For those who have jumped off the January bus. May need assistance for the wonderfully organised ladies who are so brilliant at keeping the stats up to date!

So to start the engine MrsF2510 ttc #1 cycle 2 BFP due 1st Feb x

Omega oils, 1-3, all days
Evening primrose, 1500mg till ov
Tribulus terrestris, 500 to 1500mg, till ov
Angus castus (vitex), 1000mg all days
Maca root, 2000-3000mg all days

Don't take this as gospel however as these things can be really potent!

pebble82 · 02/02/2014 13:12

Phones are rubbish Ginger. I texed my DP the other day moaning about sore boobs and it changed it to boobsextastic. I have NO idea why! I've NEVER written that in my life!

mama31 · 02/02/2014 13:10

Lust! Haha! How very appropriate! Lust list!!! Yes please do, I'm the opposite have short cycles, short LP and pre af spotting ! But do think it's hormone imbalance, thanks Ginger! X

Gingerbreadlady1 · 02/02/2014 13:06

Bloody hell, spot on & list, phones not great for typing on

Gingerbreadlady1 · 02/02/2014 13:05

Well I did a lot of research (had very long & irregular cycles)& took ALOT of supplements but it did help. At a later appt with Accupuncture/homeopath, she said I got it spit on for me. Will find my lust (yes! List!) and pop it on for you x

mama31 · 02/02/2014 12:59

Ginger really?? How much did you take and how did it help??

Gingerbreadlady1 · 02/02/2014 12:58

Vitex seemed to really help me out, fx it helps you too mama

broodysnoopstie · 02/02/2014 12:57

retro!!! do you think so?? how do you know! Oh my gosh.. I'm only 12dpo

mama31 · 02/02/2014 12:53

Hey ladies! So many of you in your 2ww!!! I'm still willing af to come properly as usual each month drags in for days with just steady spotting....have had this for the last 4 days! getting bored now and need af to come and go by next wkend!!!

Despite my boredom I have been very proactive, been researching this dreaded pre af spotting and I am convinced it's due to hormone imbalance so have ordered maca and vitex to try this cycle and have booked a reflexology appointment also! Cycle 9 is going to be the one!!!!!

Gingerbreadlady1 · 02/02/2014 12:51

On clomid, not on clinic, hehehe

Gingerbreadlady1 · 02/02/2014 12:37

mrsf if af doesn't come today I'll be quietly (or not so much so) optimistic. Had lots of twinges & tugs since ov but never sure if it's just that I'm manically symptom spotting! Plus first month on clinic so not sure what that'll do.....

So you were bfn 12dpo but positive 2 days after af due? 16 dpo?

broodysnoopstie · 02/02/2014 12:26

Won't be late until Thurs! Not sure if I can wait until then! ! Might have to get a non - digi! mrs F yay! !! Massive congrats. Good Luck Pebble and all Grin

RetroHippy · 02/02/2014 12:24

Aw, Pebble, now you've accepted the dare I have to as well! No idea how I'm going to wait... Will have to flush that fmu to get rid of the temptation. and busy myself shopping

pebble82 · 02/02/2014 12:21

Sorry MrsF - never listen to me - I know nothing. So so pleased that it eventually was a BFP though.

I'll accept your dare - Wed it is - unless AF gets me. The more I read about ics the less I trust them, even though they're meant to be the ultra sensitive ones.

Will buy a CBdigi on my lunch on Tuesday ready for Wed fmu. eeeeeeeek that seems so far away!

MrsF2510 · 02/02/2014 12:13

Thanks ginger! Btw I've had cramps (not bad, more a dull ache) for the last 4 days but had no AF so maybe that's a good sign!? X

Gingerbreadlady1 · 02/02/2014 12:09

Awwww big huge congrats to mrsf. retro, broody & pebble, You're all still in, someone else (at least 1) is bound to be up duffed!

Despite cramps last night still no AF, I'm still in too woop woop!

MrsF2510 · 02/02/2014 12:06

Ha ha retro! Broody when will you be late as that is when it is best to use clearblue digis? X

OP posts:
RetroHippy · 02/02/2014 12:01

Can I push for Tuesday you know I'm testing tomorrow but I can pretend as I'm at work all day Wed? Then if when it's positive I can have the day to wander round with a silly grin on my face Grin

MrsF2510 · 02/02/2014 11:58

Ha ha I know it's hard. Fortunately I was away at the weekend and I deliberate didn't take a test with me to ensure I didn't cave! Pebble made me cave earlier in the week (just kidding it was totally my fault!) and it put me in such a bad mood!!!

Well I've double dared you now!!!! X

OP posts:
RetroHippy · 02/02/2014 11:56

Ooh, DH and I have both been doing dry January, hoping that might help!

RetroHippy · 02/02/2014 11:56

MrsF, Wednesday Shock? when there are hpts in the bathroom cupboard? Are you mad?!

MrsF2510 · 02/02/2014 11:55

Oops roughly when I ovd as I had stomach pain. I DTD on cd 5,8,11,12,15 and 17 and I had OV pain on cd14 and 15. My cycles are about 28/29. Don't know if this helps anyone x

PS other than the day before yest I hadn't drunk any alcohol either. Day before yest I had one glass of red - which I enjoyed immensely!!! :D

RetroHippy · 02/02/2014 11:54

I'm still feeling optimistic delusional Pebble.

Been having crazy dreams too, I'm hoping it's a symptom. Been peering at the test from yesterday that sparked it off. I could swear there is the faintest line. I'm not going to show DH as he'd declare me crazy, but I'm hoping for a bfp still.

broody, I believe a positive OPK around the date of your period can be a sign of pregnancy. Test! Test! Test!

MrsF2510 · 02/02/2014 11:52

Thanks guys!!! Pebble - remember I tested at 12dpo on IC and bfn. It's a horrible feeling, that's why it probably is best to wait until AF is late!! Unlucky retro - same for you. If you possibly can, I double dare you both to wait til Wed! ;)

For those that may be interested, I have been eating very healthily for months (about 3) eating more salmon, broccoli, porridge, honey and lots of milk. Eaten eggs at the weekend too as read these are good for you. Not really eaten crisps or too many cakes but have snacked on chocolate and a few sweets but I'm not a big snacker!! Last month I took seven seas vits (as these were cheaper) and this month took pregnacare conception.

I didn't temp or use OPKs (as I though this would make me more neurotic) and thought I knew r

Hello ladies I am 12dpo and was due to POAS today but I went to get out a stick this morning realised I only have CB digis and I think I'd be too early for a digi... However to appease my need to POAS I did an OPK and it is positive! I know it's not the same as a hpt but why would it be positive at 12 dpo???
