I've settled on an idea but it's very specific to me and my dp so don't want to give myself away. . but it's basically along the lines of a present which is a printed baby grow saying my daddy loves me more than... blank (!) and wrapped inside it a cb digi! x

PolytheneGirl · 30/01/2014 15:58

I want to know you're ideas or any you have heard of for breaking the news to DH! It might cheer me up and give me something else to think a about!

seasavage · 30/01/2014 14:48

? Sorry not sure how my phone did that!
Best wishes to fellow poas this weekend. I shall probably be busy. Crossing fingers.

seasavage · 30/01/2014 14:46

I just bought lovely shoes for the hell of it romantic valentines dinner with DH. Totally impractical for pregnancy. (but y'know if i do get BFN at the weekend they'll definitely be necessary around next fertile window, right ;-) ). Feel a LOT less anxious now.

Hazelbrowneyes · 30/01/2014 14:42

Yup, took my last pill in November so am pretty sure this is AF, it's just weird it being so short. Not that I'm complaining Grin

I'm 99% sure I ov'd on 14th - not using opks but going by the cramps.

Have you recently come off b/c Hazel?? Sometimes that can play havoc with your cycles. You might just have to accept this as AF. Do you know when you ov'd?

Hazelbrowneyes · 30/01/2014 14:05

English - it came on CD28. I was CD31 last month but I'd expected it to be earlier as I had ov cramps earlier. Like normal flow and very crampy for a day.

I'm just being daft, I guess, but I've never had a period last less than 4 days before.

broodysnoopstie · 30/01/2014 14:03

haha glad it's not just me who's wasting time at work thinking googling how to do it!

gennibugs · 30/01/2014 13:56

"One of my favourite day dreams is how I'll tell him when it finally happens..."

Broody Ive started doing this a lot too. There is loads of stuff online of the really crazy and original ways people have told their partners - some of them are ingenious lol.

EnglishGirlAbroad · 30/01/2014 13:54

Hazel - did AF come off schedule? Early?? Or is it on time? If early it could be I/b. Was it like your normal flow?

MrsExtraOrdinary · 30/01/2014 13:50

I've had one of the most stressful months ever with a business premises move, so I'm not holding out much hope this month anyway. I think stress is singly the most detrimental ingredient for me for all sorts of things. We haven't actually started dtd yet either, so that's got to be a bit of a hindrance if you're ttc too. Although no where near my window yet so maybe still possible.Wink

Hazelbrowneyes · 30/01/2014 13:49

I've got to get my head together, I'm going nuts!

AF usually lasts 5 days and is quite heavy for most of it. AF arrived 2 days ago and has pretty much gone.

This doesn't mean anything does it?

broodysnoopstie · 30/01/2014 13:46

I definitely couldn't wait until Valentine's.. I don't think I could even see my dp for 5 mins without telling him! One of my favourite day dreams is how I'll tell him when it finally happens... Smile

mum2kiss · 30/01/2014 13:37

Lol seasavage

I would love to surprise dp with a positive digi on valentines day! Not sure if I could wait that lobg if I get my clear bfp this weekend though!

seasavage · 30/01/2014 13:26

broodysnoopstie · 30/01/2014 13:26

seasavage · 30/01/2014 13:17

seasavage · 30/01/2014 13:16

MrBsMrsB · 30/01/2014 12:37

Thank you broodysnoopstie
All this Creme egg talk is making me actually want one.
and a Kinder Egg and a Bueno, Twix, Snickers, Galaxy and anything else i can find at the cornershop

naty1 · 30/01/2014 12:27

Certainly worth getting a look at results.
Just looked my tsh was 2.1 which printed normal with range up to 4. (Though I felt I had a prob)
So if that's all gps look at...

mama31 · 30/01/2014 12:08

Naty thanks for the info I've no idea I was just told all results were normal but I'm planning to return for a good chat so will clarify exact results if I can! So frustrating my cycles are already on the short side but LP to spotting used to be 10 days as I ovulated earlier on cd10 but have been ov on cd13 for last 4 or 5 cycles and then cycles are even shorter giving me 7-8 days LP which is def not long enough! Hoping to get some answers at gp this time and won't be leaving until I'm happy with the support provided!

broodysnoopstie · 30/01/2014 11:53

MrsB Yep sure! :)
