OPK help!

bit early for implantation bleeding.
Are your cycles regular? Have you recently came off the pill or anything?

Hi sorry to butt in but pls could someone help I am on cycle day 16 and normally have a 28-32 day cycle, I got a smiley opk 29th and 30th and 5days later I started spotting which has turned in to bleeding but not a full flow like a period it has no clots and it's red/brown I'm on my 3rd day of bleeding what could this be ???

Aww i see, i havent had any thick discharge or anything yet... A little last week but again wasn't a lot and stopped, if anything its more watery than coloured as well its just clear? But again not a lot and varys from when i got to the loo any ideas what this is?

My cycles vary too, but i'm gonna test a week on sunday and just hope for the best lol

I get sore boobs leading up to af anyway but still can't help but wonder and syptom spot each month!

I'm just guessing ov really, based on the fact that it is usually 12-48hrs after a positive opk, plus I had very strong cramps yesterday and was still getting ewcm on Mon evening which I believe stops once you have ov'd? It's all guess work really isn't it?!

Nice that the 3 of us are roughly the same timings, anyway Although I ov'd earlier in my cycle so af not due until 19th. As I said, looooong!

My af is due on the 16th feb, so thats when i'm due to test, 1 week on sunday and right after V day, would be a lovely prezzie for us lol.

I mc last november, and it was a total shock was wasnt planned or expected so i hadnt even noticed any symptoms so i'm totally looking out now!! I just want sore boobs so i know lol but then i dont remember having that first time :-s only reason i tested then was i hadnt even realised my period was 9 days late lol, turned out i was around 5/6 weeks woops lol so didnt look for it.
Now when i want it its not gonna happen i just have a feeling

In that case I am 3-4dpo babytink Fairy sure I ov'd yesterday but got my positive opk on Sat eve.

When was your positive opk again sunday? I calculate my dpo from that day... so since positive opk on sunday i'm 3dpo even though i might have not ovulated until monday or tuesday, because we actually dont know.
I done a test sunday evening and it was negative so i'm taken i ovulated then i hope ha! Cause i have dtd since!! Woops

I had cramps on and off from about 2-3 DPO both times, so you could be OK. And the night of the smiley should be fine as you'd have sperm ready and waiting if you OV'd the next day, which would be perfect.

The sperm from Friday would gave been waiting for any OV sooner than that. :-)

I had little twinges in my abdomen area since saturday... on and off!

I only dtd early hours of friday morning and again ok sunday and that was all, i'm not feeling so hopeful either, we had been dtd since cd8 then lacked a bit then when seen positive opk on sunday morning we dtd that night and thats been all!!
Safe to say i am crapping myself because id have to go through another month of hell!!

Implantation happens 6-12 DPO, so not quite yet, baby.

I know it's nice having someone on the same tracks and days as you to relate to symptoms and things and get us through it really :)
So how many days past ov are we all then? 3dpo for me today. No symptoms yet :( had slight cramps below but nothing major over the last couple days and on saturday actually, i really just wanna feel some kind of symptom lol! today or tomorrow should be the implantation isnt it? If positive opk on sunday?

By the way, once you have a smiley you don't test again, according to the instructions. :-)

I've been pregnant twice (still am, in fact) and both times I've DTD the day before and the day after the smiley, so you don't have to go mad!

Haha, me too Bobo! I do have one friend I can talk to about it (only cos she has recently gone through it too and is now pg!) but i still don't want to bore her too much!

Keeping everything crossed that you caught it babytink. We only dtd twice during my most fertile period in the end. Really really hope we have done enough but I don't feel too hopeful really.

Thanks girls i only dtd on sunday when i got the positive opk so i hope that was enough. Mr is working away as well so not had him here :(

Just to say you can get cramps for a few days after ovulation also. i think it depends on the person and there is no fast rules.

Not necessarily, because ovulation generally occurs 12-48 hours AFTER you get a positive test. The test detects the hormone that is present just before ov. If you were crampy yesterday chances are you ov'd yesterday. Fingers crossed that you will have caught it anyway!
