Oh LH, how awful for her family and friends. I think it's a lovely way to show your support and as a reminder that you are there for them if needed.

Wrt to your situation, could you ask for a blood test from your gp? That's what I'm planning on next week.

Day 37ish here. Lh. Oh jeez. Depending on the mind set of said people depends on how they'll react but I'm sure they will appreciate the gesture. Every little thing like that will help and show the caring nature of her friends. Hope it helps.

Still in limbo land too Ginger - day 50 today! Got the same 'squinty' imagined line yesterday too.

Sorry to bring the mood down, but can I ask some advice? I got some terrible terrible news yesterday that the sister of one of my best friends took her life on boxing day. She was only 25. We're all devastated as we've seen her grow up. I can't talk to anyone at the moment until my friend lets other people know and is ready to talk but I was thinking of getting her and her mum a bracelet with an angel charm that I've seen from a beautiful jewellery designer I know. Appropriate or a bad idea?
Just feel really useless. Have obviously sent flowers.

Still no AF and had another BFN on a FRER this morning....still cramping so she's on her way....off to the docs to get something for this cold/fluey thing as still feeling like death. Going to mention me still not being preggers but think he'll fob me off as it's coming up to 6 months since my MMC and think he'll say I need to give it a bit more time before we can get any help. I'm 38 now so I'm getting a little worried.

Thought I got a squinty line but only at certain angles so going to disregard it. It was negative when I took it out the wrapper so not convinced. Going to attempt to phone midwife. Feeling very meh about it all.

Morning Princess. Sorry to hear about af. Feel free to have a moan. I know how you feel. I got opks to work this month (or thought I did) dtd few days before and after ov and even had some of the pg symptoms I had with my dd. Been seeing some pink tinged cm for a few days so waiting on afSad It is so difficult not to get hopes up. fx 2014 will be our year

Hi girls! Lost this thread for a few days silly iphkne. Hope everyone is okay! Need some help. Im due wed but earlier had the tiniest bit of brown blood (like a teardrop size) so put a pad on and have very faint small mark (sorry tmi!!) getting light cramps, did a test this morning bfn. Isit the witch?? I really hope not :(

Girls I'm sorry, I never really offered any details did I ... However there's not much to tell!!

Due to illness, dtd only on cd11,12 and 14 - and I think I ov'd on cd 12. I did use the pillow trick and I also used pre-seed which I would highly recommend. And that's pretty much it - faint, faint bfp on Christmas Eve, but a definite bfp on Christmas Day which was cd25.

Just goes to show it really does only take one strong little swimmer to go the distance xx

I'm so sorry, I have crappy signal up here in Bonny Scotland and it won't let me scroll back on messages...

I think it may have been LH (but I'm so sorry if it wasn't) that was saying you feel pregnant but having bfn yet AF is late? I just wanted to give you a glimmer of hope that my best friend has had 2 children and has never had a bfp - it's only ever showed up on a blood test. Even when she was in labour, the nurses laughed and had her poas and atill got bfn even in between contractions lol. I don't want to give you false hope, just trying to send some positivity xx

Spinning thanks! .......cramps have started so think I'll be joining the Jan bus tomorrow (so wanted to be preggers again before the end of the year as its all I ever think about!) my NY resolution is to chill out and relax, as I think I'll end up in a looney bin if it ends up being as bad as this year has!

Sleeping, so sorry to hear about your losses, keep strong and keep trying. Fx for you on the January bus, I'm sad not to be joining you but I think it will be March at least before we are able to try again.

After a few difficult days suffering from low blood pressure and nausea, DP has turned the corner and yesterday we went for a lovely walk along the hospital corridor. He's finally off his drip and is progressing well. The Dr thinks he will be able to be discharged on Tuesday and I can't wait to get him home.

FX for those still waiting for their BFPs
