The September BFP bus, second thread and not even September yet

I can't see who asked - and I have a memory like a sieve at the best of times - however the test I used was one of theses www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B007GZR6FO/ref=oh_details_o02_s00_i00?ie=UTF8&psc=1
I don't have a set cycle length from my most recent cycle but going backwards my last six cycles have been 25, 27, 26, 25, 28, 27 so an average length of about 26, which would make today CD 26.

bushprincess - it's my favourite gin too. I found a gin drinking tour in London, that I really fancy the look of, but if I am pregnant that may have to wait a while (I'm ignoring the fact it would also cost a bomb to get there and back as I live up near Glasgow)

Can someone update my stats please.
I've punched in my details to FF and apparently I will ov tomorrow due to opk result and my cervix is now out of reach. It's changed my cycle to 31 days, therefore BFP due 20th sept.

Onelife, I usually do my opk in the evening around 8pm. I've only done it this morning due to having a faint line last night after no line the previous days, and when I've read online about that some people have said test twice a day if that happens as you may miss your 12 hour positive window x

Hendricks (my favorite Gin btw ) sounds like a potential bfp!!! whoop! Let us know if it's darker tomorrow!

notta mydays and the okps tied in for me - I wasn't using a digital and actually only used 2 on the 1st and 2nd day of my fertile period that mydays predicted (on a 25 day cycle - but not yet regular due to recently coming off the pill) and it looked like they agreed so we jumped to it... good luck with whichever strategy you plan on (I'd planned to hold off the opks for a few more cycles, but as I had them in the house they were calling to me!!)

onelife, you'd be better off using the OPK in the afternoon, as apparently the LH surge starts int he morning and won't be in your urine yet.

And I just wanted to say that gross as it is, I'm stupidly excited at having spotted EWCM today.. on CD 9, about 4 days earlier than I would have expected. Which makes me wonder if I have a longer LP than normal and that is why we've not gotten pg yet. Ahh well, only time (and OPKs and temps) will tell.

Can someone change my stats to ttc#2, cycle 3, bfp 27/9? I am technically challenged :/ lol

The CB Digi Ov tests are £28 at Ocado at the moment, PurpleGeekyGirl. If you don't use Ocado, you could sign up and get a big shop (or a lot of tests!) delivered at the same time, with whatever discount they're currently offering for being a first time customer?

Assuming my cycle is the same as last month then I begin the 2WW today... Though I might pounce DH another couple of times over the next few days, just in case my cycle is on the longer side this time around!

I have a test sat on the window ledge in the bathroom, all ready to torment me for the next fortnight.

Has anyone seen anywhere cheap to buy a new Clearblue Advanced Digital Ovulation Test with 20 Sticks? I got my last one from amazon and it cost £21.59 but it's now shot up in price to nearly £40!!! I never got a positive with the cheapy ones only with this one and given how erratic my cycle is don't think I can trust just cm alone.

Oops didn't see your second post wispa - tbh we haven't really been dtd an awful lot so - which after all is kind of essential!! So i plan to dtd as much as poss over the next 10 days and see what happens. I suppose having a shorter cycle means less chance of missing the right time?

Saying that, that was my plan last month but what with one thing or another we managed about 6 times all month!
