Well from the first day of my last period my due date would be 18th Sept, but going by conception dates I think it is closer to 22nd Sept. Feels like a very long time away at the mo. Good luck with your GP tomorrow, just insist on what you want. If you've bled they should send you to the EPU or give you a blood test for your hcg levels xx

I have an appointment with the doctor Friday and will tell him about the bleed. I suspect he won't refer me as he was less than interested when I went to see him re suspected infertility, do I just cannot see him leaping into action now.

I will be 5 weeks on Thursday. I think I'll pay for a private scan around 9 weeks. Due date seems to be 26th September or thereabouts. How about you? Xx

Sebsmummy so pleased your bleeding has stopped, have you had your HCG levels checked or booked for an early scan? I'm hoping to have one in a few weeks. What is your due date roughly?

MissMagpie, I think you need to bite the bullet and test! I know it's hard but do it and then you will know for sure. Are you taking folic acid just in case?

Hi, been lurking for a few weeks and wanted to join in, this is our first cycle of ttc, we've managed to dtd 3 times during what I think may be my fertile window (based purely on observe ring my usual cycles, no opk's or measuring bbt yet - ooh check me with all the acronyms). Am due to get my af on Monday 27th Jan and have this last week been getting all my usual pms symptoms, so keep flip flopping between thinking they aren't like my usual pms symptoms and I must be pregnant, to thinking it's just a sign af is almost here. Will be waiting until after the 27th to test, fingers crossed for all here x

I'm having an awful time. Thought my AF should start some time over the weekend but nothing. Don't even feel like I am going to come on either. I have had a few crampy style pains and also some really sore pains, but now nothing. And as I have no symptoms of anything I daren't even do a test as can't face the disappointment for the 12 month in a row of getting a BFN.

Have had two blood tests in last week and a bit to measure progesterone levels. Now waiting for AF so I can do the day 2 blood test. This is day 38 of my cycle. I hate that I don't work to clockwork and don't know what's going on!!!!!

It doesn't help that I went to a friend's baby shower yesterday (who got pregnant after one day of trying!), at which one friend couldn't make it cos she's due to give birth any day and another friend bought her baby along. Feel like I'm the only one struggling!!!

Ah ok. Are you using really sensitive hpts? I was getting a faint line with a sensitive at 12 dpo. Hope you line gets darker xx

I'm very good actually. My brown discharge is now very very light so if seems as though my body was just getting rid of some old blood and hopefully it will settle down now.

Penguin it is only the 20th!! I don't think you can get a BFP until at the very very least 8dpo, but more likely 10/11 dpo. So you're not out yet xx

Two poas later and I'm unsure... There seems to be the faintest and I mean ultra faint, like I think I've worn it away looking at it line on one, and and an even fainter one on the other, that faint I'm not 100% sure it was even there to start with. Both in the bin now... I feel like chucking in the towel and having a tantrum lol. I was so sure I was pregnant, it's not my first time... In total I have had 5 preganancys, although I have miscarried 2... Previously took me 1 month Ttc with them all, I know how lucky I was... Looks like it's going to take abit longer this time. Although the others were to my exh, I am Dtd with dp now... Perhaps it will take us longer. First dc i was late by two weeks before I got a pos though. I know I ovd around the 15th this month...

I just read through the whole thread to catch up, was nerve wracking and emotional, I wanted to read how the bfps turned out.

Huge congrats to all the bfps!!! I'm new to this thread, af due 27 will probably test early,4 days before and go from there. I'm 4dpo and got cramps which I've taken for my af beginning, I always get symptoms from the week before. But at least I know not to give up entirely yet!

11 dpo and a few signs here! Sharp cramps, waves of nausea and boobs are killing me. I think I had a tiny bit of brown pinky stuff in the week. Think I will retest tomorrow or Tuesday.. I did a test yesterday and got a bfn :( I'm growing ever so impatient now. Period due in 5/6 days - my cycles change from 26 to 28.
Sebsmummy I'm so glad the pos are getting darker and things have settled, good luck. I'd go and get checked out too, if possible. X

Good luck too Charlie, increased cm post ovulation which was white / yellow and sticky is definitely a sign for me. Sorry if tmi.

I hope your af comes soon babytinks, I had irregular cycles and when you know your not pregnant you just want the cycle to get going again. Maybe af pain early or is there any hope you're preggers and not getting a bfp yet? Xx

I slunk away from this thread as I though AF had come early, however turned out to be 2 days of light implantation bleeding ( so I'm assuming my previous nausea was a coincidence?!) and got a BFP on Friday!

Congrats to all those with BFP's, hold in there the rest of you, who knows what the future brings.

I'm quietly happy, but also terrified - 2mc's last year. Only DH knows and now you lot. He hasn't said much as I feel we are both holding our breath for the next 8 weeks or so.

Well since my period and bfn isnt coming yet... Going to focus on my cycle coming again and do this sperm meets egg thing, just read about it looks fab, ordered some ovulations tests and preg tests online hopefully this works for me throughout february!

I keep having this pain in my lower abdomen... Doesn't feel like period paids though its a strange feeling, anyone had this? It comes and goes.... Just wish my af will hurry up so i can start again hehe!

Currently 6dpo and haven't gone insane.....yet! The past couple of days I've had AF style pains but no AF and increased cm?! Every month I wonder whether I normally have this at this point in my cycle or if it's real symptoms.... Hopefully not long until I find out either way!

Currently getting lower tummy and slight back ache, feels like my period, very strong lines still though oh hpts but can't help being anxious after last time. No bleeding thankfully.

I'm pleased all has settled down Sebsmummy. I'm definitely having an early reassurance scan too, can't wait for 12 weeks x

I think february will be my month, if nothing from this month!! Got to look forward to it rather than thinking of a negative now. All our times will come ??

Hi Vicki. I'm ok thank you xxxx. Things have settled down, I did another ( different ) test this morning and the line is pretty strong. So I'm feeling a little more hopeful but probably won't really feel assured until I see the little one on a screen. Think we will have an early private scan if we get that far xxxx

Didn't even test this time, AF arrived yesterday although had an inkling it was on its way on Thursday night.

Was pretty gutted tbh but never mind, next cycle begins. On another note I was at the hospital y'day for unrelated matters and during my appt my consultant said she was going to ask GP to take some bloods as a pre-conception type thing to check everything OK. No indications at all that it won't be but since we're trying and I need bloods taken for something else, she said she'd ask for it to be done at same time so I thought that was nice

so sorry girls, I think we are all in the same boat here...

I tested a BFN again this morning 3 weeks since ovulation and 33 days past last AF whats taken so longgggg....
