Congrats to all the bfp's. Still in limbo land CD44 I think. Can't be bothered working it out lol. My "pg" symptoms are really sore boobs as if I was breastfeeding again, really tired, increased need to pee, more hungry, nasty taste in mouth and off the cigs, and increased sense of smell. And of course no period. If I'm not upduffed then what is causing all this?? LH not that I'm impatient but think I'll acquire both lol.

I'm coming up to ov i think - trying to be more relaxed, starting reflexology sessions and generally making ttc a happy thing. Had a bit of a meltdown at new year but feeling so much better about it all now...
I'm also drinking the venos this month...not the most pleasant of things, i'm used to the taste now, but thought i was going to gag the first spoonful!

I'm stupidly obsessed with this cycle. As I've said, if it happens this time it will be a disaster for work and will delay some surgery I need, leaving me in discomfort for a lot longer. I'm on CD14, which FF reckons is probably after ovulation. The weirdest thing is that I've been having something which feels madly like Braxton Hicks - which is completely impossible unless I'm secretly 4+ months along (not possible). So WTF is it? I guess a draggy feeling low down would be the thing. I'm low carbing so I'm not bloated or anything.

Even Dr Google has no suggestions. I think I'm insane now.

When I said my boobs were hurting yesterday, it's really only one boob - is that weird? And it's even more tender today.

Hey choccy! I was taking b6 for a few months but didn't notice much of a difference so not going to bother with it. GP said spotting isn't an issue and to count first day full flow as cd1 which would give me an ok LP too! DH is planning on getting swimmers tested soon, was always the plan for the New Year if no progress so I'm sure he will get the courage up to arrange the appointment soon enough! Bless him!

Mrsnelis, is the your first month after bc or have you not been on bc?
If you have, it can take your body a few weeks to readjust itself to being off bc so please don't worry at this early stage.
What cd have you been testing from? And what times?
You may have ov'd earlier than when you started testing, but your cycle could be a longer one and you may have just not ov'd yet. Hth.

Sounding good rockin20s. I (somewhat madly) still refused to believe the 2 tests I'd already taken today so nipped to Superdrug (thank God I don't have to work until this afternoon) and bought an CB digi. Again, said pregnant 1-2 so guess I'll have to believe it now! Really struggling to accept this as have had problems with periods for years and endocrinologist told me I might not be able to get pregnant naturally, so to get a BFP on only cycle 2 has gobsmacked me.

Oh by the way and this could be absolute tosh but I read something interesting last night. Your heart rate goes up in early pregnancy due to more blood being supplied to the uterus - so if you know your normal resting heart rate it may be fun to see if yours is elevated. Mine was 84bpm so higher than usual - can you tell I'm utterly impatient to be able to poas?! My acupuncturist always takes my pulse and said that higher progesterone in early gets it pumping faster too. Not sure about the science in this but all a bit of fun in the crappy tww

Congrats Kitkat and all the bfps, I'm on 7DPO I think and symptom spotting like mad. I've had some mild cramps, creamy / yellow cm and a bit gassy with constipation. Could all just be something and nothing though - the body does like to play tricks! DoctorDonnaNoble I really sympathise with you, I mc'ed in late October and on my 2nd cycle since now, just hard to keep distracted. Hoping lots more of us get our bfps x

Can't remember who asked, but yes there is such a thing as ovulation bleeding. I don't think it's that common but I've read about it on my many dr google sessions!

God I feel good, I've just done my tax return, what a load off!! Bubs at nursery til 1pm, dh has nipped out, so it's a nice loooooong not shower for me

So, am due to test at the end of the week. I'm feeling so nervous now. Again, I've gone off chocolate, which after Saturday I couldn't stop stuffing my face with the stuff (literally) and yesterday and today, nothing is odd! This happened the last 2 months when I caught, and when I was pg with ds. Not getting my hopes up, but it does get you thinking! 8dpo today.

MrsNel.....I have used boots opk's, I usually get no line at all and then as ov is approaching I get a faint line which gets darker when you ov. I don't know if this is the same for everyone. Keep using them and you'll soon see how they work for you. Good luck

Argh forgot to poas when a delivery came and then just used the downstairs loo... It's still 2 d early I think but I've kind of lost hope for this month , I swear I've normally gotten early results :(. Was feeling very sad and tearful yesterday I guess it's all the previous years pain of trying and then disappointment with constant misscarriages coming back now , I must be crazy why can't I just be happy with what I've got and move on ! But I have this feeling like we're not done and I can't help it . Starting to want it even more now too that I feel it's not going to happen without major interventions and DH is not necessarily agreeing to go that far. Am deprassed

Hi rockin20s. Someone has told me before that the lines on ICs are normally a bit faint (compared to branded tests) but that faint lines are still a line. Was still a shock when I saw it confirmed on digi though. Would definitely recommend you try a digi later. Then we can be due-date buddies!

Hi MrsNeils, please dont start worrying yet. It's still very early days for you. I use the clear blue digital opks as like you i just like a simple answer. I have ordered some cheapies of amazon so i'll see how i get on. I'm on cycle 4 now so have a rough idea of when i ovulate anyway.
Have you downloaded any apps to help you monitor things? Fertility Friend is quite good.
Good luck, try to enjoy all the dtd. It will happen for you.
