Onelife I did read what jaykay put and now I'm hanging on in the hope that it's not over for me yet! I'm not getting off this bus until AF kicks me off!

Sorry you were bfn too elr, but if you're already late maybe you should buy a diggie or something??!

Purple I think we were all a little early to test perhaps so maybe we will do another party next Thursday? Last day of October?

wispaxmas · 25/10/2013 13:21

ELR, I feel very strongly that FR will be your friend tomorrow! Good luck!

mama31 · 25/10/2013 13:12

Yes ELR! I waited a while then had to go! So went for a spin around town in it just to show off!!!

Well hope it's just too early and you all get your bfp's! It's not over just yet!!!!

ELR · 25/10/2013 12:49

mama must of missed that limo you sent for me!!

ELR · 25/10/2013 12:43

I ladies sorry slept in this morning so had a manic rush trying to get kids to school and then had a PTA meeting.
Only did an ic but still a bfn!! Still no sign of af but got headache and a break out of spots, so perhaps it's on its way. Boobs still hurting but no queasiness today.
Think I may go and get a better brand for tomorrow morning as couldn't find the sainsbury ones I thought I had.

Missvaughan85 · 25/10/2013 12:31

Do you know what, my back isnt hurting hurting it my pelvis, In between my legs, very strange

wispaxmas · 25/10/2013 11:53

Oh, and mama, congrats to your H for quitting, that's fabulous, and HARD WORK. He deserves a gold star for that one!

wispaxmas · 25/10/2013 11:52

No, mama, we're in Paris until 14 December, then going to see my family in Canada for a couple weeks, then back in the uk for most of January (hopefully to move house), then back to Paris for another 2-3 months only. I want to be in the UK for the 3rd trimester, settling into our new house and all that. I'm having all my antenatal care here, even though I can muddle through with French, I would feel so lost doing all this in France!! I only just learned the French word for pregnant yesterday! Je suis enceinte, by the way! I had to explain to the other dog walkers why I was getting so tired all the time. They kept saying things like, "but you're so young!" And I couldn't figure out how to explain why except to pat my belly and say "Mais j'ai un enfant dans ici!" And one woman laughed and told me how to say it properly.

PurpleGeekyGirl · 25/10/2013 11:36

I bottled it this morning and didn't POAS. Can't face yet another month of BFNs then the red tide of doom arriving! Still no AF symptoms tho, and on cd25 of what I assume to be a 29 day cycle so there's still hope. Hugs to the BFNs and HAPPY BIRTHDAY writer Thanks

mama31 · 25/10/2013 11:23

I'm feeling quite proud of DH at the min he's quit smoking (3wks but great progress and smoked since he was very young) and seems prepared to do anything it takes to conceive so I really should give him some credit!! (must appreciate him more I think)

Wispa sounds great!!! Is paris amazing?? Are you going to be there long term??

Any more BFP's about?????

flymo79 · 25/10/2013 11:02

ha! love it wispa, my DP would be the same! he thinks he knows everything as it is... cringe

wispaxmas · 25/10/2013 10:58

My H didn't take anything, but wears boxers normally instead of briefs.. He was walking around like a blooming peacock preening when the hpt turned positive, thinking he's superman and all that. Men, right?

flymo79 · 25/10/2013 10:51

thanks mama and jay, I'm worried DP doesn't drink enough water and probably drinks too much beer!!

wispaxmas · 25/10/2013 10:47

Happy birthday, writer, how did I miss that before?!

Mama, Paris is fab, but I'm back in the UK for a couple days. Just had my [free] crown fitted at the dentist! have an early scan this afternoon, and 5 house viewings tonight and tomorrow! Busy busy!

Very weird being back in our flat today now that we've accepted an offer on it. I know it's still ours, but it feels so strange!

jaykay987 · 25/10/2013 10:47

Thanks one. I've been really tired, really tired. After about 2pm I just want to hide under my desk asleep. Typically I spend most of the day running in and out of the toilet - just so I can close my eyes for 30 seconds! oops.

I am fine most of the day, unless I get hungry. Getting hungry makes me feel sick. Then I typically feel sick between 6-8pm. Yesterday I found lying very still was the only thing that helped!

Fly - Ive no idea whether its worked...but my DH was on wellman everyday for almost four months.

mama31 · 25/10/2013 10:45

Flymo my DH has been going commando since ttc lol apparently he read that helps!! Bless him!!! And he's just ordered wellmans for the first time which apparently helps sperm count but won't have an impact for about 3 months but think he just wants to do all he can and if we are still ttc in 3 months time then ill appreciate that he started those vits!

Any word from ELR yet??

MrsB2013 · 25/10/2013 10:34

Morning everyone!

Sorry to the bfn's and anyone who had af turn up :(

Happy Birthday Writer!!!

flymo79 · 25/10/2013 10:28

hey ladies, this might not be the place, but just wondering what your DH's / DP's do to support their swimmers? Does anyone else make theirs take Wellman or eat a special diet? Any stories of anyone's sperm count improving after doing so?
Very interested (don't want to be the one who has to watch what I eat/drink etc!!)

flymo79 · 25/10/2013 10:27

aw writer, what a lovely post! your sis must be so grateful for a wonderful supportive family xx

lifehasafunnywayofhelpinguout · 25/10/2013 10:03

Writerwannabe83 · 25/10/2013 10:02

Thanks onelife - my nephew is the sweetest little boy ever, the first boy in our family for 6 generations so when he came along it was a lovely surprise! It feels weird now there will be another one when mine arrives! He is so wonderful, my sister recently went through a very difficult break up with his dad (they'd been together for 10 years and they have a little 4 year old girl too) and it seemed home life has been very bad for months and months but my nephew has been a star. My sister and the children fled the awful home environment and they came to live with me for a while - my husband was brilliant about it all and accepted then into our home and was amazing with the children. Thankfully my sister has now has settled into a new home now but my nephew had to change schools and leave all his friends, which he found very hard, but he has done it with no complaints and just adapted. He is just amazing, I'm so proud of him. So he definitely deserves a special Christmas present Smile

flymo79 · 25/10/2013 09:56

have a fun day life, the witch got me too so I'm looking forward to a wee drinky tonight and a duvet day tomorrow with the choccy lined up and a bit of a weepy on the telly! gotta indulge when life kicks you in the cahoonies!

lifehasafunnywayofhelpinguout · 25/10/2013 09:39

Hi Good luck to all those P.O.A.S. Sorry to all those like me who the nasty witch got. Better luck for us all next time. I'll probably meeting you on the November bus. I am not feeling too bad. You've just got to get on with it haven't you. Pissing moaning and sulking in the corner ain't going to make A.F go away. I have the day off today. I'm taking D.D out shopping this afternoon if only the weather was nicer though. xx
Also Happy Birthday, Writer. xx

mama31 · 25/10/2013 09:39
