but a chat here has helped Smile . It also helps get that perspective too, it's not af until it starts properly so I'm hopeful! And whilst my cycle is out of sync, I have noted a couple of changes this cycle (which I'm attributing to reflexology) so I think they'll get more regular soon.

Missmrs take it easy as you go back. I'm glad to hear you are feeling slightly ready to head back, but remember to place your health first. Keep chatting to us and let us know if we can help with anything. I understand your nerves. I think kitty has a good idea with the list and leaving anything else.

I have to be honest and say I'm concerned by the amount of marking, paperwork and assessment demanded in English schools in comparison to the Scottish curriculum. I do understand your concern about the workload. Try to focus on the essential, and the rest is a nice to have. Are your school being supportive?

kitty your idea about the list is a good one. I think I may try that.

missmrsmummy · 01/03/2014 16:04

Thank you Retro yep and I'm just doing mornings until Easter so I should survive!

missmrsmummy · 01/03/2014 16:03

Thanks rambini and that's a good idea kitty I will try it!

RetroHippy · 01/03/2014 16:01

missmrs, I live the idea of DTD for stress relief Grin I definitely subscribe to that school of thought!

Good luck for Monday - remember, only 6 weeks till Easter Wink

Currently in town trying to ignore the fact that I have to pee as it's a perfect OPK wee waiting to happen and on CD 9 so hoping to see it getting a bit darker! I may waste it by peeing myself on the way home though...

KittyVonCatsington · 01/03/2014 15:58

At the start of the school day, I do a list on a post it note of what has to be done that day (3-5 things max). Helps me to limit stress and feels good when ticked off!

rambini · 01/03/2014 15:54

Good luck for Mon missmrs. Be kind to yourself, your health and wellbeing is always the most important thing. But only 5 weeks till Easter Smile -not that i am on a countdown or anything-.

Sparrowlegs248 · 01/03/2014 15:53

Wow! No sooner does March arrive than the BFPs start to roll in thick and fast! Excellent news! Congratulations to you all. I am actually a bit excited!!

Sorry the witch got you mama chin up chuck.

Well, cd 9 of my 25 day cycle and have managed to dtd on 7,8 + 9!! This is a truly outstanding effort for us. Really trying to go for it this month as i haven't used opks so no idea when i ovulate. Just want to cover all bases. If its still bfp this time i'm off to the docs as i'm on C10 and am 36 (and a half....)

Hope this bus continues to be lucky!!

missmrsmummy · 01/03/2014 15:50

Thank you Kitty! I'm very nervous but I think that's normal? I visited my class on Fri and they were happy to see me but I'm just worried about the workload building up again. At least I can start DTD this week for stress-relief! Thank you for the offer of help. Just coming on here and chatting will be nice Smile oh and seeing bfps to cheer me up... Maybe my own this cycle?! And one for you x

KittyVonCatsington · 01/03/2014 15:45

Oh, good luck, missmrs- how do you feel about that? Anything we can do to help? Am in awe at how well you are dealing with everything Thanks

Starbright24 · 01/03/2014 15:36

Good luck tomorrow posy and allthequeens
fx karama - and everyone!!

Spotti · 01/03/2014 15:33

How exciting is this bus?! Woo for Sarara, Tigsy and LittleMissSunshine!!!!!

I'm trying to ignore the fact that I'm due on in 9 days (on the 10th). Really trying not to symptom spot 'cos it just makes me more sad when AF shows up, but this time around I seem to have less 'symptoms' than I've had the past 2 cycles (no pink spotting, no sensitive nipples/really sore boobs although still feeling a bit sicky at times, my boobs do feel achy but not as tender as last month, and I seem to have developed a stinker of a migraine (but that could be because I think I'm a bit dehydrated) - see, not symptom spotting at all :p. Can't help but wonder if different symptoms mean something different is happening (maybe a BFP?), but like I said, I'm trying really hard to not think about it...the penis dragons are definitely helping LOL!

Doesn't help that OH keeps rubbing my belly and saying 'bump to be'...

missmrsmummy · 01/03/2014 15:26

Haha you're welcome barmy didn't even realise I'd done that! I'm ok thanks, starting a phased return on Mon. Thanks for asking :-)
