Well I thought I'd get the ball rolling and start up the October bus, there's plenty of Cake and Wine on board and extra comfy seats for relaxing into those BFP's

Snowlet Congratulations! Hurray for the first BFP :)

mrswalsh77 · 29/09/2013 23:15

Congratulations Snowlet! Smile
I'm symptom spotting..... 3 dpo and I've come out in a crop of sore large spots on my chin and a couple on my cheeks..... Anyone else experienced this?! I've not had a break out like this in a long time!

jaykay987 · 29/09/2013 23:00

Congratulations! Hope this is the first of many!

mama31 · 29/09/2013 22:57

Congrats snowlet!!! Great start for the bus!! :) may it continue......

CleverOl10 · 29/09/2013 22:56

Wow that is exciting. FX for you snowlet.

Snowlet · 29/09/2013 22:49

Erm.... So I was v.v.bad and tested two days early but there it was, a very faint BFP! I almost don't believe it yet so DEFO testing tomoz and Tuesday too but holy hell!

Also the fear of m/c or CP is always always there so feeling super cautious but OMG guys, pretty excited too.... sorry if I'm kinda on the wrong bus now! But my official day is still 1st October! x

cottonwool4brains · 29/09/2013 22:34

Cottonwool4brains TTC #2 cycle 7 bfp 19th October.

mama31 · 29/09/2013 22:30

Can I reserve a seat at the back (sobs)....af is making a gradual approach, expecting full flow tomorrow so just in the process of stepping off sept bus :( but so happy for the ladies on sept who got their bfps!!!

Mama31 TTC #2 cycle 4 BFP 27th October

Ps I read back a few pages....good job science! Men are fickle lol

I must say DH was devastated with no bfp in sept :( hope this bus is the one ;)

Liquidambar · 29/09/2013 21:40

science you made me laugh! Don't worry about turning into a "crazy lady". It's all for a good cause Wink

ScienceGeekGirl · 29/09/2013 21:36

Dunno it's on his kindle. But if I had to guess it'll be a Dresden files book as he seems to be addicted to them.

CleverOl10 · 29/09/2013 21:27

What IS this book?! ;)

wispaxmas · 29/09/2013 21:15

Hah, science, you're awesome. Hopefully it's this exact time that gets you a bfp!

ScienceGeekGirl · 29/09/2013 21:15

P.S hubby has gone back to his book so effects only temporary.

ScienceGeekGirl · 29/09/2013 21:13

Not sure I've been congratulated on seducing my hubby before but kinda like it. This ttc business is turning my into a crazy lady isn't it?

jessieagain · 29/09/2013 21:01

Grin well done science

Choccywoccydodah · 29/09/2013 20:51

Science, you go girl!

jessieagain · 29/09/2013 20:48

We start tomorrow, af pretty much finished today on cycle day 7. Looking forward to it, the plan is to dtd every 2nd day and to start using the opks tomorrow at 7pm.

Last month we were fairly successful with the every 2nd day plan, just started to skip days during the 2ww. Also I'm not breastfeeding at all anymore so hopefully this makes a difference as well. :)

CleverOl10 · 29/09/2013 20:47

Ha ha Science - made me smile! I think that works for all men, good book or not!! Well done!

ScienceGeekGirl · 29/09/2013 20:41

Just a quick update, perhaps over sharing but turns out a sexy outfit does work to make DH put down his book lol yay!

jessieagain · 29/09/2013 20:38

Grin notta lol your dh sounds like my dp. He managed to reach his 30s still believing that every time you had unprotected sex you would get pregnant! Confused

Sparrowlegs248 · 29/09/2013 20:28

choccy honestly. I despair.

Not used opk's yet. On C4 and will give it anpther couple of months. Think i may ov earlier than my app suggests. I have a short 25 day cycle so thinking to dtd every other days from CD 5 - 15. That should cover it?

Choccywoccydodah · 29/09/2013 20:25

Nottalotta lmao! Hope his errr knob works soon Wink ha ha!

Anyone else using one step ov tests (Internet cheapies)? I've now totally run out of my others, but out of interest did one of each at the same time. No second line on the one step, but on my other one I had a very clear dark, but not quite positive second line.

ExactlyWhat · 29/09/2013 20:25

Hello everyone,

AF finally finished, so can get on and start dtd now - hooray! Cycle 2 for me; kind of (optimistically) thought I would conceive last month, was at a wedding yesterday and was thinking previously that (if i was pg) I wouldn't have been able to drink. Well, certainly made up for the fact that I would be ok drinking! Bit fragile today!

I haven't used the opk things - I'm going to try again to not use them this month as think otherwise I would be totally consumed by the whole ttc thing - even more than I already am!

Not due til 27th Oct so will be here a while... Hope everyone has a successful month

Sparrowlegs248 · 29/09/2013 20:21

Hello all, i'm afraid i haven't caught up on the last 8 or so pages.....

Well, round 4 for me. Am 36 now so really hopibg to crack on this month.

Said to totally clueless DH earlier 'anyway, we need to have a chat' he replied 'are you preggers' errrr, no.....(he earlier made reference to it being ladies week....)

So... 'errr no, just had a period' him 'well i don't know how it works!!'

Dear god. Is there any hope? So the conversation went on....

'I think my knob isn't working'
Me....'what?!?'

DH 'well i've been banging it in hard enough!' (so sorry tmi...)

Me 'well not often enough!!'

So the plan to prove his knob works... is to dtd often enough!

And maybe give him a biology lesson...

Choccywoccydodah · 29/09/2013 19:24

Science, burn his frikkin book Wink. No seriously, can you go get dressed up in some sexy lingerie, and put him in the mood?
