Welcome aboard ladies!
Get your pom poms in the air, as well as your ass (post dtd!) and we might get somewhere!
Here's to some BFPs! Wine

Spotti · 05/03/2014 19:15

23 to 652 mIU/ml - that's quite a range! It's no wonder some people get quick/early results with HPTs while others have to wait potentially several weeks after a missed period to get a BFP!

impatience I might have to make a visit to Tesco!

impatienceisavirtue · 05/03/2014 18:55

3 FRERs are £6 in Tesco for two in Tesco

3isourmagicnumber · 05/03/2014 18:33

Kitty thanks for that link it's very interesting

I'm 10dpo and bought 2 digi tests today. OMG £14 for 2 couldn't believe it. They r so expensive. Then because I had them in the house did one at tea time and obviously got a bfn. What a waste ha. Would love to keep the second one till Sunday but there isn't much hope of that (even after reading the link)

Bella and spotty wish I could be like you 2 and hold off u must have much more will power ha.

Hope everyone is feeling ok xx

spinningirl10 · 05/03/2014 18:24

Lemon...so sorry to hear your news Thanks

Writer.....so nice to see you. I was wondering how you were getting on. 10 days!!!! Eeek how exciting!! Try and relax and enjoy this last couple of weeks and please update us when you have your baby boy xx

impatienceisavirtue · 05/03/2014 18:14

*how exciting

impatienceisavirtue · 05/03/2014 18:14

I can't keep up!!!!

punkypad Thank you for sharing - and so lovely to hear about your DD Thanks

Sorry to hear about all the early March AFs Sad

mama31 hopefully when the appointment comes around you'll get the results quite quickly - ours were ready about a week and a half after the, er, deposit was left.

Nordic Thanks

lorelie and allthequeens massive congrats!!

Twins also run in both of our families. DS2 was actually a twin but the twin was lost very, very early on.

lemon I'm so so sorry Sad - what a rollercoaster, take care of yourself please.

Welcome back Jones, hope you're ok as can be

kuarama hope the pain eases off soon

Retro I also get quite emotional around OV time.

I will have to have a CS at around 38 weeks - this will mean that if I fall this cycle I would likely give birth around the same time as DS3's birthday! And then Christmas and DSS's birthday shortly after...

CD12 now for us - pinkpad marks this as beginning of fertile window so here we go again! We are DC free this weekend so are thinking of going away for the weekend to destress and relax as all the docs keep telling us that's the best thing we can do to help.

I also use a hair mousse lid!! I am obsessive, and also one that if there is a stick in the house, I WILL pee on it. I currently have 50 or so OPK EC, 20 HPT EC, one clear blue and one first response in the cupboard. DH keeps begging me to wait until I'm late to do any HPT as he really doesn't want to see me get upset again but I know I won't be able to stop myself. I get everything ready now beforehand though - after last month's incident. Filled the cup and then reached for the cupboard with the sticks in...and knocked over the cup Blush

Writer how excited!

sorry about AF aenor

We got DH's sperm results back - managed to convince the surgery to give them to us but doc appointment to go over them isn't until Friday. His count is fantastic, his morphology is within limits but not great, but there is a problem. Sorry, FAR too TMI but tis hyperviscious which apparently can cause fertility issues and would explain why it's taking so long - basically even though there are so many it's a struggle for them to get out of the, er, stuff.

Choccywoccydodah · 05/03/2014 18:08

No only today Bella, been looking back over my last positive months and quite common for me, although I didn't track last months not trying so it may be normal regardless for me!

So sorry lemon Thanks

RetroHippy · 05/03/2014 17:57

I am currently coupling my after work OPK with my second dose of cough medicine.

I lay out all my ttc paraphernalia and laugh at myself on a daily basis. And I've just bought some co-op own brand cough mixture that tastes of ass. Glad I've only got to take it for another couple of days.

KittyVonCatsington · 05/03/2014 17:57

Found this article (step away from Google...) that I thought you all might find interesting...

bellaboo88 · 05/03/2014 17:55

Chocky, are your little cramps today only or past few days? I've had them almost daily, not sure that to make of it.

Lemon, thinking about you, please stay on the bus & let us know how you're doing x

RetroHippy · 05/03/2014 17:49

Lemon Flowers look after yourself, you must be feeling shitty.

missmrsmummy · 05/03/2014 17:45

Choccywoccydodah · 05/03/2014 17:32

After reading the PIAC posts, I'm reminded of an embarassing moment last cycle:

I have two cats about 2 years old (brother and sister) and sometimes they have moments where they just chase each other manically round the house. Whilst prepping to do an OPK test, I left the bathroom door cracked. Big mistake. My cats came flying in chasing each other, slammed into my cup, sending my cup of pee flying against the wall. I jumped up to grab them and ended up falling on my rear cos my pants weren't even up yet Blush

gennibugs · 05/03/2014 17:23

lemon I am so sorry to read your post. really sorry.

KittyVonCatsington · 05/03/2014 17:22

Lemon-you're probably still in shock and currently thinking, "Please no, please no, please no..." but we are all here to get you through this-whatever the outcome is. Thanks. A big virtual hug from me.

missmrsmummy · 05/03/2014 17:17

What are the pessaries for Choccy?

Choccywoccydodah · 05/03/2014 17:02

Blimey this thread moves fast!!

Only read back a few posts and Lemon I am so sorry.

Absolutely gutted for you. We are all here to shout at if it helps.

Writer not long!!!! I didn't have a big bump with ds. I was actually sent in for a scan at 37 weeks as I was measuring so small!! They said he'd be about 6lbs odd, he came out at 40+2 (just, 4.25am) at 8/13!!!!
The delivery me even said where the ell were you hiding little one? He just unravelled himself lol. So excited for you!!

So, I'm getting the familiar 5dpo very very mild cramping. Hope these pesseries are doing their thing!!

LemonDrizzler · 05/03/2014 16:21

I rang the doctor (who had left so had a small wobbly voice moment with the receptionist who I think felt sorry for me and got someone else to call me back) he said it sounds like I'm having a miscarriage. I don't know whether it's good or bad that I didn't even get the exciting bfp moment before this happening. But at least I know I can get pregnant which is kind of reassuring. Just a shame it didn't stick.
