Implantation bleeding??

Hi Butler, I'd love to hear about your acupuncture! Glad tests results were ok and good luck for DH results! My DH has test booked for feb also and I'm heading back to the GP early March.

Unfortunately I'm back at the pre af spotting, seems earlier again....started cd20, and is still spotting today at cd22 but hasn't reached full flow yet! So frustrating...but I have stopped kidding myself about the possibility of it being implantation and accepted that it's pre af spotting. hoping to get some answers/support at gp app.

Hi Mrsd13, sorry no one has replied. I think its because we are all starting new cycles and having a wee break from here. Thats normally what I do. I am a much better and calmer person when I am at the start of my cycle cos I avoid googling every sympton.

How did you get on? Have you had a bfp or af?

I came back on to share blood test results for progesterone, gp said that I do ovulate which is good, so I am chilled and happy. just waiting on the swimmer test for dh next week. Had acupuncture last week which was an 'interesting' experience. Let me know if you want to hear about it..........

I'm new here! Ok so been TTc for bout 5 months. This month I tested ovulation which was about 13 days ago. 2 days ago I noticed blood which is very light and has stopped today. Have had 2 bfn when testing. Could I still be pregnant and need to be patient? This is the first time I have had bleeding before af is due. Am usually bang on time, af is due tomoro!

Just a quick question re over the counter pregnancy tests and blood tests. It's my 46dc and still no period. My periods are usually 28 -36 days long, with the longest ever being 40 (I never went over 36 apart from that one time). I think I ovulated around 20dc, and had a go ttcing. I had spotting every day 25- 31dc, but pregnancy tests (I did two, most recently clearblue yesterday) are negative. I called the fertility nurse I've been in touch with (I've got pcos) and she said as tests negative, she will give me pills to bring up my period. When I asked about blood test, she said no need to do that as urine tests are very sensitive now. As for the spotting, she 'doesn't know' and apparently is not going to do any tests. Should I go for blood test (private?) or assume pregnancy tests are correct and take the pills? As for the spotting, I hoped for these to be 'implantation bleeding' but of course could be anything, should I insist on tests being done to check hormones etc?

Yeah fingers crossed mrsmorrison. If not then it will be April/May time for us. Husband works away and he is away feb and march when I ovulate so we will see how it goes. Each time af arrives I am remarkable calm and just forget all about it. Acupuncture on Friday so will see how that goes.

No more discharge and no AF on Sunday and then a FRER line yesterday morning. Now holding out until Wednesday to do another test .

My first post on mumsnet. Not yet a mum but hoping. I really loved reading all the above and congrats to those with success and best wishes to those still waiting.

I am in that camp. TTC since Mar 13 and I'm 34. Period currently 4 days late but had cramping and one day of a light brown spot yesterday. I can totally relate to the crazy stories and shameful google history! I did NOT think I would get like this!

Anyway, how long do you think I should leave it before I test? Invested a lot of effort trying this month so really hoping for a pay off soon! Shoulda listened to my mum when she said 33 was old!

Hi everyone. I'm sooooo confused. Have every single pregnancy symptom going. I even feel pregnant. Then about a week before my period was due I bled just like a period. But a few days before I stopped bleeding it turned brown & gunky & then really light pink then stopped completely. Am I pregnant?? Help!!!! Please????? x

I am so chilled today which is good. We just finalised a deal on a new house. Also had some perspective today on being grateful for what you have in your life instead of wishing for more. One of my ex pupils just lost his life after a 4 year battle with cancer and I was at his funeral today. Only 20, makes you realise how lucky we are in life to have what we have.

I come in need of a slap! So someone I used to work with has just posted their pregnancy news on Facebook which would normally make me happy for them. Today in my bored and weirdo mind frame has made me take a test and get a bfn at 12dpo.

Then you'll guess my next response was to Google 'has anyone got a bfn at 12dpo and went onto get BFP' god I'm a nutter! ??

I kind of feel the same to be honest. Isn't it funny how our mind makes us think that every wee thing must be a symptom of benign pregnant. I'm not going to test until Saturday or Sunday.

Had one bright reddy/pink spot last night, then clear creamy cm today and maybe even the browny/pink cm tonight. Sore left boob too. God knows what's going on.......

Hey lovely ladies! Just to let you know full flow af arrived for me today! I'm not too sad as had already guessed it was af and kindof had time to accept it as the spotting has been here for a few days on and off!

I truly hope you get your bfp!!! I will keep checking in to see :) and I will prob be back on here next month with my pre af spotting that I convince myself is implantation bleeding every month :/
