Did everyone get introduced to the dildo cam on their first FC appointment? Be nice to know what to expect as their letter told me nothing!

bunny if you end up having iui you have to have a dildocam on day 2!!! It was absolutely fine though!

Ah right, I may have been exaggerating. Like 0.6 or 0.7 higher but that's looks like a really sharp spike up on the chart.

Sounds like it is normal though. Sorry to be a drama llama!!

yorkie in hindsight of my own problems I think you're totally doing the right thing. If I'd have done that when I had clomid, they'd have realised in January that clomid was pointless in me and that I really needed menopur injections.

rp what's 'weirdly' high? Mine definitely zoom up to the top of my chart but they don't rise by more than 0.5 degrees C I don't think.

I survived my day at work. As seems to be the case, there's always someone who hears your story and can empathise. One of our TAs took 7 years to get pg, it eventually happened with IVF paid for by her Grandma . I talked to her and it helped. I struggled when the bumped woman had a meeting in the same room as me and had to leave the room before I started wailing rather than just the discreet tears pouring down my face that they couldn't see while I was at the computer and just at that moment my TA came to ask me a question and just gave me a big hug.
Bumped woman was lovely, she'd come up earlier and just gave me a big hug then left again without saying anything. I think she understands how hard it will be for me to see her.

And now I'm home with a massive pile of work to do before tomorrow/Monday. Right back into the swing of things....

Feeling exhausted but glad I did it, I'm not dreading the first day back now.

Bunny I didn't think AF mattered for the dildocam? I'm pretty sure my first one was during AF (and there was plenty of blood swimming around for my last one )
You might not get AF anyway.....

RP yes your temps should be higher after OV. How much higher are we talking? Everyone's different but in general mine are 0.5-0.7 degrees up post OV.

Just zooming onto thread with a quick Q, if no one minds: after OV are you normally getting higher BBTs until your period comes?

With the help of Fertility Friend (thanks so much for the reccies on that) I can see I OV later in the month than I thought. But ever since OV my temps have been weirdly high. Is that usual?

Well I've managed to get a private fc for this Monday. It's going to cost but at least I can voice my concerns over the clomid and get a monitored cycle done. sid thanks for the recommendation but we decided it was a bit too far for us to travel but we decide to do your suggestion of going to a clinic that we were looking at for possible ivf in the future. Anyway, my aim is to be less confused come Monday lunchtime! I now have to try and get hold off copies of all the results from both the doctors and the hospital which is proving very difficult as anticipated! Joy!

Barking hope all goes well at work today but please go back home if you feel you're not up for it at any point

Poor boodle and barking for your suffering. The pain really is not fair. barking you take it very easy at work if you go lady. I understand that it's good to get that going back moment out of the way but you need to look after yourself so go steady.
