The Elderberry Pavlovas head into 2014 which will be full of ivf, berry babies and BFPs!!!  (thread 17)

Berries have a strict entrance criteria (TTC #1, over 30, TTC for 6+months (preferably 12+) NO instadiffers, must have a special pot and def no mention of baby dust or baby dancing UGH !!! Ooooh aren’t we strict!

No FUFC here though - I'm a fully paid up passenger now, I think! (Temperatures are crashing down so expecting an AF present this week.)

Liking the thread title suggestions - although I wonder if we could drop the 'Elder' and just be the Berries seeing as we call each other Berries?Too controversial?? Perhaps just me feeling a bit sensitive about ageing...

Ps is anyone else drooling over the musketeers or is it just me& my mid-cycle hormones?

Sid, when did you start feeling sick from the downregging? I'm about to go and do number 3 and so far I haven't really noticed anything. I am probably lulling myself into a fall sense of security and I will wake up tomorrow feeling horrible!

Be great to have happy host next thread. We should def mention IVF Train as so many are on it or one their way. My suggestions are: Ryan (I'm still sniggering about that), Twanging (and that) and Vagina Jack (yep, that too)

Anyone heard from pip recently? And how's the downregging going sid?

What other Ace of Base songs where there? I remember 'Don't Turn Around' and then 'Life is a Flower' which I think was a couple of years later...

Blue, not before your time, you're spot on! It came up after the 90's thread that Boodle pointed me to - I went off to spotify and searched for Ace of Base but then remembered what it was she wanted!!!!
Excellent suggestion Boodle, any more 90's references we can get in there?! I think we need to refer to all the IVF as well!!

gill sounds like great news on the follicles, everything crossed they can get the polyp out and everything moving.

feather you sound so similar to me. I am still refusing to accept I am not pregnant despite spotting for 4 days, overwhelming symptoms of AF and none of pg. Hmm Confused
If I get a proper flow at any point in the next couple of days I'll start taking the clomid. I don't want to waste any more on what still doesn't feel like a proper cycle.

We're getting close to the end of this thread; I nominate Happy to start the next one as she's one of the originals!

We haven't had an agreed thread theme of late. I was just mulling over some of the possibilities from our recent conversations.

Maybe some kind of reference to Ace of Base?! Smile

And I can't get jiggy as oh is away in the US till Thursday. Annoying!

Feathers I don't know much about very long cycles but could it be the case that you are ovulating now after having dormant ovaries and that you should be getting jiggy?

I had my scan this morning and more blood tests. The good news is that I have an excellent follicle count - 10 on each side. They also want me to reduce my Menopur further which is good. The bad news is that there looks to be another polyp there in my uterus. I have to have another scan on Tuesday but it looks like they would have to freeze all the embies (assuming they fertilise) from this cycle, I then have an op to remove the polyp and then the stick them back in in a couple of cycles time (assuming they defrost and then divide OK). I had hoped that everything had been tidied up in December when I had my fibroid removed although it is possible that this has formed as a result of the increased oestrogen from the drugs.
