Well I thought I'd get the ball rolling and start up the October bus, there's plenty of Cake and Wine on board and extra comfy seats for relaxing into those BFP's

Hi flame, there are some concerns reported by Dr Google, there was a report which suggests they can reduce count by 50% and affect morphology and motility. I hope it's not the case but I think OH would be more at ease with spermies being rubbish for reasons other than just him. Who knows but we'll talk properly at the weekend when I'm back home.

Hi wineandchoccy love the name btw :)

Given you only came off the pill in June see these last 2 months as body and organ preparation for conception. How long was your cycle before the pill... can you even remember?

I take a daily pregnacare pill now as a supplement and just look at it as prep for a healthy pregnancy. Im trying not to be too desperate about it even though all around me I see babies and pregnant mums to be.

I dont even know if I actually ovulate every cycle!! So I am resigned to expect things to happen later rather than sooner.

Got to stay positive and keep looking after my body so im in great health before pregnancy :)

Hi kemie so glad you talked about it and even more so that he was so willing to tackle it. My oh hates anything medical especially our gp!!! Cant blame him really... Long story.

We have set a personal target that if we havent conceived after 6 months we will seek tests from a clinic if poss...given our ages.

Did you find anything via google?

Hi funky, I also get spotting, was on 50 B6 which did nothing, then last cycle upped it to 100, the only difference I noticed was really sore boobs for a week and a half (not good with symptom spotting) have gone back to 50 now and if it doesn't make a difference by time I've finished the pot I'll not be bothering with any more, hope you get more success with it.

Oops, I got mixed up. I'm cycle 11 not 12. Not that it feels much better!

I envy those of you with pms! At least you know you have raging hormones! I have absolutely zero af symtoms. After all my research I think I have low progesterone (pre-period spotting, shortish luteal phase, ridiculously light periods) and started taking B6 last cycle (50mg throughout). This made one day less spotting and 1 day longer luteal phase!

I'm at the tag teaming stage: ibuprofen then two hours later paracetamol then two hours later ibuprofen etc. ridiculous .
Fortunately DH was able to pick me up from work.

english I have to arm myself with many ibuprofen plus pills during AF, sleeping with hotwater bottle (well microwaveable equivalent) hope the pain passes quickly for you

Btw, I broached the subject of a/d's and effects over the phone with OH, suggested googling it. He took it surprisingly well and said that at least we had an excuse to visit the dr. to discuss things.

Really, really hope I get pregnant in October - not sure I can take many more non-pill controlled periods I was nearly crying at work I was in so much pain Confused

TTC #1, cycle number 2.

AF not very regular since finishing the pill in June and I am out of the country for 7 days at the end of the month without DH, so I bet that's when I ovulate.

Another 34 year old here. AF just booted me off the September bus and due to being off the pill (obv) I'm in a lot of pain! Anyway, enough self-pitying here. It was only the second time of trying, I'm just a little sick of this monthly agony!
