Here we go again.....

The smallprint –
Berries have a strict entrance criteria (TTC #1, over 30, TTC for 6+months, NO instadiffers, must have a special pot) and def no mention of baby dust or baby dancing UGH !!! Ooooh aren’t we strict!

So, so, so......had scan and folly has gone. I've ov by myself!! Looks as tho it was quite recent, prob yesterday. Dtd last night as told, so there's a glimmer of hope, although I know it'd have been better the day before.

SidneyBristow · 15/11/2013 15:21

Yay Funky! I saw the news on the FB thread earlier but forgot to swing by here to give you a huge Berry high-five and tell you CONGRATS! Thanks I know it's a little irrational as we've all been trying different lengths of time and have a wide variety of issues that may/may not factor in to TTC success, but it always gives me hope when a Berry gets knocked up, like a win for the team puts me that much closer to a BFP. so thank you Thanks for giving me a bit of hope as we all head into the weekend!!

Gillster · 15/11/2013 14:50

Oh my goodness berries, somehow I've got a bfp this morning! Cycle 12. Can't quite believe it. Terrified about another miscarriage and also as they still haven't given me much info on the thrombophilia other than take aspirin.

Bunnygirlie · 15/11/2013 08:25

Oh dear RP it ain't over till its over though!

kitty I'm sure I'm just over thinking it but when she brought the needle out I did panic a tad!

Lol at pad of pessimism!

I need the yellow brick road of positivity ready for the new year jabbing! I hope I only miss one cycle, I will be gutted if I miss two!

RevoltingPeasant · 15/11/2013 08:16

No don't leave me in peace :) I like that someone else is optimistic though I should actually do some work

thanks for that, will open link later!!

CatsCantFlyFast · 15/11/2013 07:52

Arf at pad of pessimism. I hope you are wrong, but will leave you in peace
tri phasic pattern

RevoltingPeasant · 15/11/2013 07:48

Merk what is tri-phasic, please? :)

I am 98% sure they are AF symptoms. I never really notice much about AF - apart from the bleeding, obviously - I am quite lucky in that I have very few symptoms and before I started ttc I could never tell when it was coming. But I have slight cramping and a 'full' feeling there which I think is pretty normal for me before AF. Also (TMI-TMI-TMI) I feel kind of - er - juicy - down there which is normally the prelude....

Will test tomorrow if I don't get AF today! Am wearing the Pad of Pessimism though.

CatsCantFlyFast · 15/11/2013 07:17

RP are you sure they're AF symptoms? You're late and your chart is tri-phasic

BlindKitty · 15/11/2013 07:02

bunny mine were so thin I just let them rest on my skin until they fell in and it didn't hurt a bit ..promise!! The thought of it is actually worse

RevoltingPeasant · 14/11/2013 23:07

Oh Bunny poor you! I'm not good with needles and would find that tough.

Feather don't know what to say. But my goodness, you are due a break.

Think AF symptoms are here :(

Bunnygirlie · 14/11/2013 22:56

Gil Ok boss, I guess it will be good to have a few drinkies at our work Christmas party!

birdy foot stamping won't work I'm afraid. Depending on AF things could clash with when main FC or local FC is closed over the festive periods.
And how very dare somebody post in infertility after 5 months Angry

But kitty the needles are scary!!!

Hugs lady

feather don't worry about wallowing, we all do it from time to time, and it's understandable Flowers

FeatherFeather11 · 14/11/2013 22:51

Oh, lady, I really feel for you and what you've been through and glad you got to see a counsellor. Is it something that you can do regularly? The worst thing about my situation is that there was just so much hope for a week. I feel such a fool for allowing myself to believe I was really pregnant. I know I should be thankful for not having to have an op or horrible drugs, but I'm bloody angry. And scared that the tube has something wrong with it and that this will happen again. Going to the gp tomorrow. It was meant to be my first visit re pregnancy, but instead I'm giving her all the hospital notes from the last week.

birdy I get two rounds of free IVF at Hammersmith. Anybody know anything about the place? No doubt it has 2% success rate if my luck is anything to go by (*sorry all. Just wallowing at the moment. I'll go away now and come back if and when I can be a bit more positive).

CharmingCats · 14/11/2013 21:53

lady glad you got to see the counsellor and that you're reassured that it's ok to feel as you do. Well, normal, to feel as you do. Take care x

ladybunnikins · 14/11/2013 21:12

I went for my blood test at the clinic today and started crying as soon as I got to reception because the last time I was there I was so happy. They took me through to the counsellor and I'm so glad I got to see her. She said that infertility is like a bereavement except worse because there's no end in sight, and on some sort of psychology grief scale, a failed IVF cycle is one point higher than a stillbirth. So I'm feeling better about feeling bad, if that makes sense!
Good to hear about all the IVF appointments, I hope somebody else gets to be an IVF instadiffer!
Feather, great news that you've managed to keep your tube and hopefully clomid will work again for you.
