Im sure the exercise thing is carry on like you would as normal...obviously no heavy lifting but running is fine. 9 mnths down the line it may be a waddle Wink

I'm only 1dpo (I think) so long wait now - trying to get OH to bonk tonight but think he feels under pressure to perform on demand! I suppose I can only ask and see! Lol

vj that means you're def still in. When do you plan to test again? I don't think running will affect that early. What do others think? I hadn't heard that; In fact in S&TC Charlotte got told to run... Not best point if reference though!

Just took my bra off to have a bath and my boobs are killing me. Really hot and painful. Confused Still telling myself to expect AF as still BFN on a Superdrug at 13dpo so we'll see what happens in the morning.

And on a more serious note,I haven't been running for a week because my training partner has had a chest infection. Meant to be running on Weds but am scared about how it could possibly affect things if I am pg.

Yes - loads of constant wet feeling cm since 5dpo, sore nipples since 8dpo, sore throat and cold symptoms, lower backache, nausea off and on, very tired today, cramps/stabbing pains daily 7dpo until yesterday.

mama I'm good. I did my first ever temp today - 36.27! And I read this thread in morrisons car park so jumped in and have already had my grapefruit juice! Seriously doing EVERYTHING this month! :-) also bought a sharpe pen so I can write on my opks! Bonkers!

I hope you have a pg spot! FX FX FX

Keeping fx for those who have tested negative so far, hope that it's just too early for you and that your BFPs will be here soon.

OMG I am constantly paranoid about being outed in RL, I'm a serial namechanger for this very reason!

Vjones - it's ok. 10dpo is still pretty early. Be calm. Wait til at least friday and see what happens?

halfpint - yay for the GF juice. I've only been drinking from cd6 - do you think i started too late? i'm on cd14 now and have no ewcm, but i don't think i've ov according to my cbfm. if i have no luck this month i'll remember to start it earlier. what cd are you now?

I'm a convert with regards to grapefruit juice :)
Had hardly any cm at all last month, started the GF juice cd2 and lo and behold ewcm in abundance from cd11.

Just hope it's done the job!

Good luck to the ladies testing tomorrow! Fingers and toes crossed for BfP's across the board!
