Hi, I'm guessing I'm now in the 2WW as had positive OPK yesterday and the day before. Is there anybody that has their BFP due around the 20th and that has just started their 2WW.

Would be great to talk to stop ourselves going bonkers! What have you done this month to ttc? Anything different?

I have used OPKs and have followed the smep plan. Also drinking pineapple juice which apparently makes you produce more Ewcm and I'm taking pregnacare.

Another one thinking of testing on Friday! Even though if I am pregnant I think it's unlikely I will get a bfp that early, would be an amazing valentines pressie if I do!

DrewsWife · 10/02/2014 14:22

Have made an appointment to see GP on 18th. I'm covering my bases. If I'm pregnant I can start care. If not going to get my hormone levels checked. It's that appointment or 13th march Haha.

impatienceisavirtue · 10/02/2014 12:32

I know I should wait until AF due 22. I know that failing that I should at least wait until 3 days before on 19th....but in reality I know I'll end up starting on 17 - my bank balance is grateful for IC or I'd be bankrupt at this point haha.

And I am ignoring my boobs this month. They keep lying to me of late!

Squeakybeaky · 10/02/2014 12:16

Woo hoo 3 of us all testing on Friday :)

DrewsWife · 10/02/2014 10:26

I am holding off. I am 9 days too. Will do a test on Friday. Eeeek

Squeakybeaky · 10/02/2014 10:16

Yes ! There's no way that I'll be able to hold off any longer!! Be my testing buddy Bobo :)))

Really squeaky? I'll probably be about the same. Maybe I should poas then to....nice Valentines pressie Grin

Squeakybeaky · 10/02/2014 10:10

To carry on with the all in my head symptom spotting. Everything is tasting a little weird this morning. I also had sharp stabbing pains down in the uterus this morning too. I am 6dpo today.

Squeakybeaky · 10/02/2014 10:09

Yes let's keep strong!! I am going to start testing on Friday (valentines) as I'll be 10dpo then. I've had BFPs that early before :)

Drewswife, your symptoms could definitely be a sign a bfp's coming Smile

Bobo13 · 09/02/2014 22:13

Oh girls, we'll definitely need to be strong and not poas before bfp / af is due. This 2ww is the longest so far!! Argh, can't believe I have another week and a half to go!!

Cineraria · 09/02/2014 21:22

Oh everyone is so far ahead and already feeling symptoms. How exciting! Hope the symptoms mean good news for all of you! I'm a bit behind everyone, I think, as I ovulate on CD17 (yesterday) so my only symptom is being exhausted with all the extra DTD!

Hope the spotting stops, DrewsWife. Your almost fainting sounds like a promising sign, though. I fainted a couple of years ago and my dad told me my mum sent him up in the loft to look for any baby stuff they still had, in case I was pregnant!

DrewsWife · 09/02/2014 20:34

I'm sure I'm not pregnant. And just about to start a 6 night shift week. Hmm Feelin quite frustrated by the amount of spotting in having.

Am going to my gp to get advice I think.

maeanne · 09/02/2014 20:20

Me too squeaky, and typically I have a quiet week ahead so nothing much to keep my mind occupied and make the time fly. Gah!

Squeakybeaky · 09/02/2014 19:57

Tillyann that sounds good. Maybe implantation?

Squeakybeaky · 09/02/2014 19:56

Be strong maeanne!! I'm desperate for it to fast forward a week!!! Smile

Hi everyone. I've been very crampy and boobs are a little tender. But since I had both of those symptoms for the whole 2ww last cycle I am not reading too much in to it!

6dpo today, bfp/af due 19th and I refuse to test before then. I will not I will not I will not!*

*I probably will.

Sleepingstarsmommy · 09/02/2014 18:39

Hello ladies. Mind if I join??

Im on cd 17 and think I ov'd yesterday as had my fixed smiley and cramps although Im still getting stabby pains on my left. Trying the smep this month and have dtd accordingly.

So now on the countdown to Feb 21st when AF is due, although my POAS addiction will mean I'll be testing way before then.

tillyann2013 · 09/02/2014 17:53

I'm 5dpo and had some pale pink blood on wiping this morning. Never get that so don't know what that's all about !

Squeakybeaky · 09/02/2014 14:31

Anybody having anymore symptoms? I am only 5dpo today but my boobs are feeling very heavy and a tad sore :) I've had a teeny bit of cramping but honestly think that could be anything. I weed a million times last night?? Clutching at straws! Ha ha

DrewsWife · 09/02/2014 12:45

I'm getting waves of nausea. Two days ago I had a big wipe of blood. Then nothing. I nearly fainted in church. Nothing to do with the singing hahaha.

Bobo13 · 09/02/2014 10:50

Hey ladies, how we all doing?? I'm now 6DPO and feeling like boobs are getting sore. Also keep getting some mild cramping, but I'm trying to convince myself it's all in my head!

Zermatt · 09/02/2014 06:24

Hi all, can I join you? Think I'm just starting the 2ww, af due on or around 22 Feb. This is sort of cycle 3 of ttc, although I'm not counting 1st month for various reasons. This month I've been temping and using OPKs. This cycle we dtd on cd's 9,13,14,15,16. Got positive OPKs on cd 13 & 14, and had first temp rise today, using ovufriend and fertility friend, they haven't pin pointed ov yet but guess if temp stays elevated for 2 more days then I ov'd on day 15, in which case hopefully have covered bases dtd-wise. Hope the next 2ww goes quick and it's a good result for all :) am going to try hard not to think or obsess about it (apart from when I am on mumsnet)

Cineraria · 09/02/2014 03:01

Hi, I'm due on the 20th too and also following the SMEP plan but ovulate a bit later than average generally (CD17, Saturday). Got a positive OPK on Friday and have to confess my first thought was "Thank goodness, it's nearly over!" as it really seemed a lot of work. We might skip the first couple of times next month if we're not lucky this time as the late ovulation makes them seem less likely to be useful.

Nice to meet all of you. Everyone seems to be good at healthy eating. I'm trying to up my calcium a bit, especially as I noticed the Pregnacare Conception vitamins don't seem to include any and I'd always relied a bit on my multivitamin supplement to sure I had enough before as I don't like most dairy products.

Good luck everyone!

Squeakybeaky · 08/02/2014 13:52

Hi longlive. I had exactly the same last month with the faint positives and then AF turned up. I think I must have had a chemical pregnancy.
