Hi y'all!

RP yep still too soon and scary to be exciting. I have an early 6 week scan because of the ivf on Monday to check something is in there and then the FC will discharge me to doctors and midwife I guess.

Big hugs to those struggling with baby chat, bastard bridesmaids, downregging, wonky cycles etc..

Hi Ryan LOL Grin

Firstly sorry to hear about all the fecked cycles and insensitive idiots!

Barking have you spoken to your 'friend'/(ex)bridesmaid yet? Maybe it's those pesky hormones that made her have an insensitive outburst? Maybe she saw how unhappy you were and genuinely thought she would ruin your big day by being a constant visual reminder of things? I'm hoping she can redeem herself and you guys can work things out Thanks And I often get a dip around 8dpo - hope you do get a longer luteal phase this cycle!

RP sorry that AF is on her way - but good luck with 'basting' method! It does sound like a promising alternative!

A nurse from the FC called today. I had been booked in for a March IVF cycle but because I'm away from early April to early May, we'll only be starting our cycle when we get back. Not sure when I'll start down regging or for how long, but will probably be a June cycle (if not July!) which just seems like ages and ages away Sad The pessimist in me just wants it over and done with so I see the BFN sooner so I can stop all this hoping and wishful thinking Sad Sorry to be so miserable about it - I am grateful to be getting a chance at all!

RevoltingPeasant · 05/02/2014 14:01

Well I bravely googled implantation dip. It occurs around day 10 normally. So I am 13dpo and therefore unlikely.

Cramping now so think the fat lady (me) will indeed soon be bleeding.....

I have informed DH that we will try turkeying it next month. He looks resigned.

Friend offered me old baby clothes today, in case I wanted them in advance. It was kind, but.....

:( :( :(

barkingtreefrog · 05/02/2014 13:25

Apparently it's possible to have an 'implantation dip' but no idea how much of a dip and googling is for people who want to find new things to worry about she says with experience.

Felt nauseous this morning and immediate thought Ooo, morning sickness then had cramps and switched to bugger, surely not AF already, my cycles have just screwed themselves in the other direction.

It's going to be a painful few days/week while I wait to see what's actually happening. Confused

When are you next at the FC feather?

Sorry about your fence rp!

FeatherFeather11 · 05/02/2014 10:52

barking and rp isn't it normal to have a temp dip sometimes even if there is a possibility of a bfp? I could be making that up as all my knowledge comes from reading bits and bobs on the boards!

barking yep, been temping but can't use FF so I'm just writing it down in my calendar at the moment. I genuinely have no idea if I ovulated this month as I'm so all over the place. I very much doubt not though as without a (high dose) of clomid, my ovaries seem comatose.

RevoltingPeasant · 05/02/2014 08:09

Also temp drop this morning..... And my fence has fallen down in the night!

barkingtreefrog · 05/02/2014 06:32

feather sounds horribly familiar Sad . Have you ovulated this cycle? Are you temping?

I had a temp drop this morning Sad . 7dpo. With my normal LP AF would usually appear tomorrow but that would give me a 23 day cycle so I'm hoping not. However I don't have the usual face full of really horrible acne that I would just before AF just regular acne. Not sure whether this is sign acupuncture is lengthening my LP, helping with the spots, or both! Not had any last week though and not this week either as she's away.

FeatherFeather11 · 04/02/2014 22:56

funky and parsley I'm joining the fecked up cycle club too. CD 47 here and no amount of acupuncture seems to be helping. Even hot a faint line on a opk the other day. No bloody idea what that means.

barking your ex-bridesmaid sound like an insensitive prick too. You're best off without her.

barkingtreefrog · 04/02/2014 22:51

rp nice chart Grin . Not over 'til the fat lady bleeds sings Wink

barkingtreefrog · 04/02/2014 22:48

Thanks for the bridemaid sympathy berries Smile .
funky the irony is that arsehole ex bridesmaid is diffed with clomid twins, she was ttc from the same time as me, so almost 2 years by the time she got her bfp. She used to burst into tears at the sight of any pg woman and spent hours crying on me about lack of babies yet has a complete lack of empathy at how I'm feeling when I'm still dealing with the mc as well as the ttc. Angry

parsley and funky I hope your cycles sort themselves out soon. I'm now almost 5 months post mc and I think this is finally my first working cycle. Actually had AF, and chart is still looking lovely Grin . Still a bit confused by +opk on the same day FF has me ovulating, seems strange when it's supposed to give you shag warning! But an earlier Ov has got me wondering whether the acupuncture could possibly have sorted out my short LP. As a consequence I don't know whether to expect AF 8dpo as usual, or much later.

.

feather your colleague sounds like an insensitive prick. Shock

funkymonk · 04/02/2014 22:30

Haha rp!

I'm with you on the fecked up cycles post mc parsley. Just to make things more stressful!

FeatherFeather11 · 04/02/2014 22:30

rp out of date test and only 12dpo? Nah, that doesn't count.

Who's Ryan? Grin Gosling, I hope! Wink

Oh, and I hereby rename today as Douche Bag Day.

RevoltingPeasant · 04/02/2014 22:18

I don't know who Ryan is!

I meant thanks......

Parsley2506 · 04/02/2014 21:57

Pfft, out of date tests don't count rp.

Wishing my cycle would sort itself out post MC. CD15 and no OV yet. Wankfest. I used to be CD11-12 like clockwork.

funkymonk · 04/02/2014 21:44

Who's Ryan?!
...chart looks interesting rp! My first bfp wasn't a bfp until 13dpo. 12 dpo was bfn.

RevoltingPeasant · 04/02/2014 21:40

And Ryan for taking an interest in my maudlin moaning Grin

RevoltingPeasant · 04/02/2014 21:40

my chart

funkymonk · 04/02/2014 21:34

Where's your chart rp?

ladybunnikins · 04/02/2014 21:31

Oh poo, sorry.

RevoltingPeasant · 04/02/2014 21:27

Cracked when found out of date test in wardrobe.

Bfn.

Sad

Roll on AF.

ladybunnikins · 04/02/2014 21:17

rp chart looking good! POAS

RevoltingPeasant · 04/02/2014 20:45

Barking I am shocked! Seriously, you weren't effusive enough? That would be prattish even without your history! Cannot believe that.

Feather ditto.

Think I am getting stupid pre AF symptoms. :( I cannot bear to poas and see the BFN. I always find those women who come on and say "Oooh I dtd two weeks ago and now I have some ambiguous symptoms! Could I be pg?" so annoying! And coy! Just friggin test.

Now I am one of them. Confused

Aquarius1 · 04/02/2014 20:41

Hi all, reluctantly adding myself to the list too - not cos I don't like you all but just find it so depressing looking at my stats. I can't work out how to cut and paste on iPhone so if someone else could add me that'd be gd:
Aquarius; ttc 20 something cycles; age: over 30; hoping for au naturel post lap bfp; suffering with nightmare af's in meantime Angry

Barking so sorry about your bad bridesmaid - i would say she can sid right off but I imagine its just upsetting more than anything.

funkymonk · 04/02/2014 20:11

What a fool that man is feather. Could you maybe just punch him in the face and then pretend you didn't do it? A kind of Father Ted kicking Bishop Brennan up the arse moment?

Barking your bridesmaid is a first class tw*t. it's so sad when you realise a friend is not the person you thought they were. Unless the real life friends have had ttc woes then I wouldn't expect them to completely understand you and have the compassion you would expect.

Hi saznut! Don't think we've met yet either!

Sid are you on short protocol? Add yourself to the most recent list?

Anyone heard how pip is doing?

HampshireBlues · 04/02/2014 19:23

Bloody hell Barking talking about your bridesmaids taking it to a whole new level! Thanks

Feathet I feel your pain, going mad trying to avoid any conversation that might lead to babies.

Shamefully lost track of what day I am, but back so painful that I'm really not up to much. To be honest I am totally resigned to IVF in April that I can't be bothered (is that really bad of me?)

Blue sounds like things are moving; hope you've managed to sort out dates.
