So it's my first cycle of ttc number 3. I'm only 2dpo but I'm so, so impatient! Grin

Anyone else entering the 2ww madness? X

Hi star. I'm due to test on 17th but was thinking of testing in 14th too. I know it's early but I'm going insane here!

starchildmum · 08/01/2014 20:56

Hi

TTC Baby number 2. DD is now 16 month and I so much want another one. :-)

This is my 4th cycle since we decided to go for it again but it the first cycle I am taking it more serious and with OPK the fist time as well and boom, a smily face and DTT the day after. Now I am 8DPO and have 7 days to go. Next Wednesday is my test day and of curse I ordered some tests from amazon too. ;-)

It drives me nuts!!!!

So glad we have found each other....

Important!

When are your test days???? Mine is 15/1 ( but will give it a shot on the 14th Grin

Sometimesbrunette · 08/01/2014 19:23

I'm 7 days to go. Had a few low stabbing pains over the past few days but that's it. I'm considering not doing an early pregnancy test tomorrow either, figure any test will let me know for sure nearer the time and they are damn expensive

Lottystar · 08/01/2014 19:18

Btw ladies I'm a self diagnosed poas addict. Promised myself not to do a test until the day my af is due next Tues / Weds. Going to be super hardx

Lottystar · 08/01/2014 19:15

Awr Smorgasborgen, you had your mc around the same time as me. Makes ttc even harder in some respects as I know if I get a bfp again I'll be worried sick all 9 months!

20 is quite sensitive, it seems you can begin testing a few days before your af due date.

Isn't it uncanny how we are all actively ttc, in the 2ww and having pregnancy symptoms? I know hormonal symptoms are similar but psychologically the very wish to be pregnant is soooo powerful. I'm honestly frightened to test this month, can't bear the anticipation for another negative.

Mrsmorrison13 · 08/01/2014 19:13

Welcome strawb Smile

Sounds good fingers crossed I think there is a lot to be said about guy instinct x

StrawbRhi · 08/01/2014 18:38

Hi ladies, may I join you?

Been ttc #2 for 2 years now (seriously trying for a year). I have PCOS and am on my 4 or 5th cycle of clomid. I've lost count!

Ov late in cycle on cd32, honestly thought I wasn't going to this month! Dtd that night but not before or since due to illness.

Now 5/6 dpo and starting to get anxious. Kept falling asleep yesterday, been really grouchy and temps are up so far. Had some twinges yesterday but very faint and brief so Not taking them into consideration. And I have this weird feeling that this is 'it', which is weird because I'm naturally really negative!

Not sure if I even want to test next week just in case it's another negative!

Mrsmorrison13 · 08/01/2014 18:04
  • BFP sorry lol
Mrsmorrison13 · 08/01/2014 18:02

Hi everyone , yes a lot of keyboard gangsters around lol glad I've met a lovely wee bunch here and over on my implantation bleeding thread :-)) so today I'm 9 DPO another bfn this morning , I totally knew it was going to be the case lol as it's too early as it wasn't a frer but I have enough tests to test each morning until Sunday. My cramping really peaked at 4-5 DPO and have settled to nothing now my boobs are still tender but it feels weird as I'm closer to af now so you would think it's the other way around ? I am going to be so disappointed as I've actually convinced myself this cycle is the one lol . Af due on Friday so we will see the tests I use are 20 whatever sensitivity so I'm not sure when they would show a positive ? Oh and also my new obsession watching you tube videos of people getting there bfb - I know I've officially lost it right ? Lol Shock

PolytheneGirl · 08/01/2014 17:44

I'm trying to stay positive. I'm wondering if today's period type pains could be to do with implantation. I'm only 5-6 dpo. Just purchased some pg tests online. They say you can test 4dys before missed AF. I think I'm going to be very tempted to poas when they arrive!

Even though I have 1DS already I've never actually poas before as I found out I was having him when I was admitted to hospital. So it's all very new and exciting!

sebsmummy1 · 08/01/2014 17:39

I'm here. 5 dpo ( I think). First month using the CB fertility monitor and of course the bastard thing throws me up a thousand highs and no peak. Looking at the sticks and going from previous cycles I think I ov on cd13. I have short cycles so will know that I'm out pretty soon.

I am TTC #2 and am on cycle 7 with a 14 month old.

No symptoms of interest. I had no symptoms in the early stages of my last pregnancy, it was only the very dark implantation bleed days before my AF was due that made me test at all.

Good luck everyone xxxxx

smorgasborgen · 08/01/2014 17:32

angelicjen · 08/01/2014 17:30

5 days to go and also distracting myself by marvelling at the rudeness of people on other boards. Glad you lot are so nice Grin

MrsM you are getting close now! How you feeling? Isn't this week going slow!

Lottystar · 08/01/2014 16:11

Oh and welcome threebee Smile

Lottystar · 08/01/2014 16:11

Thanks - I know I should stay positive but it's tough! Fed up of seeing negative tests. I hope the witch stays away tho PolytheneGirl, keeping my fingers crossed for all of us. One of us at least must get our BFP? Hopefully all Wink

I had a wee chuckle when you guys were discussing how harsh some MNetters can be. Some are absolutely awful imo, if you think a post is ludicrous don't post, just ignore or report. I think some folk just like to be inflammatory and bully online as it's easy to hide behind a screen.

threebee · 08/01/2014 11:31

Coming to join you ladies… I'm approximately 4dpo going by previous cycles/OPK. I didn't end up charting this month because sleep schedule was all messed up over Christmas! Fingers crossed for us all.

PolytheneGirl · 08/01/2014 10:59

Still 9 days off AF/BFP but I've got period pains (cramping and back ache). Feeling pretty grim tbh.

Harry2007 · 08/01/2014 00:59

I definitely know what you mean! I think the problem is that there have been so many ludicrous fake posts over the last week, that anything a bit odd is attracting quite a bit of ridicule. I feel sorry for the person who posted if it is actually genuine. Each to their own I suppose!

Let's stay on the conception topic...everyone's nice here! Smile

Haha that it's incredibly funny!

Mrsmorrison13 · 08/01/2014 00:55

Read it - oh my! I don't know about you but I feel like on this conception area people are lovely but on the other sections its a quick as people can ram their opinions down your throat and be quite nasty with it ? That post was prob fake but I've seen others and I've thought oh no that's a but unfair ? X

Harry2007 · 08/01/2014 00:46

It's in the teenage section of 'parenting' mrsmorrison...better get there quickly before it gets deleted Blush

OP posts:
Mrsmorrison13 · 08/01/2014 00:38

I'm gonna check out that thread lol x

Harry2007 · 08/01/2014 00:31

If it makes you feel any better mrsmorrison I didn't get any symptoms in the 2ww with ds2.

Harry2007 · 08/01/2014 00:30

Hi to Mrsmorrison

Oh my gosh, I've just found a remedy for constantly thinking about ttc! Take a look at the 'most active' threads...'son is sexually active...'

I've been laughing so hard, not at the original post, but at the replies, that I'm waking up DH with my giggling. It's not a thread for the more prudish of disposition, but it's rather funny!

PolytheneGirl · 08/01/2014 00:19

Lotty, stay positive, it will probably happen when you least expect it. How long have you been trying?

Hi Harry! I haven't tried opk yet but think I'll try them next cycle if I'm not lucky next week. I hear all this poas is addictive though?!
