Woohoo flashing Grin and cd8 so a normal cycle hopefully. Will be pouncing on dp when I get back from my first day at work. Bit nervous about that (work, not dtd Wink).

Notta sadly I can still eat that many. It's baaaaad!!

Sparrowlegs248 · 09/09/2013 06:35

Goodluck misty i think i am due to ov thurs or fri. Managed to dtd yestetday and will try again today and will try another twice but not sure if we will fit it in!!

Sparrowlegs248 · 09/09/2013 06:32

You are right of course geekgirl .....you see so many people obsessing about when to test, then getting lots of bfn its quite sad. Of course i show no such craziness!! Oh no not me!! Grin

purple seriously. I am in awe of your cream egg eating skills.

englishteacher78 · 09/09/2013 05:48

My trainer knows I'm TTC and has done loads of research into the current thinking. Which is relatively sensible. Stick to perceived effort of between 6-8 (so no sprint training!), reduce weights, but you can do more reps so getting the same benefit. And adapted ab work. Oh and nothing that might damage bump. So no bench presses in case the bar falls on me! So really, in terms of my training pregnancy is going to be awesome! Grin

Mistyautumn · 08/09/2013 21:38

Well looking at OPK think I ov'd yesterday. Managed to DTD fri night and this afternoon. Was hoping for a bit more but poor DH has had a bit of performance anxiety. Hoping it will be enough. 2ww I am now in your clutches. Please be gentle xx

ScienceGeekGirl · 08/09/2013 21:34

Early is definitely better but 9 month late is far better notta

PurpleGeekyGirl · 08/09/2013 21:19

Notta it was insane. Ds loves creme eggs now too lol. It balanced with cravings for mango and OJ too.

Sparrowlegs248 · 08/09/2013 21:05

purple 12 creme eggs??? Seriously? This scares me. I am abit yoyo weight wise, all or nothing with diet. Really worried i will get super hungry and EAT! If i get preggo.

Sparrowlegs248 · 08/09/2013 21:03

Ah sorry sciencegeekgirl but i think that if e are not going to get a bfp its better for af to show up early. Saves a lot of wondering and testing. Better luck next time!!

Not doing too well on the sept bus are we?

PurpleGeekyGirl · 08/09/2013 21:03

Hugs science sorry af got you Hmm

ScienceGeekGirl · 08/09/2013 20:59

Well AF got me this morning two days early. On to cycle 7 I guess then. See some of you (hopefully not too many) later this month on my birthday (October)bus. A BFP finally on my birthday would be lovely but think I'm on the long haul so shan't get my hopes up.

PurpleGeekyGirl · 08/09/2013 20:55

I put on four stone (had serious cravings for creme eggs, could easily eat 12 in one go!!) but it didn't really show according to other people. And I lost it all afterwards, don't worry too much about it!

VJONES1985 · 08/09/2013 20:38

As a diabetic, I'm likely to have a big baby so I've gotta accept massive-ness, I think :(

Sparrowlegs248 · 08/09/2013 20:36

Avoid ab crunches???!!! Nooooo!! Surely these help your tummy muscles hold everything in?

I have a real worry that i will be mahoosive. My mum was with her three pregnancys and my sister wa with her two. Mum was full of how fantastic it was whereas sister was sick and tired.

onefunkymama · 08/09/2013 20:36

Yes I figured abs might have to be missed,

PurpleGeekyGirl · 08/09/2013 20:23

I was v fit when pg with ds 11 years ago. All the advice I read/was given was keep up with what you're used to but don't start anything new that's hard or you're not used to it and avoid ab crunches. I wish I was that fit now, am 2 stone heavier and a lot older Shock

Choccywoccydodah · 08/09/2013 20:21

Well done English! Wolf run by chance?
I can't even walk to the end of the bloody road, so unfit considering I used to do athletics and was the fastest girl in warwickshire at one point for 100m Grin
I'm not fat or overweight, just very unfit and we've just ordered a Chinese Smile

onefunkymama · 08/09/2013 20:15

I have a gym induction tomorrow and a new pilates class this week. Was pretty good about exercisie until a year ago when we moved. I didn't do much exercise during pregancies 1 and 2 though. Has anyone else been a gym goer during preg, is it a bad idea?

leezl · 08/09/2013 19:43

Well done English!!!

englishteacher78 · 08/09/2013 19:29

Exactly my point really, none of us are too rubbish. Even if you come last you're beating everyone sat at home! Wink

VJONES1985 · 08/09/2013 19:10

How can you be too rubbish for races if you're capable of running 26 miles??

englishteacher78 · 08/09/2013 19:08

Thanks both. I've been running properly about a year and a half, did London Marathon this year and still think I'm too rubbish to do races. DH makes me man up and do it! It's a great exercise even when pregnant as you set the pace yourself. And, apparently, makes for a happier pregnancy and delivery. (Not that I've been reading up on exercise through pregnancy or anything....)

VJONES1985 · 08/09/2013 18:58

Well done english! I am a runner as well (three times a week with a friend) but have yet to build up the confidence to race :-(

PurpleGeekyGirl · 08/09/2013 18:56

Woohoo well done English GrinGrin fx af stays away too.

englishteacher78 · 08/09/2013 18:40

Wow! I leave you lot alone for a few hours to run 10km and there's loads to catch up on. I'm pretty sure I'll be leaving the bus in a couple of days but you never know.
Got a PB in the race and another medal Grin
