Ah sorry to hear that VJONES - onwards to next month! I think i will be joining you on the september bus the way i am feeling today although will be slightly worried if af puts in an appearance today as it will mean a 22 day cycle!

Af got me and I'm gutted.

Does anyone find they are veering between obsessed and not? I think i'm lucky in that thismonth at least i have kind of 'forgotten' about it since my fertile week but now af is due in a few days i'm back to bordering on crazy......

Congratulations to all those with BFP's!! And commiderations to those got by AF. There seems to have been a LOT of sucess on the August bus! I fear i am heading over to september though. AF due on 30th and had decided i was going to try to hold off testing til then. I say due on the 30th, it will only be my 3rd since coming off depo provera so hard to know but if it is the same as my last cycle - a mere 25 days, then that when shes due.

However, just been too loo and pale pinky 'wipe' so maybe shes coming even earlier. Achey hips too. Boo.

To get bold you use * around the word. Hope that helps

Wispa. So gutted for you (and sorry not to reply sooner; missed this post during the day) but I think you're right to move to opks. They gave me a sense of being back in control which really helps.

I'm now on cd 39 (aware it's only 5am) and hoping that my cycle hasn't gone up by another day as has happened every other month and that I'm actually pregnant this time. That would need to mean that the morrisons hpt on sat was false neg. which still seems unlikely.

Lying awake not helping and probably going to be disappointed but you never know...

Sorry to hear that Wispa. I do think opks are the way to go, they've certainly brought some sanity to me in my crazy neverending cycle.

Don't worry about the age thing, I'm 33 (1st time ttc) and I'm sure there are lots of other 30-somethings on this bus!

I hung on as long as I could, but just seen some spotting, and my ever regular AF is due tomorrow morning, so that's me out this month. I ordered a bunch of IC opks for September, though, and I'm taking control of this thing this time. Enough of this loosey goosey 'let's see what happens' shit.

I'm a bit gutted this probably means I won't be having a baby before I'm 30, but oh well!

ah yay!!!!! Congratulations Writerwannabe, we will have to keep in touch as our babies will be due roughly the same time! Sooooooo pleased for you, there is defo something in this ovulation stick thing, I think the nice thing is they can not only detect it before a pregnancy test but your expecting a negative result so close to your af anyway you don't feel disappointed.

I had a wee on an OPK stick purely because I was intrigued as to how they worked Coincidentally it was the day my period was due so I couldn't understand why I got a REALLY strong positive line!! I got really confused as to why I was ovulating around my period time and a wise MN told me that it can indicate pregnancy!! So I took 3 pregnancy tests and got 3 BFP's

I don't use opks at the moment. And I've just been out to the shops & they have none.. And both chemists shut! I think I'm just going to wait now until my appointment on weds morning as I'm sure I'll find out then

At one point I thought I saw the merest hint of a line but I'm not sure, if it is super faint though it probably won't appear in the photo but that doesn't mean it's not on the actual test. Do you have any spare opks you can use until you get more pg tests? if not get down to the shop and buy some for tomorrow!

Army couldn't get link to work but found 35438 on the site. Not sure I can see it but im on my phone so may not be clear. Also not used that type of test so not quite sure where im looking. If you see a line tho then im sure its there, photos aren't as good as the real thing.
