Thunderpantsarego · 26/01/2014 08:49

Shall I make some coffee?

barkingtreefrog · 26/01/2014 08:34

Happy, neither am I. Definitely not annoying DP as he waits for me to be ready to walk the dogs but I'm on my phone again. At this rate I might have to plug my phone back into the charger before lunchtime!!!

PuppyMummy · 26/01/2014 07:34

thinking of you this morning bunny

barkingtreefrog · 26/01/2014 07:23

.

barkingtreefrog · 25/01/2014 23:02

Going well thanks Bunny. They all have full circle skirts, but the width of the fabric meant that rather than cutting out the circle, I had to cut 6 panels to sew together to make the circle.. The hemlines go on forever as there's so much fabric so I did a lot of the cutting and pinning while watching silent witness and now I've got two of them with hems pinned ready to sew and one with all the panels pinned ready to sew. The fourth I won't be starting for another couple of weeks as that's for the bridesmaid pg with twins so her waistline is a little unpredictable Angry .

RevoltingPeasant · 25/01/2014 22:59

So what sugar is bad? Is it everything like fruit, or just processed sugar?

Bunnygirlie · 25/01/2014 22:43

Yay wedding stuff barking how is it going?

barkingtreefrog · 25/01/2014 22:23

Oooo, busy day in here! Grin .
I've been doing wedding stuff or dog walks all day! Sister in law came over to try on bridesmaids dresses, went to visit venue for a meeting, then spent this evening sewing skirts for the bridesmaids!
Bedtime now - rock and roll Saturday!
I've missed so much today I can't remember what everyone's said to reply to! (That's the main problem with the app, once you start typing a reply you can't read any of the thread!)

FeatherFeather11 · 25/01/2014 19:52

Enjoy! Grin and thanks!

BecauseIsaidS0 · 25/01/2014 19:02

Feel free to PM me. I used to be a personal trainer in another life.

I'm going off sugar...from tomorrow. I have half an almond chocolate tablet and a glass of wine waiting for me tonight Grin

FeatherFeather11 · 25/01/2014 18:50

Thanks because! Yes, I thought I might need some weight training to go with the cardio.

Would you consider cutting out sugar for a while to see if it helps?

BecauseIsaidS0 · 25/01/2014 18:41

Feather, for weight loss I'd recommend weight training - it raises your basal metabolism (roughly speaking, the calories that you just burn throughout the day by existing, without any extra exercise). Find a good trainer or a BodyPump or similar class.

BecauseIsaidS0 · 25/01/2014 18:40

Hi feather, apparently sugar (I'm a total chocoholic) and stress tend to raise it. So...no sugar and chill the F out? Blush

FeatherFeather11 · 25/01/2014 18:39

Into *week four of the regime! I mean!

parsley so pleased the dark cloud has lifted and yay to holidays!

FeatherFeather11 · 25/01/2014 18:30

Wow pip -pic is so amazing! When can you poas?!

rp really don't think so. I just don't ovulate on my own. Acupuncturist seemed to think my body had tried to this month but no follow-through according to my temps. Sad and boo re iPad! I definitely couldn't live without mine so I'd be forking out too.

snow great that results came back good/normal, and even more so that you're being referred. Chiro, eh? Hmm...I feel like I'm shelling out so much money at the moment on acu and the gym and organic only etc etc that I don't know that I can face being prodded by yet another stranger and handing over £50 for it. Is that stupid?

kuma really hope the nhs come through for you and that your private appointment goes well. Not long now!

because sorry to hear about your TSH. Is there any way of bringing it down naturally?

Wowee - everything is happening in berry hq at the mo! I seriously think I'll be the last one left come the summer!

Ps. Anyone out there know anything about exercise and weight loss? I'm doing loads of cardio to try and shred some fat at the moment - going into wets four of the regime. I don't ever weigh myself and have no idea if it's working! Being careful about what I eat and only allowing one pudding a week. Mmmm....pudding....
