Having another dark day today here. I hate AF and this month it's like it hates me too! Beginning to wish I hadn't done London marathon last year and had just tried to get pregnant

m33r - thank you so much - it means a lot coming from you. I need to let it sink in a while, but i'll definitely give you any details that I think may help tomorrow morning when i've re-tested. I did have one reflexology session this month - something I was prepared to give a go for 6 months and I timed it with pretty much the day before I ovulated and I've no idea if it worked but i had heard good things about it... Worth a try maybe? My lady said once a month around ovulation would be enough....x

Nearing the end of my period. App says that expected Ov is 2nd February. When do you think should we start to dtd?

Obviously will use CB monitor, too. But I did hear that it sometimes misses it at the beginning...

Could I please have your opinions please ladies. I'm going mad with opks but no result. I think today might be darker (cd18) than other days but not dark enough to be positive. Could you have a look at my pic?

Do you think this means I'll get a fully dark line tomorrow or am I destined not to OV this month at all? My temps dropped slightly this morning so I suppose if it goes up tomorrow that means I've OVd.

DTD yesterday and day before so not sure if we should rest for tonight or just keep going for it. I'm sure DP will get fed up soon.

Just got solid smiley on clearblue opk! So dtd tonight, tomorrow and Wednesday it is!!!! DH hasn't had spermies tested (yet) so no idea if I should be worried about that or not!! Going to plough on and dtd every day then! NUDP here we go again!!!!

Ha mama31 you're going to be tired! I had that a month or two ago when the stupid clear blue OPK just kept giving me flashing smileys for days on end - by the time the solid smiley appeared my poor DH just looked at me and weakly protested 'no, no...' as I approached the bed. Obvs jumped him anyway! - but I did worry about whether he was really in good enough shape. I think a day off today might be ok if it's not solid smiley. I am only on CD8 and in OWW for solid smiley before TWW starts

I know i sometimes worry about that although if your dh has normal sperm count i think dtd every day isn't a problem, only bad if the guy has a low sperm count or poor mobility? Has your DH had a SA?

Only have 2 clear blue opks left so I'm hoping to get the answer today or tomorrow! I should do though! Thanks sazzle! Just means if I get smiley then ill have dtd sat, sun, Mon, tue, wed....doesnt give much time for replenishing spermies....

Cd12 here and positive opk!! Hoorah!!:) but small dilemma now....DH and I dtd sat and sun, should I carry on Mon, tue, wed?? or skip today and do tomorrow?! Afraid of draining the spermies....but also afraid of missing the crucial time :/ gah! what to do!!! Same dilemmas every month :/ will opk again later with a clear blue (just used cheap ic opk there now) and if a smiley face appears might just have to keep up the dtd as would be afraid of missing the egg!!!!

You could try putting the spoonful of manuka honey into a cup of ginger tea or even just a glass of boiling water with some fresh lemon juice. Its pretty nice in this miserable weather - especially if you have a cold.

I'm due to ov on Sunday/Monday I think and dp doing night shifts at end if the week so not the best for dtd especially as I'm not going to tell him it's ov time!!

Took a couple of days off as could feel myself getting obsessed (already) and had a mini row with DH about it - I wanted to DtD as was a key day and he refused as he was tired and stressed from work. It doesn't help that there are a lot of older women in his office that appear to have gotten pregnant first time or fairly quickly and my arguments that we are slightly older than most and therefore don't have the luxury of time to take a relaxed we'll see what happens approach are not working with him. Oh I don't know typing that I do sound like some kind of obsessive weirdo. Maybe I do need to chill with some

Ok so I was thinking this month would be it, I used an opk, we dtd lots around the right time, I got mild cramps just after ovulation which never normally happens, last week I had the mother of all colds (I read somewhere that your immune response is lowered to help implantation), and yesterday I had some brown spotting which I never normally get between periods. I was thinking all the signs are pointing towards getting my bfp next week and today AF appears ;( so now starting cycle 5. Saw my doctor a couple if weeks ago who was really nice and suspects pco so have to have an ultrasound and bloods done as it may linked to this. So after being unceremoniously kicked off the January bus this morning I haves jumped on February's.
TTC #1, cycle 5, bfp due feb 28th-ish
