Still no pre-period cramps. With my endo I'm usually in a lot of pain this close to AF being due!

Munday the hair looks fab!!!

MundayCakes85 · 03/01/2014 16:24

Afternoon ladies I've had the chop and put a photo on my profile. If anyone recognises me, and DH didn't when I rang the doorbell afterwards, please don't tell anyone what a crazy lady I really am! Off to catch up on the afternoon's posts x

pebble82 · 03/01/2014 16:02

I'm out of limbo (yeahy!) but due to AF (boo!).

Will see some of you on the Feb bus. Hope it's not too many of you (for all the best reasons)

Flukewoman · 03/01/2014 15:54

Not in limbo but if you want to save your sanity then you need to carry on as normal until you know for sure. So long as normal is not an outrageous amount of anything bad for you (which would be bad for TTC in any case!) then carry on as you were...

LH1981 · 03/01/2014 15:38

Are you fellow limbo ladies living as normal or as if pregnant. Wondering if I'm allowed my third coffee of the day...

Choccywoccydodah · 03/01/2014 12:40

Bella if you do a search you should find something Smile

bellaboo88 · 03/01/2014 12:37

Thanks all for responding about microgynon....sorry for the non sticky beans but glad to hear you were still fertile. I agree, lack of research on it isn't good. My partners happy for me to stay off it & use other methods. I still had awful periods & mid-cycle bleeding.

Lh didn't realise youre in limbo, fx for you.

Just praying partners car isn't wrote off now, he might get abit money worried & panic.

Is there any part of this forum that talks about tax credits/maternity allowance etc? X

HollyBen · 03/01/2014 12:19

Sorry to hear you are still both on limbo lh and ginger I have a 79 day wait for AF post MC. It was the pits. Hope you both get and answer soon.

bella I was on microgynon too. First time round it took me 8 cycles though I was working abroad at the time so not really a good example, think it was 3 cycles after I came home permanently before I got a BFP. This time I got BFP 2 cycle which sadly ended in MC

Honeybear30 · 03/01/2014 11:54

Munday definitely post a picture!

I was on microgynon to, can't remember who asked? I came off end of October and had a 28 day cycle followed by a 26. I think I was lucky having af come back so quickly having read others stories. I'm on cycle 3 now and hoping this will be my bfp. BUT convinced today is O day and cannot get dh to break away from work (he is at home) for a quick dtd. Guess it doesn't sound all that appealing when I put it like that though lol. It's so frustrating because I know my own body and he doesn't feel the same urgency that I do. It feels like it's such a small window of opportunity.

Also doctor, I am so annoyed at how careful I was before! And I wish I could tell some of my friends to come off thier contraception who I know will want kids in the near future. Especially when I hear them saying maybe I'll go onto the depo... I just want to shout no! But our TTC is top secret so they would wonder why I am suddenly so knowledgeable and interested.

DoctorDonnaNoble · 03/01/2014 11:46

I ended up as an in limbo person in November which turned into my BFP there's always hope until AF turns up.

LH1981 · 03/01/2014 11:42

Oh Ginger! Pfffff!!!

Lacey, not sure if the pill has messed me up. Came off cerazette in August, but after a 7 week wait for AF, things have been pretty regular since (slightly longer cycle at 37 days)

Had a chemical pregnancy so it could also be that but had a normal cycle since.

Just a waiting game! Angry

Mundt that's amazing! Definitely post pics!! X

Gingerpanther27 · 03/01/2014 11:32

Morning everyone. waves to newbies got a big fat not pregnant on cb digi today. CD42. Shall get a box of frer at some point in the next week or so. Just want to know where one or the other is.

PetiteChouette · 03/01/2014 11:32

Oh Munday that is lovely! Goodluck!

PetiteChouette · 03/01/2014 11:28

Doctor - I am very annoyed at the years trying not to get PG. Really wish I'd thrown caution to the wind and just gone for it now. Ah well...no point looking back, we can only influence the future. Grin

Jilljill - eeek...well I would test...but understand why you want to wait a bit longer. Fingers crossed for you.

Sorry for all the limbos and BFNs. And big wave to all the newbies.

Choccywoccydodah · 03/01/2014 11:08

Bella I was on microgynon too, I was panicking as I read so many others on previous buses were on it and not happy, but I fell month 3 and 4 so I just think it depends on your body.

I was on Yasmin last time I fell pg with ds and that was also month 3. I'd been in the pill for 16 years before that.

Choccywoccydodah · 03/01/2014 11:04

OMG munday that's amazing!, yes post a before and after xx

spinningirl10 · 03/01/2014 10:48

EnglishGirlAbroad · 03/01/2014 10:47

Hi all Newbies! Welcome!
LH have you been to the doctors... 54 days is crazy!! really feel for you! Being in limbo sucks! At least if the bitch came you could crack on with the next cycle!! Hope either a bfp appears or she comes soon for you.

spinningirl10 · 03/01/2014 10:47

Morning Grin

LH and Ginger.....I can't believe you're still waiting!!!! So frustrating for you both.

Jilljill....you should poas Grin

Mama.....good to see you, sorry af turned up super early!!

Sazzle....thanks. I'm counting myself out for this month but I'll hang around and cheer everyone onGrin I've decided to up my exercise this month, I've slacked off a bit and need something other than ttc to focus on!!

MundayCakes85 · 03/01/2014 10:47

Morning everyone, haven't had time to read back through all the posts yet but for those in limbo land hold on to your tickets, it's not over yet!
And to those AF got, I'm sorry. FX for the next cycle and lots of baby-making shenanigans!

I'm very excited today as I'm getting all of my hair cut off for charity! U've been very lucky in that lots of people have been generously sponsoring me. My hair is going to make a lovely blonde wig for a child who has had chemotherapy. I might post a photo later Smile

Good luck to all those testing today x

Treaclepie19 · 03/01/2014 10:41

Think we have a similar cycle LaceyLee.
I'm on cd9 now and hoping for BFP 23rd jan. My fertile period is when were back at work too :( typical!

mum2kiss · 03/01/2014 10:40

I've always wondered about what the pill/other contraception can do to your body! I feel like they don't really know the long term effects. No matter which way you look at it it's not what nature intended and is entirely man made...

My body has never responded fantastically to any type of contraception. I came off the pill at the beginning of December after having gained a stone in a year. I've always been a couple of stones over weight but when on the pill or any other contraception I can not shift an ounce and almost always gain weight when I'm on it.

When I conceived dd I had not been on any kind of contraceptive for 5 years and conceived the first month...lets see what happens this time!

LaceyLee · 03/01/2014 10:37

Hello everyone and all new ppl

DoctorDonna- yes absolutely!! For example, I went to the docs for something totally unrelated aged 28 and they wanted me to go on the coil... no thanks... Don't even ask if you might want a baby soon, are in a long term relationship etc. kinda wish I had been a young mum but feel like we were told that was the 'wrong' thing to do

LH - know how u feel I just had a 66 day cycle but that was after an mmc and I think my hormones were messed up, could u have any reasons for hormones being out of whack?

I'm on cd7 now, hoping for bfp around 24th jan but no idea what my cycle will be like now. I expect my fertile period to be just when I go back to work as well, great!
