Poladot, I have nothing against people have children in non conventional relationships, but I do think it's wrong to wilfully deceive a man and thy to get pregnant without his knowledge.

I do think it's wrong to do what she is doing, and I don't think it is odd for someone to think she's a troll (not a catfish, a troll). I also have my doubt about her.

OP posts:
Polkadot1 · 27/09/2013 23:43

Also, although I agree that I don't think INTERNATIONAL should be posting about her plans to give blow jobs, and get pregnant through a more casual relationship, I don't think its fair (after her honest response before) for people to question how her first child was conceived. Ok a lot of us are married or in long term relationships, but also a lot of people I know aren't, who are either older, or doing it on their own ( anonymous sperm donor) or 2 women having a baby etc. i know the main issue is that INTErNATIONAL hasn't told shag buddy she's ttc, but just remember there's loads of other babies conceived in other non-conventional relationships. Doesn't always have to be heterosexual long term relationship!

Polkadot1 · 27/09/2013 23:30

Hello- again ! Sorry not been writing much as working full time! And still only 11 dpo, so not even contemplating testing for another 3-4 days, so haven't anything to contribute really! but, I was thinking- how can pregnacare mess with your cycle- isn't it just a vitamin supplement?

Sparrowlegs248 · 27/09/2013 23:04

purple pregnacare messing with your cycle?!?! How?

Sparrowlegs248 · 27/09/2013 23:03

Hello Miss V and Daisychain!!good luck to you both! I am off this bus (in the final throes of af the biiatch!!) but checking in on news.

writer wewant to hear news of prev. Bfp such as you and imaginary!" We ALL really hope things work out for you!!

Ditto what purple said. I know i made some possibly TMI comments previouy but hope they were factual rather than cringeworthy.

international the trouble is, I really don't think many posters agree with what you are doing, so it is really not helping when you constantly post about how much sex you have, how much you love it etc. It's just not nice!

ThoraNomiki · 27/09/2013 22:47

MissVaughan did u come off hormonal birth control before you started TTC? It could be that your periods are taking a while to settle. Alternatively you might be pregnant but it not showing up on tests yet. Give it a couple of days and test again - keep us updated Smile

Writer your comments here are completely appropriate! These buses are for chatting and sharing especially regards to TTC and pregnancy.

I found International's comment inappropriate because I don't agree with using sex as currency (but that's just my opinion).
Anyway hopefully we can move on from that quickly and not let the thread get derailed again Smile

wispaxmas · 27/09/2013 21:53

Missed your msg, missvaughn, but you're still in until AF rears her ugly head.

Here's hoping the last days of September are good ones for everyone!!!

OP posts:
crazylady2013 · 27/09/2013 21:48

Missvaughn you are still in with a chance until af arrives. I'm in the same boat...af was due Tue but nothing so far. Did a cheap Boots test yesterday and today and got BFN. I guess we just have to be patient Wink. I won't be tested tomorrow as I don't have any but I may try again either on Sunday or Monday. Good luck.

wispaxmas · 27/09/2013 21:42

Don't feel bad about it, writer, you need to vent somewhere!

OP posts:
PurpleGeekyGirl · 27/09/2013 21:08

Aww no sorry Lucy Hmm wish mine would hurry up. 3 bfns and 3 days late. Bloody pregnacare messing with my cycle!

lucyfluff · 27/09/2013 20:58

AF cramps have started :( feeling sorry for myself!

ELR · 27/09/2013 20:09

Fingers crossed for everyone left waiting for their BFP.
writer no need to apologise, what you are going through is all part of the ttc and pregnancy journey. Sharing your worries and experiences helps us all and keeps us grounded. I think??
I know that none of us know each other in real like but that doesn't mean to say we can't be concerned or worried about each other, sorry if that sounds cheesy!
Same goes for international maybe the tmi comments about sex ect are just a little too full on when some people are really struggling with the emotions and stresses of the ttc journey.
Anyway ladies I hope you all enjoy your weekend.

Daisychain44 · 27/09/2013 19:43

Hi everyone,
Just jumping in again to say i've been loitering but trying to act all cool about this month so not been posting! ;-)
Congratulations to the new BFP's.
I'm due AF sometime over the next 2 days and my "cool" mask has totally slipped! Will let you know...
My cousin had a little baby boy today and made me feel all happy/sentimental/sad/don't even know...
Guess it's last chance saloon on the Sept bus for the next 3 days....

Writerwannabe83 · 27/09/2013 19:20

Thank you everyone for your support - you are all such lovely women and I feel awful for venting on this thread. This bus is all about the excitement and desire to get pregnant and my post really wasn't appropriate, I shouldn't be getting upset at how miserable on I feel when I know how lucky I am. So I genuinely apologise if I have upset or offended anyone.

So...I'm putting the smile back on my face and getting back into the spirit of his thread and waiting very impatiently for all your BFPs to come rolling in Smile x x

Missvaughan85 · 27/09/2013 19:19

Hi girls, I'm jumping in again, I apologise If I'm not allowed, I've just been reading your posts and you all have been through some tough times and have a wealth of experience. I had daughter at 22, just bought first house with husband and so didn't expect to be pregnant so I've never really watched periods until now, have been trying to concieve for 3 months, just getting into the swing if opk's, I'm now 2/3 days late, I have occasional ache in my boobs, bloated stomach for 2 weeks now but no other signs of af coming, I've had 2 bfn's one this morning and one yesterday. Do you think I'm clutching at straws thinking I'm still in with a chance if being pregnant??? I've used 2 tesco pregnancy tests, thank you for any advice. It's greatly appreciated!! X x

GillyBillyWilly · 27/09/2013 19:12

In other news i am so sorry to hear what you're going through writer. Please know that we're all here for you and I'm thinking of you! Thanks

GillyBillyWilly · 27/09/2013 19:11

International you are nice to everyone and I'm not saying you're not a lovely person but I have to agree with purple.

The stuff you post is totally unnecessary to the point I feel I have to ignore it else I will just say something rude!

The majority of us are married or in long term serious relationships and desperate to conceive.
SOME people have fertility issues, low libidos, are with men with stamina issues... All sorts...!

You are endlessly shagging someone who has NO IDEA that you are ttc and that in itself is WRONG in my opinion. But the worst part is hearing all about your manic sex life every day which quite frankly no one wants to know about!

Purple said she's 40... She's gets it... She was young once but actually age is nothing to do with it. I'm 27 and I find your posts simply TOO MUCH and also just totally cringeworthy and weird.

lucyfluff · 27/09/2013 19:06

Well said purple!!!! There is definatly a time and place to say things!!!

@ writer - I have had two bleeds with second/third pregnancies, one bright red blood. Checked at epu and fine in both cases. I hope you are ok and resting up :)

impatientlywaiting · 27/09/2013 18:54

Hi Everyone,
I got my BFP in the August bus, and I'm 9 weeks today.

Just checking in to see the recent BFPs.

Writer so sorry to hear what you're going through. Try to rest and stay positive. I'm sure at your stage statistics are on your side and it's very rare that things go wrong after the golden 12 weeks.

Cheesy so so pleased for you, we miscarried at about the same time, at about the same stage too. I was hoping we both wouldn't have to wait too long for a BFP and over the moon that you have one now.

Good luck to everyone still testing.

Choccywoccydodah · 27/09/2013 18:48

What purple said Smile

m33r · 27/09/2013 18:37

If we're doing anecdotes for writer... If they help... And if they don't writer, please ignore. Sis in law had a similar nightmare and now has the most cheerful, cutest (bias??), already walking 11month old son. Went two weeks over term too! Good vibes your way x

PurpleGeekyGirl · 27/09/2013 18:35

I think the issue international is your need to shove in our face, in every post, your totally amazing and utterly insatiable sex life. I'm nearly 40. I get it. I was young once too. But I don't need to come on to a ttc forum and read about someone trying to show off their frankly ridiculous sex life to compensate for not having a stable and loving relationship with a partner with all the gory graphic detail you like to include. There are many other suitable forums on t'internet for you to do that. Start a blog. Set up a YouTube channel. It's not appropriate for a ttc bus imho. I feel sorry for you tbh.

I wish you all the best in your ttc journey, however I do wish you would be honest with your sperm donor. It's not fair on him and it's not fair on any child you may or may not conceive. And it does make me question how much of what else you tell us is also true.

Sorry if the above hurts or offends but I've been sitting on my hands for long enough. I'll go back to just ignoring your posts again if that's easier.

Sparrowlegs248 · 27/09/2013 18:33

Sorry you are having a bad time writer do take it easy with the cat and i do hope all remains well with you. Anecdotes are probably useless but heres one for you - friend became pregnant after two cycles and was so excited she told everyone immediately. Even got her bfp at work! She had bleeding at about 7 weeks. Went home and had a few days off. It stopped. Baby fine so far and due in a fortnight!! Really good luck to you. X

Choccywoccydodah · 27/09/2013 18:17

Enjoy your night mama. All good ta, coming up to ov hopefully this weekend Smile

mama31 · 27/09/2013 18:08

Thanks choccy!! I still feel preggers despite the bfns lol still clinging to the side of the bus with optimism!!!

How you keeping choccy???

Off out on my date, best not drink too much since I'm convinced I'm preggers.....what a loser right?? Lol
