I'm moving to the back of the bus as af got me this morning. So now I'll be due a bfp on the 28th sept. Good luck to those still to test

I feel your pain killa, it sucks! I have a clock over my head too, and very sporadic dtd opportunity! :( I'm using Fertility Friend as an app, what are you using? Also thinking of getting some Ov sticks for our next cycle; it all helps, right?! ;)

I'm already counting myself out this month and trying not to get cross with DH only managed to DTD twice in fertile window, once at very beginning and once at very end. I'm only using app on phone to guess when ov happens so might buy sticks for next month. DH was too stressed with work to DTD mid week....need my cycle to change so I'm ovulating at the weekend then we'd be fine.

It's so frustrating knowing I've now got about three weeks before we can try again....tick tock tick tock feels like I have a huge clock over my head and time is running out

So no sign of AF (due yesterday) but POAS 7 times in the past week and no luck! Guess its the waiting game

I'm so tired today. Couldn't get back to sleep after waking up from a really vivid and scary dream (I'm back to school today so I think that would explain it) so now I'm going to be really tired for first day back!

Justhayley - that makes sense to me (but I hoard unchecked lottery tickets in my purse for ages as if I haven't checked them "I still might have won!) At least if you wait il Tomorrow your test will hopefully give you a nice clear positive! FX!

Vivkyvix - I had really sharp painful stabbing pains. Initially in my back low down on left hand side. They've - now moved round the front and are really low. Painful! Definitely nothing I normally get. Not constant. Just three/four stabbing episodes a day.

I've no idea what it is. I (think) Im too early in my cycle for this to be anything. But my cycle is not making sense to me this month. So I am currently in limbo! My temps are up and down which keeps confusing FF. I've had my +ve opks but no sustained temp rise yet. Lots of "normal" ov pain (in addition to stabbing pains) but all prolonged longer than normal. Sleeping really disrupted this week - I am regularly wide awake at 3/4am! I feel so energetic I want to get up and start cleaning or something! Very unlike me! I don't always sleep well, but that always issues getting to sleep - never waking super early. So not sure what impact this is having on my temps - other than making them erratic!

Anyway - who has more exciting news to share this morning?

Vicky with my DS I had really low shooting pains, they gradually got worse to the point I was sitting on the loo in tears at 3am - after 2 weeks I went to the GP only to find out I was pregnant hopefully your pains will turn out the same! (a baby not horribly painful lol).

Well done of the weight loss misty. Just a little advice be careful about losing more than 1-2lbs a week, when you lose more that that quickly without exercise your likely to be losing water and muscle rather than just body fat. I managed a fitness and weight loss centre for 6 years (Curves) & worked with 100s of women a day trying to lose weight. If you can get your body fat % monitored as well as scales weight it's a lot more realistic. SW is brilliant for loosing weight, & gives people a great start, however it's the 2nd most common diet that when you stop you end up putting more on than you lost if done without exercise. (worst culprit is lighter life) It's kind of notorious for it. I don't work for Curves anymore so not trying to sell it to you, but if you have one close to you I would highly recommend it. Sorry reverted into old work mode lol. I know doing it slowly seems silly If you can do it fast but in the long run your more likely to keep the weight off if done slowly. Good luck with it xxx

So today iv had a dull period type ache all day and felt a little sick. If I didn't no better I'd say AF was on the way However I posted a pic of the test I took Friday on my previous MN antenatal Facebook page and everyone seems to think it's a positive. Iv been at my mums this weekend don't think I'll be home till Tuesday. Don't no why but don't want to POAS here, would rather do it in my own home. The am I arnt I is actually killing me. Part of me thinks I must be pregnant, but the more sensible side is saying no, not with an 83 day last cycle, no idea when I ovulated, possible PCoS and breastfeeding a toddler. Wanted it for so long think a part of me is almost frightened to believe i got a BFP encase I do another test and it's gone - does that make sense or am I a bit crazy?

Sounds good Kemie glad you enjoyed it.I know its so hard not to obsess, since starting ttc I think about it all the time, I'm going to try to be a bit more relaxed this cycle and see if that helps. Famous last words!

Hi Purple, Mama - your spotting sounds really promising! I'm spotting much less today, feeling hopeful but also don't want to be too hopeful. I'm the same as you Purple, due AF/BFP on Fri 6. Want to try and hold out to test until then but might cave on Weds.

On the symptoms front I've started getting short sharp shooting pains down low this evening (anyone else had that?) and the odd twinge, no idea what it is, probably AF kicking into action for Wednesday /Thursday but feels odd :/

Yep mama same here. If af is fri that's a 21 day cycle for me as it is so to be spotting fri and sun is v strange.

I know the feeling purple!!! I have some cheapies so might do those tue/wed if af isn't in full flow by then but my af isn't due til nxt sun/mon! So this is pretty early if it is af :/

Af is due on fri according to when I ovd. Might test tues but am now convinced I am not so not sure I want to waste a test... Fx for you both.

Going to wait until a couple of weeks overdue before testing this time (assuming AF doesn't show up) got disappointed last time after 4 BFPs then loss 4 days later, better not to know too soon. Trying not to calendar watch on 2WW now
