I use plastic disposable cups from the poundshop but I ALWAYS wondered what others did and if I was a bit strange buying cups especially.

I find it impossible to aim straight and actually POAS, i dont know why but I have to PIAC.

Ha ha this conversation is brilliant I always piac - the receptacles of choice are usually a shot glass (for sole purpose of peeing, not used for drinks!) but I have been known to use a deodorant lid when I didn't have a cup to hand.

Yes, it's always nice to know others are doing the same as you, especially the sneaky walk to the loo with all the equipment. You're all doing better than me, though. Last month I dropped my OPK packet in the corridor on the way to the loo and going back to look for it, I bumped into a colleague who is an endocrinologist and therefore would have known exactly what I was doing with a small packet saying leutenising hormone test strip on it, so I had to just walk past and pretend it wasn't mine.

I have an old plastic kids glass that i use. Lives in bathroom cupboard. its pink. My pink pee pot! Ha! I'm also in the 'no hair down there' club and my cup is perfect size. No spraying!! haha!

I use party cups from pound land/world as well, I keep them in the towel cupboard

My friend who is a college tutor uses a collapsible cup from a camping shop so she can hide it in her pocket at work!

katecupoftea I do pretty much the same,
piac, use a single square of tissue on top as a "lid" and leave it next to the toilet brush till it cools down.
I'm glad I can speak of this madness with people who will not judge me. Before ttc, if a lady recapped to me what I do/consume/think, I'd move away from her very slowly and avoid any further conversation.

Owlie I dare you to walk to the toilets with it in full view next time! People might just think you are going to get a drink. Nobody would think you were bold enough to walk in with a cup, fully intending to pee in it!

I use a herb pot....the Morrison's 25p mixed herb ones...really good size for between legs but I think its impossible to do it neatly!!

I'll have a scout around at home to see if I have a suitable jar otherwise I'll go down the plastic cup route.

MissMrs I wrap it in a tissue and put it in my cardigan pocket. Do the business, rinse it, then wrap it in a new tissue and put it in the bin! I work in a small office and my desk is near the loo :)

I have a square, deep lunchbox (since hijacking it for piac purpose it's sandwich holding destiny has been ruined) because it has a lid. My eventual plan with the lid is I can put fmu in the fridge if I want to test in the evening.

Sometimes I just like to leave it on the side though to disgust my husband.

I can sympathise with the difficulties of a lack of direction too, being an all off kind of girl, hence the need for a close fit to avoid the sprinkler effect!

I'm imagining lots of women reading this and eyeing up the yogurt pots during their weekly shop, trying to choose the one that would be the best fit for their bits! I'll blush if I see anyone looking studiously at the yogurts when I go shopping this weekend.

overshare alert anyone else had a Brazilian? It's really hard to 'aim' with no -ahem- hair to direct the pee!

Don't know why I haven't made life easier and piac or piap (pot) I've been saving yogurt pots for school but I've got a better idea now! They are Yeo Valley, kind of oval so I think they'll be a good fit as you put it cineraria!

I piac as I find it a bit easier than POAS. I have party cups from the pound shop too, but I have them at work in case the excitement to piac gets too much! (the shame...!)

otherwise at home, I have a small pot which I think was for holding sauces/dips - it's small enough to dip an IC so I can see the max line. harder to aim into though! (more shame!)

I piaj and sometimes my hand that's a Doritos dip type jar so it's nice and wide-mouthed. It lives on the bath store shelf, I don't think DH has figured out why yet!

Yogurt pots work well for me, MrBsMrsB and they are free too, plus I feel good about recycling them! Calin +, to be specific.

I have one of those every day as pregnacare conception doesn't include calcium and I think my diet might be a bit low in that. Then I stick the pot in the dishwasher and next day when it's clean I put it with the OPKs.

I find it quite a good fit to avoid spills!

I leave a stack of about 10 in the cupobaord under the sink at all times.
Far enough from the toilet on days when I should avoid poas
Close enough to fumble them out of the cupboard when I have been holding in my pee for a couple hours

Good idea though! (The cups, not the party. I'm not in any way suggesting that we actually have a piac party some of us are probably on our way to being that crazy though)
