Oh my, what an awesome day for BFPs!!! Congrats everyone!!

I feel terrible today, really fluey. Tingly all over, freezing one minute, then on fire the next! I can't really kid myself that it's a symptom, but I never catch colds...? I'm 11dpo so I may poas at the end of the week Grin

BingoBango85 · 21/01/2014 19:14

Sazzle you must be thrilled. How exciting

Back to update on my puzzling bleed. Started what looked like a period 7 days early. Now 48 hours later it's almost stopped bar a bit of brown sludge (sorry tmi) Any thoughts ladies? Resisting poas as like I said, it's a week before AF due

Sleepingstarsmommy · 21/01/2014 18:57

Have already POAS this morning and got bfn but think I am only 9 or possibly 10 dpo so it could just be too early. I will of course be POAS everyday at least once until BFP or AF.

Lovecuppy · 21/01/2014 18:33

Barmy those look like lines to me!! Yay!!

I want a line :-) only 5 days DPO and had really low cramps for a few days. Not sure what these are?? Bit worried.

Congratulations again to all the BFPs x

m33r · 21/01/2014 18:25

barmy both super clear to me. Congrats!

Greywacke · 21/01/2014 17:57

Barmy - the sainsburys one looks just like mine did when I found out I was expecting DS, who is now 2! It got stronger and stronger....not that it took me multiple tests to be sure!!

Sazzle - congratulations! Is this your first? What lovely news for your DH to come home to

LittleMissSunshine33 · 21/01/2014 17:56

Yay come home to more good news! Touchwood Barmy it looks like it! And congrats Sazzle! So pleased for you!!

Hello Grey welcome! This seems to be a lucky thread of late!! It's making me want to POAS!! But still 9 days to go so think it's too early ?!

spinningirl10 · 21/01/2014 17:55

Barmy....looks like a faint line to meGrin

Sleeping....fx for you!

It's exciting here at the moment!! It would be lovely if we could all be on the due in October busGrin
Sazzle....do let us know when you tell your dh!!

m33r · 21/01/2014 17:52

Hi one and all other old timers!

Sazz I can"t stop smiling!

I just wanted to say how nice it's been to be back around the buses. Hasn't realised how much I missed you all and the support!

And of course sazz wonders, what a line!!!!!!

barmybunting · 21/01/2014 17:47

I don't want that to underline. That looks really weird! It should have a line through it... It is perfectly normal to pull your top up in front of the mirror to check that your chest is still bigger than normal, right? God this process is crazy!

barmybunting · 21/01/2014 17:46

You lot are a dreadful influence to POAS Smile! Bit thank goodness for that influence, I can't imagine going through this awful process without the buses to travel on...

Sazzle, about 13dpo I think? The superdrug test was with SMU today, so I'm hoping FMU may give me a better line in a few days. But I am going to do my best to avoid POAS for a few days. However, I will admit that I have taken to poking my chest at least every 10 mins to check they still hurt. When I start taking my top off to examine that they are still bigger than normal in the mirror, then I know I have gone mad. There is no way I have done this today, twice, at all, is there? I seriously need to get back to work soon, this is a nightmare being at home and DH has unpacked all of the boxes so I have way to much time to obsess!

sazzlehopes · 21/01/2014 17:38

Oops! Or hold off testing barmy! Sorry bad poas influence now. A few days to build up is probably wise especially after your chem. how many dpo are you now? X

EnglishGirlAbroad · 21/01/2014 17:37

I can definitely see something there Barmy!! Fingers crossed for darker lines over the next few days!!
Sleeping - go poas!!

OP posts:
sazzlehopes · 21/01/2014 17:37

Sleeping when can you poas? Symptoms sound promising though fx for you!

Barmy I can see lines on both. The super drug one I can see a faint line and then clearer when I invert! Looks promising...test again tomorrow!! X

barmybunting · 21/01/2014 17:36

Thank you Smile. Fingers crossed this is it! Imaginary, you have got it in one there - the next few days are going to be a painful wait! I'm going to try to avoid testing again until Friday if I can - or at least Thursday.

Thank you Writer! Would you be ok to leave me of the bfp list just now please, and I'll update in a few days. I'm not feeling very confident yet Smile, especially after a chem pregnancy last month. I hope this is it but I want to see it in writing in a few days first! Thank you!

Sazzle, I am smiling at the thought of you telling Mr Sazzle when he gets home soon. That is such a lovely, lovely thing to be able to do after so long! That reflexology sounds like a good plan - good luck if anyone takes it up this cycle.

Sleepingstarsmommy · 21/01/2014 17:26

Been out for coffee with a friend this afternoon and after my second trip to the ladies she asked me if there was something I wanted to tell her. That's my mom and my friend today so either I am upduffed or need to get tested for a UTI which is highly possible considering this months dtdathon Also on the drive home had a wave of nausea when I got a waft of the perfume Id tested in Next but it does smell horrid or it could be due to the 2 creme eggs I had just eaten Symptom spotting like crazy here Confused

Writerwannabe83 · 21/01/2014 17:22

I'm feeling excited Barmy - I definitely see something on the Sainsbury's test!! Grin Do you want to go on the BFP list when I update the stats later or would you rather wait until you feel more confident if you plan on testing some more?

JennyOfOldstones · 21/01/2014 17:21

Massive congrats Sazzle what lovely, lovely news after all your waiting - it just goes to show that dreams do come true!! I am off to google reflexologists.....xx

ImaginaryHat · 21/01/2014 17:16

Eeee barmy I do think theres a good chance that's a line!, i thought I could see something slightly right of centre and on invert I think I see it in the same place! You're in that horrible couple of days now where you just gonna have to wait it out and try again and see if anything darker appears. Good luck!

Sazzle you sound on top of the world, so exciting for you! Hurry up and get home Mr Saz were all waiting to hear your reaction!!

barmybunting · 21/01/2014 16:52

sleepingstars just read back! Fingers crossed for you, your Mum asking has to be a good sign, she will know how to react to pregnancy so her asking has to be a good sign, I hope this is it for you.

barmybunting · 21/01/2014 16:48

greywacke the sainsburys one just looks funny to me! It is a very strange line, the same width as the other line but almost invisible in the middle. It just doesn't look solid enough to me so I am worried it is an evap! I have heard bad things about the sainsburys tests, so with that one on Sunday I was just very wary! Pink dye ones are meant to be more reliable, but I don't know. You can never have too many tests anyway, so I reckon your purchase of superdrug ones is a good backup :).

Are you going to test soon? Good luck!

mama31 · 21/01/2014 16:47

Definately something there barmy!!!!! I'd say that's your bfp!!!! Wow congrats!!!!!! :)

barmybunting · 21/01/2014 16:44

Ok, pics -
This was the sainsburys test from Sunday.

And this is the superdrug test from today.

www.canyouseealine.com/view_home_pregnancy_test.php?testID=43931

I really can't see anything on the last one in the photo, I reckon I am seeing things.

But, tmi, sorry, my breasts are far bigger than normal and my nipples still won't go away, they have stood on end for about 5 days! I feel ridiculous...

I hope to goodness I'm not seeing things after what I reckon might be an evap on the sainsburys test as it looks funny!

mama31 · 21/01/2014 16:22

Thanks sazzle! I will Definately give it a go next month....hoping I won't need it though...really really hoping cycle 8 is the lucky one for me!!!!! Anyway then our babies would be born same month! ;) haha!!!

sazzlehopes · 21/01/2014 16:07

Mama, I think reflexology is worth a try - I was going to go for 3 months to see if it had an affect, i felt i could justify that financially. One session lasting an hour was £40. Not cheap, but £10 a week I was sure I could cut back somewhere. If anything it was a lovely massage, and an hour to myself to switch off which is so rare these days anyway! But she definitely found different points to 'work on'. Some felt nice, others uncomfortable, and then round my ankles which is apparently connected to your ovaries it was actually painful where i struggled to breathe through the pain and not scream at her?! Very odd as she didn't seem to be doing anything different or pushing harder - just obviously found something? I so hope for you and the rest of the old timers, spinning, m33r, onelife, imaginary, barmy etc you get your bfps very soon. It feels so good and I want you all to know what that is like!
