I know, it's mean when she keeps you waiting, just seems extra cruel, if it's not your month I'd rather she just showed up and put us out of our misery. I also LOVE hearing about bfps on here, helps give us hope when you know others have had similar issues or been trying for ages and then they finally get it, so lovely! Hurry Nikki's hubby!!

Awww not dont be silly it very exciting when ppl are in there 2ww I get very excited over seeing strangers pregnant hehe it just the most amazing thing us women can do... Fingers crossed things work fast for you as longer you try more stressful and upsetting it get month after month when the witch arrives worse when I first got my latest as think it was 45 days but she turned up I was gutted really thought I may have had it that month. Just can't wait until he is home to keep trying and I will update soon as I know more :)

Hope your appointment at the doctors goes well tmrw and they consider the clomid for you, fx for you, let us know how you get on. I know exactly what you mean about worrying about can we even get pregnant, i've never been pregnant before and as much as the rational part of me knows we just have to be patient and give these things chance, there's always that niggle of an almighty fear that we may not be able to have children. But I def can't go there yet, that is def worst case scenario and we're right at the beginning of all this so all we can do now is our best...and hope!

Well my dp has been working away this last 2 weeks he only back 2nd week of October so nothing for me this month sadly :(
I'm at my doctors tomorrow for the results of my scan even though lady told me everything looks fine so hoping thymes might put me on clomid to help me ovulate as I have irregualr periods so I don't think I ovulate every month and never know when I do if I do but we will see, and yes it is very stressful indeed, more stressful because I have never been pregnant before so I don't know if I can but it not coming easy if I can that's for sure!!

Thanks NikkiLouise How are you getting on? Where are you in your cycle? I'm not sure which bit is harder, the gutting realisation af has arrived, the wait for it to pee off, the fun/stress of trying to dtd as much as possible, the waiting and the waiting and the waiting and the waiting during the 2ww, or these few days prior to testing, all of it is difficult/exciting/stressful/hopeful/tedious/fun in equal measures, I was not prepared for how much of a rollercoaster ttc would be!

Finger crossed the witch don't turn up and you get your BFP :)

Sorry I've been keeping a bit of a low profile, I've managed to claw my way through the 2ww, this one has by far seemed the longest! I thought not coming on MN might make me forget about it for a bit yeah right like that's ever going to happen but i'm still only at the dizzy heights of 10dpo and don't want to poas until Thurs if af let's me, she's due either tmrw or Tues so want to see if she's late first.

Feeling usual af cramps last night and today so not feeling confident, but know people say they still got those with a bfp so trying to stay positive! Next few days I'll know one way or the other I suppose.

Given advice on here I'm going to get a thermometer to track BBT as well as POAS. But which thermometer do you use? Ear? Mouth? Any recommendations or ones to avoid?!

I have finished the clomid but as a guess I would say I haven't Ovulated yet, no signs anyway but we are DTD every other day.

Have only skimmed through latest posts but agree the CB digi OPKs are the simplest to use.

News from my sun lounger (sorry) is that we only have a few days of hol left and I'm still getting negative OPKs and am currently on cd17! Think project holiday baby will turn into project just got back from holiday baby.

Thought I would ov earlier this month, last month was cd22 but it looks like that may just be the way I roll! We've practised a lot though :)

Suppose I need to stop stressing and just see what happens next week because right now my dp is working away and I'm not helping myself by working myself up while alone just so stress out about it all I would have give up long ago if I didn't want kids so much. :(

Im not sure I am on clomid but for pcos i think its just supposed to release an egg so I dont see why not

The vitamins can be so expensive but I suppose its worth it they keep colds at bay!!

Its a strange situation nikki I dont know why they aren't doing more for you! It sounds like you need a 3rd opinion!!

I'm 27 and my dp is 26 he hasn't had any test done because he has 2 boys from pervious relationship! I have only got as far as I have with the scan because I changed docs as last was total pants I'm going to book to see doc next week and just ask if they can refer me any quicker because its just getting way to stressful which doesn't help the matter!

Hi nikki how old are you? that seems odd I thought you were referred after 1 year even if there was no obvious reason. Has your OH had any tests done?
