gilly spirael got a bfp a day or two ago! (If my memory is correct) :)

I always thought i would have a son, so ds was no surprise.

I would like ds to have a brother, but I would also like to experience parenting a girl, so it is a win win whatever the gender is.

Writer I'm the same I only have a vague idea of when IOVd as the day I thought I had OVd I had negative OPKs and with a 26 day cycle I could be either 7 or 9 DPO maybe more. But yeah the snotty nose is really random aha and all the other things I've had throughout the week I put down to a UTI because (TMI!) It kinda stung abit every time I went to the bathroom (which was every 20 minutes or so) but that stopped the day after, the frequent trips to the loo haven't though ha. Curious and curiouser lol

My DH would love to have a girl as well but my family is all boys so I think everyone just wants a girl!! Lol

Writer my friend keeps referring to her bump as "he" she's due in a few wks so It will be interesting to see if she was right!

I was convinced I was having a girl first time round, everyone I spoke to also convinced me.....it was such a shock to me and everyone when I had a boy...but it was a really lovely surprise! I wouldn't change it he is an absolute gem!!

Vjones do you think it could be implantation bleeding?

I'm off on hols tomorrow so prob won't be able to update, taking a test with me but I really don't think this is my month :( I have no symptoms at all, did a first response yesterday (just because I was hoping to find out of I could leave the tampons at home) however it was negative, I have no idea when I'm due though as my cycles are totally mixed up, I guessed 24/25 but who knows! Just have to wait & see!

Writer I was convinced absolutely convinced dd was a boy! I was stunned when they said "it's a girl"! Likewise, I'm convinced this one is a boy too!

My husband really wants a boy (he is very sports mad) but I would be happy with either but for some reason I'm sure I'm having a girl

Needless to say, he's convinced it's one sex and I'm convinced it's the other

Obviously we will be happy with whatever we have, and I can't wait to find out, but I think every woman must have some kind of niggle (despite there being nothing scientific to base it on) as to what she thinks she's having???

As weird as it is though, even though I think I'm going to have a girl I refer to the baby as a 'he' whenever I mention it

Sorry vjones I'm similar to writer, had bfn until about 12dpo, left a couple of days of testing and got bfp about 14dpo. Good luck!

Ladies just being curious....I know you all just want a healthy baby....but if you could choose (I know you can't) would you like a baby boy or girl???

As I already have a boy, I'd obviously love to have a little girl to complete my family, but would def not be disapointed to have another boy as boys are amazing :) a little girl would just be a nice new experience tho :)

Morning Neurotic!!

I have been snotty or blocked up (nose wise, lol) for about 7 weeks now. Since my BFP I have forgotten what a 'normal' nose feels like

The first thing that made me think "Could I be?" was that I suddenly started needing to wee all the time. I felt like I was always in and out of the bathroom This started happening from about 8dpo.

I still didn't get my BFP until about 13-15dpo though. I give this vague date as I don't actually know the exact date that I had ovulated. But basically, I got my BFP the late afternoon of the day before my period was due.

Morning all, how is everyone?

Still got cramping on one side and getting a bit concerned now. Yesterday I was overly snotty (as lovely as that is to share!) But no cold to speak of, still snotty today. Migraine/headache is gone and hopefully stays that way, the spotting stopped after 2 and a half days, still need to run to the loo a lot more than usual and nausea is now causing appetite issues, gah. Not sure if early symptoms of AF or just psychological PG symptoms. I'm 7-9 DPO and so far resisted the urge to POAS (because that worked out so well with the OPKs lol) Oh well guess time will tell

Gilly I'm TTC #1 cycle #1 2WW over next Saturday (28th) which is when I shall POAS

Morning ladies. Well I'm feeling slightly fragile after my night out so any nausea, tiredness or other can not be deemed as a 5dpo symptom as it is simply a slight hangover :/ that will def do me for a while (9months even...) Can't keep up anymore I'm a bit of a lightweight, feet are killing from my heels and I was happy to get home in to my pjs!!

gilly I got my bfp yesterday :) n33r that was exactly the same as me! The sore bruised feeling boobs came towards the end of he two weeks. Fx for you!
